Soooo ....I bought ELDEN RING!

And ...I'm a Fromsoft Rookie, so any sort of advice on builds, how to level, tips and tricks, ...would be appreciated. I'm planning on re-watching Jacksepticeye's playthrough of ELDEN RING again as well, so I can get some pointers from the Master ...or rather, the One True Irish Elden Lord, OTIEL.

What type of build would be fun for a rookie first-timer such as myself?

I'll also take bets on how long it'll take before I completely lose my sanity playing this.

I’m sure this isn’t a new discovery, but I just found a new easy mode for Elden Ring bosses:

Give your mimic a healing spell. Now there’s a weird silver duplicate of you spamming all your strongest moves at the boss at random and *not dying*. Even worse when you also give it blackflame. Would you like a ghostly friend who can call upon the powers of death itself? without fighting Alecto or messing around near the Haligtree? blob is here to help

Definitely a power to be used responsibly, lest it make the game un-fun… but when you really want to kill something you’re way underlevelled for? or just sick of that one fucker who’s squished you 50 times despite your best attempts to git gud, and won’t get out of the way?

First I warp to Palace approach ledge road, I use my trusty farming tool the sacred relic sword to flush away monsters while I’m using gold scarab and a gold pickled chicken foot I rinse and repeat at the site of Grace until the gold effect is gone then I start over.

I got to be ready for the DLC
