Hello DSAF Nation! Happy October 31st, 2023!
Today is a very special day for us! First of all, it's our Davey's birthday, so Happy Birthday Dave!
However.
On this day of Halloween of 2023, several very important series of events occurred in different timelines.
. . .
On this day, Mr. Jack Kennedy finally carried out his careful plan. The day where his phone employee helped him fully lock down and seal up the Freddy's that they'd so lovingly built up together for the past six months. The day that Jack bade his phone employee what the latter wouldn't realize until later was their final good bye. The day Jack entered his Freddy's establishment and remained with no intention of ever leaving again.
The day he could finally put his friends' nearly two month wait to an end with satisfaction and relief. Because Jack had successfully lured in his enemy, Davetrap, trapping him in the sealed Freddy's they'd just locked up. Trapping himself in the building they'd just locked up. The day Jack Kennedy threw the lighter onto the kerosene-soaked floor around them. So now he could reunite with his friends (for one last time, he kept to himself) to end their unfinished business once and for all, 50 years later.
The day where Jack Kennedy, Dave Miller, Dee Kennedy, Steven Stevenson, Peter Kennedy and Blackjack joined forces to finally destroy Dr. Henry Miller one and for all, that their own souls may find peace and rest eternal at long last. The day where they finally won.
The day where in celebration of their victory, they all said their last thank yous and temporary (permanent) goodbyes to Jack who, soulless, would take longer to (never) find a way to follow their souls in their departure to the Great Unknown. The day Jack lied and saw his new friends and old family for the final time.
The day Jack shared the cold hard truth with Dave, his friend, that he had no soul to ever follow them with, that this was goodbye forever. The day where, in consolation so that Dave wouldn't deny himself the end he deserves for Jack's sake, Jack gifted him with the companionship of his lost soul before parting him with well wishes and a truly heavy goodbye.
The day Jack reveled in the blazing glory of his promise from 50 years ago finally fulfilled, as The Real Fredbear appears in his final moments, proud of his accomplishments and nodding comfortingly as he, as his end of the promise, relieves Jack of his undeath and allows him to finally enjoy the sweet release of death satisfied.
The End.
. . .
It was on this day that Jacktrap, after two months of "enjoying" his (redundant) gift of immortality, shows up to work yet again, just as he is. Except his restaurant is a wasteland, and he is met with his phone employee, a new, cutting disdain in their voice. They confront Jack about what they know he's done. And that he makes them sick. And Jack does not care. And they learn once and for all, with no room for any more benefit of the doubt, that Jack is truly and irreparably evil. And so they walk out on him, never to associate with him again.
And then Jack was left only with the still silence of his own thoughts. -Oh, and Davetrap of course, who shares Jack his "secret" that he has never been Dave Miller, but William Afton. And then the two fuck off to Vegas and have a gay old time until William confesses that he's still not happy. Until he decides to go back to his happiest place: Fredbear's Family Diner. And William shows Jack the place in its disrepaired glory, and his private Fazbunker hideout, where he finally, after 36 years of considering it, decides to show Jack The Box.
And on this day, upon seeing an old, familiar red scarf in it, Jack finally snaps and ends his charade, lashing out years of pent up resentment contempt, finally taking them out of William and ending him once and for all. And Jack can only laugh. After all, he's the only one left now, and even he's hardly the person he used to be anymore.
Bad end.
. . .
It was on this day that Jack, loyal to none but himself, publicly roasted Davetrap to shreds until he left in tears, never to bother him or his business ever again.
end.

i keep thinking about my Dsaf and Fnaf crossover. specifically, in regards to Charlotte Emily and how she’d react to the Dsaf cast.
like, my version of her has been through some shit. a Lot of shit.
she was murdered on her twelfth birthday by a man she considered her uncle. she was left in an alley, dying alone. she was forced to watch her friends die and not be able to do Anything to save them. she spent decades just trying to find a way to free them all and put them to rest.
she's gone through so much.
and i think that'd make her interactions with the Dsaf Cast very interesting:
i feel like she'd try and comfort Dee to the best of her ability. she knows, from experience, how horrible of a job that it is to basically be the guardian of the souls. mix that in with the fact that Dee is basically half her age...it saddens her, makes her concerned for what this poor child has been forced to witness. add onto to that, the fact that Charlie's only had to do that for eleven children, while Dee's been forced to do this for dozens upon dozens...what on Earth has this six-year-old witnessed?
she sees Jack doing what she's also been tasked with: save the souls, put them to rest. she sees a man with a tired look in his eyes, reminding her of Michael, and she can't help but feel sympathy for him. from what she saw with Dee...it seems the universe they came from was rather hectic. maybe she'd give him encouragement. she's seen an older brother, desperate to fix his mistakes and free his siblings, even if it would cost him his own life in the end. this is hard work, after all. she would know.
i feel like she'd get along with Dave. she sees a version of Uncle Will who was willing to fix his mistakes, like, legitimately trying. she's always sensed William's regret, but he'd never admit it. he'd rather have Cassidy kill him over and over than admit that he'd done anything wrong. it's almost...refreshing, in a sense, to see some version of him willing to fix things. she'd be a bit wary, obviously...but he's got...okay-ish vibes.
Henry, however, she despises with a passion. a man who shares her father's name, who's committed utter atrocities, slaughtering more people than William could've ever dreamed to. she'd either flat out refuse to even speak to him, or she'd attempt to kill him where he stands. because, fuck, even William had his restraints! he knew when to stop. he, at some point, knew that he had to stop killing kids. sure, after becoming Springtrap, he had much fewer Murder Restraints, but even then he could hold himself back. Henry Miller?
her main question is, if he even had restraints to begin with, when did he lose them? 'cause they clearly vanished at some point.
Peter, i think, she'd let him vent. she understands.
she understands what it's like to beat yourself up over not being able to save your loved ones.
everyone else, i'm not too sure of. i think she'd see some of Cassidy in Blackjack. she'd hear about Blackjack dragging Henry to the Void and immediately think about Cassidy. given. y'know. They Dragged William Into Ultimate Custom Night Hell™.
i just like thinking about how (my versions of) the Fnaf Main Cast would react to the Dsaf Main Cast.
Charlie My Beloved <3
(another fun fact that's gonna be angsty as hell: Marionn, my version of the Fnaf Puppet, was basically built to be Charlie's Robot. she had a Big hand in their creation. she loved it. Dee's Puppet, however, as we know, was built to contain her soul, because henry didn't want to deal with the Consequences Of His Actions (Dee causing chaos because of her murder). do you think she'd be jealous? that Charlie's robot vessel was originally built with love in mind, while hers was built only to trap her further? just some fun food for thought for y'all :))

I love your rats dsaf auuuu
But I gotta ask, is there any Henry in it? Love me some conflict especially with Henry involed
Henry turns em into lab rats/j
Yeah he's kicking around somewhere in the void like usual, but since Dave's body was maimed beyond repossession when Hen springlocked him and it was thrown out like the trash he always thought it was, he didn't link the new rat squeaking at him to anything as Dave's weird technically parasitic soul juices hadn't turned his new rat body purple yet, and getting your neck broken by rat traps every week or so got too much after a while so dave with a bit less trauma than usual left, and came back a week later to see Hen gone
But if Hen somehow got his hands on them they would 100% be given the lab rat treatment.. And Dave would try and make pinkie and the brain references towards jack to try and lighten his mood
Also unrelated but I can't shut up about my ideas so you're listening anyway, so because rodent teeth constantly grow, jack does grow his back but he keeps on getting them knocked out in mildly ridiculous accidents, like a bad luck curse I gave to him for my own amusement, Dave helps by cutting up his food when he can see jack struggling

im a little less shy about it so basically my dsaf au is dave finds blackjack after watching jack brutally murder davetrap and blackjacks like "yeah henrys fucking gone" but dave already knew that and dee is still here but shes just. unresponsive.she doesnt speak or move and daves carrying her around because shes the only other spirit here and he wants to to like. not leave him alone with his thoughts.
they do find peter and steven! well, blackjack does. and theyjust try to find a way to box up jack and henry for good (or figure out what the fuck is up with him because legit what was that route im insane)
davetrap is their access to the real world, since all of them (except dave and dee ill explain that later) are trapped in the flipside.
but they need to fix him first. which means they need a physical body. unfortunately, the only one who has a physical body still is Dee, since puppet is somewhere in one of the pizzerias.
so they first have to fix dee, get dee to fix davetrap, and then find jacktrap, and stop him and henry before they can fuck shit up. which is easier said than done.

I find the whole "X did nothing wrong" or "Y is a monster and nobody should like them" mentality extremely Silly for a franchise such as is DSaF because this is not only Nuanced but it's also Funney.
Like i love almost all of these characters but we can't act like a single one of them is a decent person. Henry is a capital C cunt, Dave was abused but was still a fucking creep, Jack is just as bad as either of the last, Peter is extremely violent for no reason just as is Steven; HELL, EVEN DEE IS PRETTY AWFUL girl won't wake up on her own to get rid of Dave but sure will be there at your front door to rip your nuts off if you dare to forget to wind her silly little box!!
People need to embrace that these people suck and either attempt to understand WHY they do (to a certain degree because some things escape justification like, c'mon jack, kicking a dog? that's beyond any form of evil smfh) or just roll with it because they aren't gonna come to your house and shoot your wife or something they're trapped inside the computer being silly and complicated. They all seemingly went thru hell and back and that doesn't justify anything they do but I am not a cop i want them awful like that 👿

do you still have the timelines for the dsaf routes i need them for something dont ask why
yea :-)
obligatory tw for manipulation, stalking, murder, child death, medical talk, forced lobotomy and suicidal idealization
radical/aubergine/gnarly/bad ending timeline (yes it does really have that many names.)
>dr henry miller starts fredbears family diner with william afton/dave miller
>scott cawthon starts freddy fazbears pepperonerie (an obvious play on fredbears family diner) and it INFURIATES henry (and william because henrys angry)
>henry does fucked up experiments on william (lobotomizes him to some degree, takes out his organs, etc etc etc) in an effort to “cheat death” and become immortal
>henry manipulates william into killing children because it would "let them live out their happiest days forever" and william, due to growing up homeless and unhappy, whole-heartedly believes this because he has no reason not to trust henry (to his knowledge) >jack kennedy is springlocked in the backroom and henry and dave use his death to get away with the murders, particularly the murder of a girl named dee kennedy, by labeling him as the murderer who then died, only for “the real fredbear” (a god-like entity in the form of a yellow bear) to show up and revive him so long as he promises to save childrens souls. following this jack skips town to live with his brother, peter kennedy
>henry tells william about his dead son, david, and william imprints on this and uses the alias dave/david miller
>dave works at ffp and kills children there while henry kills children at ffd
>henry is murdered and ffd is bought out by ffp, leading dave to work at ffp
>dave meets jack at ffp and dave negotiates that since jack is a "clean slate" he should help him murder five children, jack agrees and they lure five kids to the backroom and kill them
>phone guy/steven gets suspicious and he and dave both frame jack and get him springlocked in his suit (or killed by the police, really it doesn’t matter which)
>in dsaf 2 its confirmed jack survived because he’s functionally immortal and they once again kill children, however this time phone guy 2/peter finds out about this and engages jack in battle, only for “the real fredbear” to show up and be furious at this and then immediately fight jack, to which jack wins and kills “the real fredbear”
>in dsaf 3 dave(trap) is found rotting away in a building by jack and goes on a monologue of how he "knew he wouldnt leave him alone" and jack takes him back to the freddys location that jack now owns (uncle jacks family diner or whatever its called)
>davetrap and jack kill children, phone guy 3 (harry/jake/roger depending on who you choose) flips and phone guy 3 calls jack a terrible person before leaving
>davetrap springlocks jack to give him "immortality" and they go to vegas, where davetrap goes on a brief rant about how he realized he was never happy because jack never knew who he "really was" and confesses to being william afton
>davetrap takes jack to his "fazbunker" (note this is just the same place as we see in fnaf sister location) and shows him a chest containing a red scarf and other memorabilia from murders he’s committed, and thus jack has a realization that this is his dead sister dee's scarf and comes to the correct conclusion that dave/william killed his younger sister and framed him back during the ffd days, leading him to murder dave
good end/saved end/”THE end”
>everything is the same as before but this time you decline everytime dave asks you to kill kids and instead work with dee/the puppet to save the children via the happiest day minigame
>jack finds davetrap rotting and declines taking him back to uncle jacks family diner and davetrap sobs and cries and yells about how he should've known he would do this to him and begins begging jack not to leave him alone, but of course jack does and he heads home
>jack goes into "the flipside" via an arcade machine and sees dave just kind of. chilling. jack is reasonably caught off guard and they have a talk where dave explains the flipside is where souls come to chill and that this first layer is based around the 70s-80s fazbenders locations >they scurry around in here for a while before a child’s ghost appears and they fight him before jack frees his soul (and dave comments on how it feels nice to free a soul)
>dave makes a portal (this is never explained btw.) and they head off to the second layer of the flipside to find more souls to free
>they scurry around the second layer of the flipside for a bit before pressing a button to open a door for the prize corner where dee is, where it’s then revealed she’s the puppet
>dee engages jack and dave in battle because she doesnt believe dave is "truly sorry" and thinks jack is making some sick joke at her expense
>jack explains to dave that dee is it’s sister and jack tells dee not to worry because dave’s changed. she does not believe this and so dave tells her his entire backstory to which dee decides he’s pathetic and that she’ll work with him to save the souls for the childrens sake
>jack fucks off back to the reality and does reality shenanigans like running his business
>he comes back and they go into a portal to the third floor which is designed around 80s-90s fazbenders locations. on the third floor we meet steven who’s just been there the entire time, and he INSTANTLY assumes they're there to kill him and makes them battle robots until they find him huddled in a corner. he rambles about how he’s unsaveable and they should just leave him and jack has to pull him from his spiral to tell him he’s still worth saving even if he was a bit of a dick to everyone
>dave makes another portal and they head down to the last level of the flipside and jack and dee remark about it being peters house and how weird that is because only jack and dee would remember that place >they wander around for a while before finding peter sitting in a room, to which he remarks about being a trap and this confuses everyone
>jack’s soul appears in the form of “blackjack”, who is taking the form of jack’s dead dog sparky. blackjack is enraged that jack even exists, believing himself to be “the real jack kennedy” to which they argue and blackjack mentions how he has henry sitting in a void for all eternity as torment, this INFURIATES everyone to which they all collectively go “?? dude no we need to Kill Him.” and blackjack is pissed about it but he decides that “ok fine they can kill henry” so long as he gets to join them >they fight henry and during it he takes down everyone by nitpicking their deepest insecurities, besides jack who then revives them all and they kill that bastard
>everyone leaves except for dave and jack and it’s revealed that since jack doesn’t have a soul inside him he cannot go with, so instead he gives blackjack off to dave so that he won’t be alone >jack burns down his diner with him and every freddys animatronic inside and the plot of land is turned into a gravesite for william/dave, jack, dee, peter, and steven

What do you think happened after Dave left the flip side with blackjack?
Hmmmm well for Dave and everyone else I think the narrative itself makes it pretty clear that after that Dave and Blackjack (Plus steven, peter, and dee) All passed on to the true afterlife (which any further interpretation depends how you perceive DSAF's afterlife to be like, I imagine its basically open to interpretation but i like to imagine they can still talk to eachother sometimes mostly for art-interactions)
With the other characters, I think "canonically" the DSAF 3 phone guys Jack worked with all end up living together safely after jack burns down the place I think its POSSIBLE that Davetrap is still around but like only as a bodiless spirit (possibly in the flipside if he still has any of his soul) because I imagine similarly to the bad ending in dsaf3 that he basically lost the will to stay in his body for the millionth time but I think canonically he might have just been offed Jack, considering that he has very unique circumstances, is open for more possibilities though (tho canon-wise since dsaf3 was the end Im sure hes just accepted his death and died off forever) I've headcanoned before that he ended up in the afterlife via his body fusing back with blackjack (his) soul, OR alternatively that Jack's body managed to culminate a soul presence in his decades of being "alive" (tho i think the former goes less against canon), it'd also be interesting to consider the fact Jack might still be around since he's cursed with eternal life, or he could be trapped in the flipside or something due to reasons relating to the curse... like i said tho this is all just fanfic-material cuz canonically he definitely just stopped existing (since all he WAS was a reanimated corpse and not a possessed corpse like dave).

Phone Guy Dave AU Fanfic: Saferoom
(Disclaimers: I know this is not my promised cursed fic, this is something else I whipped up because it was giving me trouble. This is the DSAF 3 bad route, and has spoilers as such. However in this AU Dave did not springlock Jack, thus Henry, although present, does not not have control of his mind. I’m writing Henry’s influence more as possession than manipulation like it really was. Characters may be OOC as I have no practice writing them.)
Dave had asked Jack to meet him in the Saferoom. He was worried about this to say the least, but hey, even IF Jack has been acting a little… off… lately did not mean there was something bad going on! Of course there wasn’t. How horrible of him to even SUSPECT his Old Sport of something malicious… towards him at least!
The large green rabbit sighed and started pacing uncomfortably. Jack was coming soon, wasn’t he? Did he not like Dave anymore? Would he not accept- no no. Things will all be fine. In fact! He should be punished for doubting Old Sport so much.
The rabbit walked over to the table in the Saferoom, laying his left hand out flat on it. He picked up a hammer laying on the table beside it, and brought it down roughly on his hand. Once… twice… three times. Driving the springlocks further into his hand. He’d done this before, plenty of times, and he’d do it again.
The door to the Saferoom swung open, and closed with a heavy slam due to it’s weight as the suspiciously orange skinned man entered the unpleasantly blood scented and mossy room.
Dave gasped, and dropped his hammer, he turned around to see Jack standing there. He’d never been too great at reading faces (same man, same). But he felt something was very wrong with his Old Sport. Something was troubling him… no. It was probably just in his head, like always. Jack was just uncomfortable in the Saferoom. He had died in one, after all!
“SPORTSY!” The rabbit greeted, it’s metallic face twisted into something like a smile.
“Oh shit wuddup Davey!” The orange man replied. See, nothing was wrong! “What was it you wanted to talk to me about?”
Dave’s expression changed to something more serious. “Ah well I…” he was finding this harder to say than he had expected. “I uhhh…”
“Just spit it out already.” ‘Jack’ says. It doesn’t quite sound like him. The rabbit whimpers.
“I just wanted to tell you… I… I… I love you, Sport, have since we met.” The rabbit says as quickly as he can, his eyes squeezed closed. That wasn’t so bad after all. He hears footsteps approaching.
He looks down at Jack, now right in front of him. His face is unreadable… that’s not necessarily bad… is it? He gives off the impression that he is fighting his own body.
Suddenly, Dave is kicked, stumbling back and hitting his head on the wall, driving the springlocks in further, before falling to the ground. In an instant Jack is on top of him. His knee on Dave’s chest, keeping him down with almost superhuman strength. He feels hands on his head, pulling and twisting.
“J-Jack?” He says questioningly. What is happening hasn’t even registered for him yet. As soon as he truly realizes the danger he’s in, at the hands of someone he loved no less, the gravity of the situation sets in, and he begins to thrash around in Jack’s grip, begging for his life.
Jack doesn’t stop.
Noticing there is no escaping this, nor much more for him to even live for besides his own fear of death, Dave goes limp. What was he to do now that the man he had waited 30 years to see was hurting him, for his confession no less. He truly didn’t have anything left.
Jack seems to regain his sanity as he looks down at the man. His expression and body language now embodying that of a real rabbit caught in a trap, lacking the energy to even attempt to preserve its own life. He jolted, and seemed to leap off Dave, who still did not move.
“Dave…?” He said questioningly, shaking the man slightly. Nothing happened. He caught a glimpse of his eyes through the mask, they appeared far more dead than usual, and quite consumed by despair.
Jack stands up, backing away. Dave, seeming to have noticed his disappearance, sits up. Jack let’s out a sigh of relief and the rabbit looks at him, his face twisted in misery.
“Jack… I’m sorry…” he says, hanging his head.
Jack backs away further, until he feels the doorknob. He knows the Saferoom locks from the outside, and gets an idea. He swings the door open and leaves, locking it behind him.
Dave’s eyes widen when he hears the door lock. As if snapped out of his trance, he runs to the door and starts pounding on it. He’s being locked away. He’s never going to be let out. He wants out. The Saferoom seemed to get smaller, impossibly so, feeling as if he couldn’t take 2 steps before hitting a wall. His breathing sped up as he thought of spending another 30 years in here.
Too much had happened, part of him wished he died in the Fazbender Frights fire. Jack didn’t love him. Jack had hurt him. And now Jack had locked him away.
The world was spinning. He looked at his hand. No. This wasn’t his hand. Not his hand. It was the hand of the suit he was trapped in.  He wanted it off. Now.
Maybe he could try to get Jack to come back? Maybe then Jack could get it off, and he could see his real hands again? No that wouldn’t work. Maybe… maybe he could get himself sent to the factory somehow? That would be for the best. They’d get him out of the suit, and erase his memory so he didn’t ever have to think of himself again. He’d be willing to become Scott if it meant forgetting today. Now that he thinks of it, there’s a lot he’d like to forget. Maybe he should have simply let himself be taken to the factory all those years ago?
Maybe if he got turned into a phone guy, Jack could take him back to his restaurant? Maybe he could remember who he was someday, and Jack wouldn’t hate him anymore because he’d be useful and have a new personality to fall back on. It was wishful thinking.
He’d be willing to change who he was if Jack wanted him to.
That wasn’t good, was it, that he’d be willing to undergo the process of becoming a phone guy, possibly to never remember who he was, all because he wanted to make Jack happy. That wasn’t healthy. Some part of him knew that.
He heard a note slide under the door and fell immediately to his hands and knees to read it.
“Dave I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you. I love you too.
There’s someone in my head trying to control me. He took over when we killed that baby, and he was what tried to kill you. I’ve locked you in the Saferoom for your own safety, and given my key to my phone guy, he wasn’t happy about it but was willing to obey my command and not give it to me if I’m acting like someone else. You’ll be safe in there. I’ll take care of you. I’ve slid some paper and a pen in here with this note, tell me if you want anything.”
Dave sighs in relief. Jack doesn’t hate him… right? He’s just trying to protect him. The Saferoom is small and cramped but he’d be willing to stay forever if it were for Jack! He’d stay here until his body became one with the room itself, until he fused with the moss. He would hate it, but it’s a necessary sacrifice… right?
If he stays in this room, never to see the light of day again, it would make Jack happy, but he’d be miserable. However… what if he really does go through with asking to be turned into a phoney? He’d be able to leave the room, Jack would be even happier because he wouldn’t be so useless and smell like death, and when he remembered… he’d be happy… right?
It’s decided.
He takes the pen, and writes “can you send me to the factory? I want to be a phone guy.”
He slides his note under the door, hearing a slight gasp. He receives another note, the writing is more shakey.
“Why would you want that?”
Dave writes another note, this one saying “Sportsy I’m blind as a bat, rotting, and stuck in a rabbit suit. I’m sure you’d be able to remind me who I am, and having a phone for a head makes no difference to me.” It’s not exactly true, but he’s not lying either. Those are all good reasons to want this.
“What if I can’t remind you?”
“You can. I love you, remember? It shouldn’t be too hard for you to wake me up.” Part of him hoped it would be.
“I don’t know Dave, you’re not the first person I’ve sent to the factory. I don’t want you to end up like him.”
“The green fucker? I’ll be fine Sport! I won’t end up like him.”
“I just really don’t like the idea of doing this to you.”
“Doing what? You won’t be doing anything out of the ordinary. Just dropping off a springlocked employee.”
“Please don’t make me do this.”
“Jack I need this. I haven’t been able to see your face. I’m starting to forget it. Plus my springlocks hurt and I just want to see my real hands again.”
There’s a long pause before Dave gets another note.
“Ok. But if you change your mind at any point, please tell me.”
“I know what I’m doing.”
.
.
.
Jack opens the shipping container with a crowbar. Everything is sent to him in one of these. He hates it, he never knows what is in it. It’s been a month since he… well… since his last trip to the factory. He remembers what he saw that day… watching him be taken away, possibly to never return.
He gasps as he sees the contents of the container, a phone guy curled up in the fetal position. The phone guy looks up at him. The phone is purple, as is the skin of the phone guy, appearing slightly decomposed.
“Hello…? Hello? Hello?” The phone guy says, his voice no different from all the others. Jack wants to slam the box shut, forget what he’s seen, and pretend Dave is fully dead. That he’s moved on. That he didn’t listen to him in a moment of weakness and send him to get his head replaced with a chunk of plastic.
Instead of closing the box, he reaches out to the phone guy… no. To Dave. This is his mistake. He let Henry take control. He let Dave get hurt. And he let him become a phone guy.
This was because of his actions.
From now on, he’s going to run a normal business with Dave, and he’s going to help him remember who he is. Dave had waited 30 years for him. It’s only fair that he would be willing to do the same.
(Note: and thus begins the Phone Guy Dave AU! I might do more with this, it’s really interesting and angsty as fuck. I’ve seen lots of Phone Guy Jack, but never Phone Guy Dave in anything but a swap AU. DSAF is not at all going to be my main thing, this is always going to be a side project for me. But yea. Here is the first Ouija patented Phone Guy Dave fic! :D)

this series is funny but i have to note it gets kind of fucked up so. tw for manipulation, child death ofc, medical talk (specifically medical malpractice), and suicidal ideation for like one sentence.
also this is going over multiple games with multiple endings to each, I've just kind of condensed the only ones that really matter or are lore-important in any way. (also the timeline is absolutely jank and, while easier to follow along, is just as convoluted as the fnaf timeline since it is like. a fnaf parody game.) ((also also this is. like. a huge wall of text. my bad.)
radical/aubergine/gnarly/bad ending timeline (yes it does really have that many names.)
>dr henry miller starts fredbears family diner with william afton
>scott(?) starts freddy fazbears pepperonerie (an obvious play on fredbears family diner) and it INFURIATES henry (and william because henrys angry)
>henry does fucked up experiments on william (lobotomizes him to some degree, takes out his organs, etc etc etc) in an effort to “cheat death” and become immortal
>henry manipulates william into killing children because it would "let them live out their happiest days forever" and william, due to growing up homeless and unhappy, whole-heartedly believes this because yk why would henry lie about that
>henry tells william about his dead son, david, and william imprints on this and renames himself to dave miller (he takes henrys last name after he passes but for now im just going to call him dave miller)
>dave works at ffp and kills children there while henry kills children at ffd
>henry is murdered and ffd is bought out by ffp, leading dave to work at ffp
>dave meets jack kennedy (the protag and the person you play as) at ffp
>dave negotiates with jack that since hes a "clean slate" he should help him murder five children, jack agrees and they Do That
>phoney (named steven as a person but the phone guys are a Whole 'Nother Thing that would take too long to explain) becomes suspicious and dave and jack frame him
>dave and jack scurry off to vegas
>rinse and repeat this cycle in dsaf2, but dave gets springlocked and shut away in the saferoom
>in dsaf 3 dave(trap) is found rotting away in a building by jack and goes on a monologue of how he "knew he wouldnt leave him alone" and jack takes him back to his new restaurant that jack now owns (uncle jacks family diner or whatever its called)
>davetrap and jack kill children, phoney (harry) flips and im pretty sure they kill him? i cant remember
>davetrap springlocks jack to give him "immortality" and they go to vegas
>davetrap goes on a brief rant about how he realized he was never happy because jack never knew who he "really was" and confesses to being william afton
>davetrap takes jack to his "fazbunker" (note this is just the same place as we see in fnaf sister location) and shows him a chest containing a red scarf and other memorabilia from murders he’s committed
>jack has a realization that this is his dead sister dee's scarf and comes to the correct conclusion that dave/william killed his younger sister and framed him back during the ffd days
>henrys ghost "controls" jacks mind kind of ?? and jack kills dave out of pure rage about his sister's death (and how it basically spiraled into ruining his entire life)
good end/saved end/”THE end”
>everything is the same as before but this time you decline everytime dave asks you to kill kids and instead work with dee/the puppet to save the children via the happiest day minigame
>jack finds davetrap rotting and declines taking him back to uncle jacks family diner and davetrap sobs and cries and yells about how he shouldve known he would do this to him and begins begging jack not to leave him alone, but of course jack does and jack heads home
>jack goes into "the flipside" and sees dave just kind of. chilling. jack is reasonably caught off guard and they have a neat little meet-cute where dave explains the flipside is where souls come to chill
>dave makes a portal (this is never explained btw.)
>jack and dave find dees ghost here and it revealed shes the puppet
>dee engages jack and dave in battle because she doesnt believe dave is "truly sorry" and thinks jack is making some sick joke at her expense
>if you succeed in escaping the battle, jack explains to dave that this is his sister and dave has A Moment where he explains how henry told him he was helping the kids by killing them
> dee decides hes just kind of. pathetic honestly. and decides she can live with this if it means she can save the dead ghosts
>jack fucks off back to the reality and does reality shenanigans like running his business
>he comes back and they go into a portal to the second floor
>on the third floor we meet steven whos been just kind of. there. the entire time. and he INSTANTLY assumes theyre there to kill him and makes them battle robots until they find him huddled in a corner
>he instantly starts rambling about how he cant be saved and how they should just leave him (its implied that by this he means hes going to?? die if they leave him?? as if he isnt already dead??) because he was a terrible person to jack, peter, and dave
>jack says thats in the past and he is still worth saving because they’re here to save EVERYONE and he joins their team
>dave makes another portal and they head down to the last level of the flipside
>jack fucks off to go do business stuff again
>jack comes back to the flipside and they scurry around until they find peter (jack and dee remark about how "this is peters house" (i forgot to mention the floors are all designed around memories and this one is based off peters house that jack lived in after he was killed))
>they find peter and he remarks about how hes just a trap and everyone is confused
>jack’s soul appears in the form of “blackjack”, who is taking the form of jack’s dead dog sparky. blackjack is enraged that jack even exists, believing himself to be “the real jack kennedy”
>they fight henry and during it he takes down everyone by nitpicking their deepest insecurities, besides jack who then revives them all and they kill that bastard
>everyone leaves except for dave and jack and it’s revealed that since jack doesn’t have a soul inside him he cannot go with, so instead he gives blackjack off to dave so that he won’t be alone
>jack burns down his diner with him and every freddys animatronic inside and the plot of land is turned into a gravesite for william/dave, jack, dee, peter, and steven
and that is the entirety of dsaf's lore. these games are insane and I love them. :-) -ren

thinking about my dsaf-fnaf crossover again. unsurprisingly it's about Charlie and Dee.
so, fun headcanon i have about Dee! she was basically forced to grow up and be mature after she was murdered, and the only people she'd still act like a kid around were Jack and Peter. eventually, in the Flipside, that extended to Steven and Dave (it also helped Dave finally remember who she was, because Jack worked at the diner and would take her over there from time to time, so Dave had seen her on a few occasions).
but Charlie? she treats Dee like a child. the child she is, the child she never got to be.
because she's been surrounded by other kids, all trapped in time. kids who are hurting, who are traumatized by their deaths. kids who lash out at the world, not understanding that they can't simply scratch and kick and bite anymore, because this time it will cause real damage. she spent her days trying to keep them away from their murderer, not because she didn't want them to get justice, but because killing him would trap him there with them, and they knew of no way to get rid of him once he died. she didn't want to potentially cause them more pain by forcing them to be around HIM.
when she sees Dee, she doesn't see someone who should be in her position, this leader of the souls comparable to Atlas with the world on his shoulders.
she sees a child.
someone who's half her age. someone who's the same age as Susie.
Charlie didn't entirely willingly become the "babysitter/Mom Friend™." it wasn't because she necessarily wanted to, but because she was the only one who was mature enough to lead and watch over them. Cassidy is her "second in command" of sorts, but they're too angry, too focused on vengeance to truly be the one watching over the others. Cassidy wants Afton dead and suffering, regardless of the collateral damage they leave in their wake. Charlie wants as little death as possible with all of this.
i feel like she'd expect Dee to be similar to Susie, only to be utterly shocked after telling Dee what had happened to them and seeing Dee start calling Uncle Will a "motherfucker" and "bitch." she'd sit with Dee and let her color and draw as Charlie rambled about how various different mechanical things work. she'd let Dee ramble about cats, her brothers, and the various shenanigans they'd get into together.
Dee gets to be a kid again, regardless of how brief it may be.
we also get Charlie threatening Dr. Miller, so there's that.
(so, summary:
Dee, drawing cats again like The Good Ol' Days: :D
Charlie, to Henry:
"Charlie Fact! I Am 100 Meters From Your Location And Approaching Rapidly!
Start Running.")
