Summary: Virgil and Remus listen to music… kind of

Prompt: music

Remus was relaxing in his room when he decided to listen to some music on his record player. No song specifically, he just wanted to hear it play. He got off his bed and grabbed a random record off his shelf. He put the record on, quite aggressive, then let it play.

Just as it starts Virgil rises up into his room. And as soon as he hears the music his face scrunches up in discuest “You can make an endless amount of things yet you created and use this god awful record player.” Virgil listened to the music play, then skip, then play, then go static, then play, then skip, then seconds of just silence. And the worst part is there was no pattern. It was just a bunch of random noise.

Remus had begun dancing to the music, spinning on his tippy toes as he made his way over to his boyfriend. “You just have no taste in music, Ve” Remus reached for Virgil and pulled him close as he scoffed. “Music? This is hardly music. It's just noise.” “That's all music is my expired fruit.” Virgil rolled his eyes but leaned into Remus’ embrace.

Remus began swaying to the music then he said “Dance with me emo!” “Dance? To this? It has no rhythm.” “That's what makes it fun!” Remus replied then proceeded to spin the other side outward then bring him close again with his back to Remus chest. Virgil laughs lightly and lets Remus spin him a bunch of times as they sway to the absolute nothingness. At some point they start jumping and twisting like children. And it is a lot of fun.

By the time the song ends the two are out of breath, red, and smiling like maniacs.
