Every night, Quackity goes to the prison to torture Dream. And every night, in Kinoko Kingdom, George and Karl watch helplessly as Sapnap is overcome with invisible pain that leaves no wounds behind.
Or, a soulmate au where, when your soulmate takes damage, you feel it as if it was happening to you. So when Quackity tortures Dream in prison, he doesn't know he's also hurting Sapnap.

Kitten Fever
My second fic for the @dtqkbigbang, jumping in to write something to go along with this amazing art by @sunsetsketchez!
DNF, Rated T, 11k Words
Summary:
Patches goes missing for a day, and then comes back pregnant. Nearly losing one cat and suddenly gaining six more makes Dream and George start to question what it means for them to be a family, and whether they think it means the same thing.
Excerpt:
“I had them do an ultrasound. There’s six kittens in there. Six, George!”
“Aww, that’s so exciting! I wanted a kitten anyways,” George smiled, very aware that his reaction would only annoy Dream.
“But, no, George,” he huffed, running a hand through his hair. “We have, like, travel and stuff planned! We don’t have time for this.”
“Well, you’ll just have to stay so we can raise them together.” George shrugged.
“I can’t just—wait, what?” Dream froze, giving him an adorably wide-eyed look.
George giggled, leaning forward so he could pet Patches’s face with both hands, like he was a proud grandma pinching her cheeks.
“Like a big happy family, huh?” he said in a baby voice. His eyes were on Patches, but the words were really aimed at Dream, and they clearly hit their target.
Dream sputtered, turning on his heel towards the door then back again, until finally he let out a big sigh and crossed his arms.
“You are making this so hard for me, George,” he said.

"Sapnap gets heavily injured whilst alone in the forest. Well, at least he thinks he's alone. Dream, who's laying low after his prison escape and time spent healing in the Arctic commune, finds and saves him, taking him into his hideout. Things are looking bleak, both with Sapnap's health and his and Dream's current relationship, but Dream puts in an effort. Oh yeah, and George wakes up after his eight-month long nap!"
