You yourself have become one of said mutual friends and it is always such a pleasure to write to you!
You are simply fantastic and we all sincerely wish you the best Birthday that one could have, knowing that you bring so much joy and inspiration to others!

Unfortunately, we could not invite all the people who appreciate your writings to participate in this collaboration, as much as we wanted to. This was our first time organizing something like this, and we needed to limit the number of people. But, Naff, I think you yourself know very well that there are hundreds of people in this fandom who sincerely love you and your work and that this art piece would be much bigger if all of them took part in it :)

on the inverse of the 'if YN was a worm' questions
YNs if Sun Moon and Eclipse were worms?
Ho boy, here we go!
Sleuth Jesters Y/N: Reassures the detectives that they're still sexy even as worms and takes the utmost care of them. They leave mafia boss Eclipse on the sidewalk in the rain.
Cryptid Sightings Y/N: Researches everything about worms and how to care for them. Gets the right dirt and healthy vegetation to stick in there with them. Has a full-on aquarium tank with everything their sweetie worm could ever want or need.
Apex Polarity Y/N: Panics are first before rushing to hold said worm and keep him safe from the elements. Keeps panicking. Holds him in their palm often and keeps him very close.
Double Toil and Trouble: Very protective and soft with their worm familiars. Talks to them gently and sets them in the garden to stay happy and healthy. Gives them lots of flowers.
In Deep Dreams Between the Waves: Bewildered by the reversal of size difference but is as gentle and sweet as he was when he was the giant. Hums softly whenever they can to their little worm.
Song Fish Amid the Stars: Grossed out about worms but does their best to tend to their knees, carries them around in a jar, and talks to them about their day. They hope their boys are happy in their jar.

Diamanda Galas, “Double Barrel Prayer” (1988)
Meant as a statement against sexual violence and a call for victims to take revenge on their perpetrators, the video for “Double Barrel Prayer” was banned by MTV, who labeled it as “the most offensive music video of the year”. Some of this “offensive” imagery includes Diamanda dancing with a pistol, close-ups of chained barking dogs, a shadowy male figure, distorted crowd footage, cartoonish facial expressions, and Diamanda writhing around in pools of blood.
Other media outlets criticized the song and its accompanying video for seemingly promoting gun violence. Diamanda, a sexual assault survivor who admittedly carries a .38 special whenever she leaves home, shrugged off these criticisms:
“I carry a gun because I believe we are not supposed to walk down the street as women being invisible, looking invisible…I have to protect myself from all this vermin on the street, and maybe they didn’t intend to be vermin and maybe they were mistreated, but I don’t have to do a whole psychological study on everyone who tries to make trouble for me on the street. I’m not a liberal and I’m not a therapist” (x)

i’m no fanartist, but i couldn’t help but get in on the dracula book club hype with a knitalong after finding Dracula’s Bride by Renee Linville on ravelry!!
my wonderful datemate gifted me a gorgeous gothic-lit-inspired skein pack for christmas last year, and this is the PERFECT project for it. after a lot of winding, a little math, and a few rounds of swatching to test-drive the needle size and gradient technique, we’re off to the races to the tune of our boy jonathan’s terrible, horrible, no good, very bad business trip to transylvania - played to perfection by ben galpin in @re-dracula‘s audio drama production!!

These earrings. Why are they different and what's the significance between the circle/rotary phone design and the geometric diamond design? Minor detail I know but. I noticed it straight away for some reason like the hawk-eyed freak I am. Also it's used a lot in the graphic design throughout the MV

The first is difficult and largely a guess based on what I can see of the shape and markings, which isn’t much - possibly a trent double-stripe, Clytie illunaris.
The second one is geometridae-shaped, maybe a small dusty wave, Idaea seriata, or similar in the same genus. Though it’s hard to say for sure without being able to see the patterns more clearly.
