Warning: Swearing

“Jens, I need you to pick up my sister, Melody, after school and bring her to her friend’s house. Alex, you’re coming with me tonight. I need someone to distract mommy and daddy while I’m out macking on my new man.”
Yay. Another evening at the country club with old, rich dads that only talk about sports and politics. Didn’t think Sebastian would be a member, maybe that’s why Donna likes him so much. He doesn’t seem like he comes from that type of world, but maybe he just doesn’t show his spoiled, rich brat side at school.
Donna stuffs her science book into her locker with a huff. Unhurriedly, she fixes the lining of her lip gloss in the mirror she attached to her locker door, while I wait just on the other side of it.
I wonder where Sebastian is anyways. Haven’t seen him all week, not that I was looking or cared, of course. But Donna seems oddly calm about not seeing her boo down every hall, then again, her shopping habits have increased more than usual recently.
Suddenly, the locker slams shut next to my head, scaring me from my thoughts. She pops her lips, smearing her gloss evenly on both her top and bottom lip. Satisfied with her appearance, she smiles. “Alright, let's go to the mall. I need to find the perfect shirt for tonight. Already wore my best ones.”
Accompanying Donna one one of her fashion trips is always my least favorite way of spending my evenings. It takes her hours to decide on one item of clothes, but she did always prefer me over The Jens because she knows I’ll be honest with her instead of buttering her up like they tend to do.
Once Donna’s made up her mind about the perfect outfit, her parents brought the two of us to the country club, where she basically abandoned me with them.
“I’m off to find hottie. Keep them distracted.” She orders boredly, standing from the table with a wicked agenda in mind. “I need to go powder my nose, okay?” Her parents nod at her fake smile, watching her prance away in her pink heels, before bringing their attention to the only other person left. Me.
“Don’t worry. You won’t have to be stuck with us adults again.” Her father reassures me, knowing how Donna tends to wander off into her own little adventures, to say the least.
While I was a quiet loser at school, I actually didn’t have that difficult of a time speaking with adults. I assume that’s another reason why Donna had to swoop me up. She knew I had a way of charming teachers, not in a weird way of course, but in a teacher's pet kind of way.
I wave my hand, brushing away his words. “It’s nothing, Mr. LaDonna. I don’t mind speaking with the two of you.”
A laugh comes from Ms. LaDonna as she swirls her wine glass. “We’re waiting for the Kydd family to join us tonight. They have a son your age you could talk to.” She gives me a cunning smile, a gleam coming from her pink gloss. I can’t believe my friend’s, or whatever we are, parents are trying to set me up with someone I don’t even know.
Her father spins in his chair, looking over the groups of heads that sat at the other tables before landing on two men standing at the entrance.
There’s Sebastian. Donna must have walked right past him. Wonder where he’ll be sitting tonight.
“Ah! There they are.” Mr. LaDonna waves his hand in the air, beckoning for them to come over
Wait. What?
Sebastian’s father grins, lifting a hand to shake Mr. LaDanna’s as they seat themselves. Sebastian’s face lights up with a smile when he sees me, scooching himself between tables to make his way to the empty chair at my side.
Ms. LaDonna stands to greet the two of them, before allowing everyone to take their seat. “Mr. Kydd, this is our daughter’s friend, Alexis Williams.” She gestures to me, making the entire table now look my way.
“Nice to meet you, Alexis.” Mr. Kydd replies, but makes no effort to shake my hand. He barely takes one look at me, before he turns back to the LaDonna’s already chatting away.
“Alexis, huh? Didn’t know there was more.” Sebastian says quietly, capturing my attention now. His lip curls in that cute way again, while he waits for me to respond to his pestering.
This is the first time I’ve said this, but I wish I could disappear right now. All I can manage is a shy head shake, before turning back to the adults.
Ms. LaDonna readjusts the napkin in her lap, before asking me a question. “So, Alexis, will you and the Jens be joining us for the Luncheon?”
Aww, yes. What an amazing way to spend my weekend morning, at a formal lunch with Donna and her parents, and everyone else from school, eating tasteless salad and conversing over yesterday’s old news. Thanks, but I have pop tarts and The Muppets at home.
I straighten myself in my chair, putting on the face of the perfect country club girl for them. “I’m sorry, I don’t think I’ll be able to. I’ve already made plans with my mom tomorrow, but hopefully I’ll be able to attend the one next week. Thank you for inviting me though.”
Her parents tilt their heads in admiration. Success.
“Oh, it’s no problem. Always a pleasure to have you around, but do be sure to not be busy this Thursday for the fundraiser. You promised you’d help run one of the stands.”
I giggle. “Of course, Ms. LaDonna. How could I forget? I’m really excited for it, I can hardly wait.”
Sebastian chuckles quietly from his spot next to me, making me side eye him while I try to remain composed in front of Donna’s mother. “You draw and work fundraisers. Cute.” He mutters under his breath so only I could hear him. He’s doing that thing again where I don’t know whether he’s being sarcastic or not. ‘Cute’. What does that mean? Is he mocking me?
“Excuse me. I’ll be right back.” I say, standing from my chair. The adults give me a nod, before turning back to each other while I make my escape. I rush down the empty halls, longing for my quiet place. I push open the heavy door, exposing the dark and cool roof to my eyes. Lazily, I step forward, taking in the sight of the moon as I sit on the ledge, dangling my feet over the side of the building. It’s always so calm and beautiful. Ever since Donna started dragging me here, I always liked coming up to the roof for a breather.
I made an effort to never tell her much about my parents. Single mom, definitely not rich. The only reason I even got into the country club is because Donna needed a right hand lady and the Jens apparently talked too much. I really didn’t belong in a place like this, though I will miss their chocolate parfaits if I ever leave.
“Wow. I think that’s the most I’ve ever heard you speak back there.” A voice chimes in.
I twist myself to look over my shoulder so Sebastian can see me roll my eyes at him. “Whatever. I know how to talk.”
“Apparently.” He rasps out with an impressed smile, hands in his pockets.
He stays by the door, looking down at his shoes while he boredly kicks at some of the pebbles that laid around. I clear my throat, purposely loud so he’ll look up. He raises a brow, eyes widen as he meets mine. I look down bashfully, and softly I pat the concrete next to me, offering him a seat. He chuckles, happily accepting and within seconds his feet are dangling next to mine.
I take a deep inhale, thinking of a conversation starter. “So, what’re you doing out here? Donna’s been looking for you.” Of course, my mind naturally always drifts back to Queen Bee.
He chuckles. “That’s why I came up here. She can be…a lot at times.”
I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. “Why are you dating her then?”
His brows mimic mine, neck craning back in what looks like offense. “What? We’re not dating.”
My heart flutters, a longing and light but anxiously sickening feeling filling my chest. “You’re not…?” Stop. Don’t let your hope fool you. Donna still claimed him.
“No. She’s just corners me everytime she gets the chance.” He chuckles out.
I want to laugh at the thought of him being chased down by her but a small twinge plays at my heart, stopping me from doing so. Change the conversation before you hurt yourself, Alex. “How did you even know how to get up here? Most people have no idea this spot exists.”
He stares up at the moon. “I like coming up here.”
“How come I’ve never seen you?” I ask.
“Guess we just weren’t looking hard enough for each other, Alexis.” He pivots his head back my way, and my heart about falls off the ledge and splatters on the ground below. His blue eyes glow under the moon, glimmering with the small amount of light offered by the night sky. His skin looks so soft and his lips even softer.
I quickly look away, staring down at my shoelaces. “You don’t have to say my full name. It’s just a thing her parents do.”
“I like Alexis. If that’s okay?” He asks, trying to find my eyes again.
He is one of the weirdest boys I’ve ever met. “Yeah…that’s fine.” I look up to find a big gin on his face, happy from my words. God, he’s even cuter when he’s smiling. The way he says my name feels so wildly intimate. The way he looks at me makes me shiver…unless that’s just the wind, regardless, he’s so dreamy. The more time I spend with him, the more it makes my feelings sore and my resentment for Donna grow. If only I was her. Maybe then I’d be able to get someone as cute as Sebastian. Maybe then he’d think about me and want to kiss and touch me.
“What? He asks, his brows furrowed but his eyes suddenly deeply intrigued by me.
My eyes widen, my brain pulled back to reality. “Hm? Nothing.” I shake my head, turning my blushing cheeks away from his view. Damn, I was just staring at him the whole time, wasn’t I?
“No, what was that look?” He smirks.
“Nothing!” I shout, but it only makes his smile wider.
He hums, not buying it. Then I feel his fingertips graze my palm, before intertwining our hands together. Now, he catches my full attention. He reaches his other hand across me, lingering his fingers over my jawline. My breath hitches under his touch, body tingling with all sorts of sensations and emotions.
“Seba-”
He puts his thumb over my lips, shushing me, and causing my chest to get all warm and fuzzy. “Do you want me to kiss you?”
My lids widen so far I was afraid my eyes would pop out of my head. My head races with a million thoughts and questions, all coming down to one shy and simple nod, which makes a smile pull out from under his lips.
Then he leans in.
The world slowed, yet didn’t slow down enough. I like him, but I shouldn’t. I felt comfortable with him, yet I barely knew him. I felt so back and forth between so many opposing thoughts, at war with my wants and my right mind. But alas, our lips meet.
The moment our bodies connect, my heart stops beating and I forget to breathe. It felt like sparkles were shooting all throughout my face, sending fireworks through my nerves. My head swirled with a euphoric feeling I had never felt before. One kiss and I knew I wanted to feel this way for the rest of my life.
But Donna.
When he pulls away, I still have my eyes closed and I’m afraid if I open them I’ll wake up in my room only to find he was just a dream. Luckily, he is very much still in front of me when I open my eyes, but that wouldn’t stop her from tearing him piece by piece from me.
“But what about Donna?”
His smile drops, replaced with a confused and mildly angry look. “What about her? I already said she’s not my type. What happens between us is none of her concern.”
I sigh, pulling my hand away. “You don’t get it do you? Everything I do is her concern, the way I eat, the way I breathe. If she wants something, she always gets her way, no matter what it is…or who.”
He stares down at the hand I took from him with sadness gleaming in his eyes, before looking back up at me. My heart aches with guilt and regret, but it must be done. “I’m sorry. I can’t.” Is all I say, before turning around and running back downstairs, leaving him there alone on the roof.

I love the idea of being in high school with Sebastian Kydd, having the biggest crush on him ever before being ropped in by the cool kids at a party to play spin the bottle- of course Sebastian is sitting there smiling at you.
I’m not okay. I’m literally obsessed with this!! Thank you so much for submitting and I hope you enjoy:)

Sebastian Kydd. My locker neighbor and my crush since freshman year. I knew I’d never be lucky enough to date him, he was always super nice to me but it’s Sebastian, he always had girls hanging off of him, just begging for a moment of attention. He did pay attention to one girl though, Donna. Donna and I were best friends all through elementary and middle school but when I refused to become one of her minions, she threw me away. She did always did invite me to parties though, she always made sure to tell me why though- I made her and her hot friends look good, after they look at me, the girls are irresistible.
I was digging my chemistry book out of my locker, failing miserably. It was time to clean out my locker. “Need some help there?” Sebastian asked. “If you wouldn’t mind.” I said with a laugh as I stepped away from my locker. He reached in and almost instantly pulled the book out. “I hate you.” I said with a laugh. “You’re welcome.” He said smiling as he opened his own locker. I looked at him for a moment, appreciating his beautiful plump lips, his blue eyes, everything about him until Donna came up behind us and basically pushed a flyer in my face. “Be there.” She said to me. I looked at the paper, a Valentine’s Day party invitation. “I hope to see you there too.” She said, dragging her hand over Sebastians arm, winking as she walked away.
I looked over the flyer and then handed it to Sebastian. “Eh, I’ve got nothing better to do. Are you going?” He asked. “Uh yeah, probably. I might have some gals to hang out with but if I have some free time I might stop by.” I said quickly. Good lord, I get nervous and this is what I do. He gave me a confused look and walked away with an “Ok.” I just blew it.
February 14th
It was the night of the party and I was nervous to say the least. I hadn’t seen Sebastian since the word vomit day. I’ve said the wrong things out of nervousness before but never that bad and it was the look he gave me when I walked away. “Carrie, what do I wear?!” I cried, my entire closet was on my bedroom floor at this point. “How about the white one with the little hearts on it?” She asked over the phone. “It’s basically lingerie!” I said, looking at the short, fitted, V-neck dress with lace trim. “You’re trying to catch his eye, right?” She asked. “I guess you’re right.” I sighed. “Thanks care.” I said. “Of course.” She said and hung up. I put the skimpy dress on, it fit really nicely. I put on a little pair of red heels and a white cardigan. I checked my hair and makeup one more time in the mirror before walking two houses down to the Ladonna household.
If you wanted me to be honest, the party was raging, music playing loud, red solo cups at every turn. I avoided some drunk puking high schoolers and made my way into the house. It was crazier inside. There were kids on tables, even more red solo cups, joints being passes around. It was insane. Not my kind of party. I decided against getting punch since I didn’t feel like being trashed, so I went for a brownie before I saw one of the stoners grab one. Pot brownies, great.
I walked through the party until I spotted Sebastian, he was sitting on the couch, a girl on each side of him, both doing everything they could for his attention but he wouldn’t give it to them. He sat looking at the fireplace in front of them until he turned to look at me. “Y/n!” He said, waving me over. “Hey locker neighbor.” I said, walking over to him. “Hey neighbor.” He mumbled, looking over my body. “You look nice.” He said. “Thank you.” I said smiling. I rocked back on my heels as we sat in an awkward silence, those girls finally figuring out he’s not interested. “This party is crazy, I um wa-” I was cut off as Donna grabbed my arm and pulled me away. “We’re playing spin the bottle. You land on Walt, he’s lonely since the break-up. I’m getting Sebastian.” She said and she was right, she was great at landing on someone specific. I nodded and we all went down to the basement and sat in a circle in a rather large group of probably 20. Donna made sure to squeeze next to Sebastian and I sat across from Walt, waving at the nice friend.
Someone set the bottle down and the game began. After what felt like hours it was Donna’s turn. I watched the bottle spin, and spin, and spin… until it landed on a random guy. She missed, never have I seen her not get who she wanted. We all watched the awkward kiss and the bottle was passed around again until it was my turn. I was supposed to be aiming for Walt but no, I’m going to Seb. I watched as the bottle spun 4 times until it slowed, pointing to Sebastian. I looked up, an excited look on my face, meeting his knowing smirk. I slid on my knees over to him, stopping a good distance from him. He tilted his head, the smirk still pulling at his lips.
He reached out and pulled me closer to him before crashing his lips onto mine. I closed my eyes and leaned into him, inhaling his musky scent. His tongue ran across my bottom lip, I granted him permission and our tongues massaged against each other. I had tunnel vision at this point and forgot anyone else was in the room as I sighed against his lips, him obviously having the same idea as he hands grabbed my ass. “Oh my God, get a room!” Donna yelled, storming out. we quickly pulled back from each other, our eyes staring into each other’s. “Donna’s right, we might need a room.” Sebastian said. “Yep, agreed.” I said with a nod as he helped me up after him.
Do we need a part 2?👀

Today We Honor Donna Summer
LaDonna Adrian Gaines better known as Donna Summer, was a singer/songwriter who gained prominence during the disco era of the 1970s, and became known as the “Queen of Disco.”
A five-time Grammy Award winner, Summer was the first artist to have three consecutive double albums reach number one on the U.S. Billboard chart.
Summer first rose to fame the mid-’70s, thanks to “Love to Love You Baby.” The song, with Summer’s whispered vocals and orgasmic groans helped define the mid-‘70s disco trend and hit No. 2 in 1976. Summer followed the song with such hits as “I Feel Love,” “Last Dance” and a disco-fied version of the Richard Harris hit “MacArthur Park,” which outdid Harris’ version by hitting No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart. It was Summer’s first of four chart-toppers.
But with her 1979 album “Bad Girls,” Summer broke out of the disco mold as the genre, which had become renewed by the success of the “Saturday Night Fever” soundtrack, was feeling a backlash. “Bad Girls” demonstrated Summer’s vocal and stylistic range and produced two No. 1 hits, “Hot Stuff” and “Bad Girls,” as well as a Top 10 ballad, “Dim All the Lights.”
And, in 1983’s “She Works Hard for the Money,” became a big radio hit.
Recording Academy President Neil Portnow said. “Her talent was a true gift to the music industry.”

Dee
I didn’t realize this ask has been sitting in my box for literal months. Sorry, Poorni! 😭
1. nickname? Dee is her nickname; it’s short for Deirdre.
2. relationship status? I mean, like, she used to be going with Travis (her neighbor), but now, she’s with Sean or whatevah!
3. comfort food? Lasagna. Especially the way her mom makes it. The meat? The cheese? Perfection, exactly!
4. favourite place in the world? Saint-Marc, Haiti. That’s where Dee grandparents are from, and whenever she goes with her family, she always has a great time. She loves the environment and culture.
5. biggest fear? In the concrete sense, heights. But if we’re speaking more abstractly, she’s afraid of not being loved. She’s afraid of being disliked by her peers.
6. special skill? Besides singing, Dee knows how to sew like a mf. Her grandma taught her, and she loved it ever since.
7. favourite outfit? Whenever she wears her pink off-the-shoulder sweater, her boot-cut jeans, and her black platform shoes, she feel like she got the juice.
8. biggest insecurity? People making fun of her.
9. relationship to their siblings? Antoine and Dee never really got along growing up, with their parents being the mediators. But when Antoine went to University her ninth grade year, their dynamic did a whole 360. They’re now more cordial with each other. Rodney and Dee were always really close with one another, being a year apart. They’ll always have each others’ back.
10. relationship to their parents? Dee’s relationship with her dad is pretty decent, but her and her mom butt heads a lot.
11. most embarrassing memory? Probably peeing her pants after drinking too much juice on a field trip in the second grade.
12. favourite animal? Dogs, because who doesn’t like dogs?
13. bed time routine? You’re assuming that she actually has one.
14. hobbies? Sewing, knitting, crocheting.
15. biggest weakness? Paying attention and talking about herself too much. It’s hard when your brain is on the Dee Germain station all the time.
16. favourite swear word? Fuck or goddammit.
17. achievement they are the most proud of? Getting honor roll throughout her eleventh grade year. After all she’s been through the year prior, she kind of deserved it.
18. favourite type of sport? Dee doesn’t really like sports, but one she tolerates is basketball.
19. mode of transportation? Dee usually walks or hassles Antoine for a ride — until she gets her license.
20. favourite thing to do to relax? Listen to music or sew. Or do both at the same time.
21. eating habits like? She can eat anyone out of house and home.
22. special interests? Like it was mentioned before, sewing, singing, and dancing are her big 3.
23. favourite part of their body? Her lips.
24. role model? LaDonna Adrian Gaines, aka Donna Summer.
25. most prized possession? Her grandma’s sewing machine. It was gifted to her before she died.
26. favourite place to travel to? Saint Marc, Haiti.
27. way to earn money? She works at The Dot with Spinner in her teen years.
28. thoughts about politics? I’ve never really thought about it, but I’d say she’s pretty left-leaning.
29. favourite colour? Any variation of purple or pink.
30. ideal partner? Someone who’s attentive (a bit ironic, right?), someone who can look past her flaws, someone accepts her for who she is.
31. party trick? She can invert her elbows.
32. favourite song? “Bad Girls” — Donna Summer
33. biggest pet peeve? Someone who doesn’t listen to her.
34. favourite person? Besides herself, probably Sean.
35. biggest goal in life? To become famous.
36. highest academic degree? High school diploma.
38. safe space? Her room or Sean’s room.
39. guilty pleasure? Eating chocolate.
40. favourite choice of drink? Cherry Coke.
41. dream job? Becoming a singer.
42. favourite type of music? New Wave, R&B, Disco, 80s Alternative.
43. most distinctive features? Her eyes and lips.
44. favourite aesthetic? Frutiger Metro.
45. fashion style? Anything pink and girly.
46. favourite movie? Clueless, always.

Flufftober (2/31)
Tumblr media
Author's Note: This one was inspired by the Taylor Swift music video "You Belong with Me" and Carrie's garbage and out-of-pocket behavior in 1x03. I won't go into it, or this A/N will be longer than this story. Anywho, enjoy!
I felt a thrill of excitement as I shut my bedroom door. Dinner tonight felt like it was never going to end. My little sister Harper kept going on about a book she started, and my parents yammered on about upcoming social events. Don't get me wrong. I adored my family and knew I was fortunate to have them. But when a cute boy was waiting for you, the family could be more of a hindrance than a help. My heart was racing as I changed out of my clothes from school into my cozy pajamas. Maybe I could bribe Kat again into stealing one of Sebastian's sweaters like she did with his jacket. She teased me about the jacket when I first asked, but I knew it was all in good fun.
I grabbed my older brother Mark's walkie-talkie and moved to my window. Pulling open the curtains, I grinned when I saw Sebastian sitting in his window waiting for me. His hair was pulled back into a messy bun, and he wore a sweater that seemed to make his blue eyes glow. My walkie crackled as I turned it on and pressed the button on the side.
"Hey, Kydd."
He grinned and lifted his walkie. "Hey, Campbell."
I curled against the window, wrapping my free arm around my middle. "Donna LaDonna cornered me in gym class today when she saw me wearing your jacket. Did I tell you about that earlier?"
"No," he replied, shaking his head. "I had a few guys asking me creepy questions, but I brushed them off. Your ex Charlie looked like he wanted to rip my head off when he saw me wearing your scarf in Chemistry class. But what did Donna say to you?"
I rolled my eyes. "Just faking concern for me. She said that you had way more experience than most guys and was worried I wasn't ready for all that. I just-"
Sebastian shook his head and looked down. I stopped talking. The whole school knew about Sebastian Kydd, the bad boy kicked out of three private schools. I knew that he had a past with some painful baggage attached. Kat knew about it, but anytime I asked her, she told me that it was Sebastian's story to tell. I won't lie and say I wasn't tempted to cut corners to find out. My dad was the principal, and my mom was the guidance counselor. It would have been easy to access the school files with either of their keys and find the truth. But then, I remembered the pain in his eyes whenever someone brought up Trinity, his last school. Digging into something he kept hidden would be a breach of trust.
"Listen," he said after a moment of silence, "I got experience, that's true. But what it took to gain that...sometimes I wish I didn't have it. But that don't mean I'm going to act like your ex and pressure you for something you're not ready for. That's shitty. I'm here for the slow burn."
I bit the inside of my cheek to keep from smiling. "Are you sure you're a real boy? You don't act like any I've ever met."
"Trust me, Campbell," he said with a wink. "I'm real where it counts."
That comment sent me over the edge and onto my bedroom floor. I swear, this boy was going to be the death of me. I stored that comment and the look in his eyes when he said it away for future nighttime fantasies. It wasn't until my cheeks stopped burning and his voice crackled over the speaker, begging me to come back, that I climbed back next to the window. Glaring at him, I stated, "You can't just say shit like that, Kydd. I'm only human."
He was unapologetic. "Just adding fuel to the fire, baby."
"Menace," I said with a smile. "Anyways, my mom noticed my scarf was missing when I came home today."
His eyes widened as I continued. "She was curious about the jacket I was wearing, so I told her about us."
"You told your parents?"
I understood his trepidation. My parents had warned me about Sebastian when they noticed us getting closer. I assumed because of their knowledge of his record from previous schools. They warned me that he was "troubled." As if he was somehow dangerous.
"Technically, I told my mom, who told my dad," I replied. "I think they saw the writing on the wall and knew forbidding me wasn't doing any good. So, they want you to come over for dinner. Meet you officially."
"Officially," he repeated, which made me nervous. All this talk of him rushing things too fast for me, and I might have just done the same things for him. "I've never met a girl's parents before."
"It would just be dinner here," I explained quickly. "My dad will probably try and pull his tough dad act, threaten to bury you on the fifty-yard line at school if you hurt me, but I promise it won't be too weird. My mom will stop him, plus Harper really-"
Sebastian began waving his arms to cut off my wave of word vomit. My cheeks burned as I stopped myself and took a few deep breaths. His mouth curled into a smile that never failed to drive me crazy. "I didn't say I didn't want to, Zelda. Hell, I was going to ask you about meeting them tomorrow. This is my first real relationship. I want very much to do it right."
My stomach erupted into a storm of butterflies. I knew he was serious when he called me by my first name. He only seemed to use it when he wanted to get his point across about something. Not for the first time, I compared him to Charlie. He never volunteered to meet my parents, let alone have dinner with them. Then again, my parents trusted him because his parents were a part of the community, and he was the star quarterback. Not a "troubled" boy from the city sent to live with relatives by parents who didn't seem to want him around.
"My mom and Harper loved carnations," I said in lieu of a transition. "My dad acts like he's this big tough guy, but if he sees you make an effort with Harper, which you already do, that will go a long way with him."
I smiled when I saw him grab a notebook to write everything I said down. I wanted him to get this right. Not for me, but to show my parents how wrong they were about this boy.
A/N- Happy day two!
