For Leo’s Sake got to 2,023 hits (which isn’t a lot I know, but I genuinely cannot thank everyone who has read what I have out enough-)
(I also thought it was funny though cause it’s 2023 hee hee)
(ALSO THE AMOUNT OF KUDOS SHOCKED ME TOO IM SO HAPPY SHJDJEJE)
Anyways-
In honor of getting over 2,000 hits I will give you a little excerpt from Chapter 3 😌🫶
(I am so damn slow at writing and I apologize lol, I still gotta lot of work to do on this one 😓)
——————————
Leo’s eyes shot open, his head pounding and his forehead a little sweaty. The words “leave me alone” echoed inside of his skull, over and over. He blinked a couple of times, reminding himself of his current whereabouts.
Right, the log cabin-
Leo slowly sat up, taking a deep breath in and exhaling. He scratched at his forehead and tugged at the neckline of his hoodie in an attempt to breathe easier.
His nightmare continued to play over and over again in his mind when he shut his eyelids. Sighing, he rubbed the sleep from his eyes and looked down at his hands.
——————————
Ehh, why not give y’all another one too 😌
——————————
“Nardo! Will you please refrain from flinging fruit at my head?” Donnie finally pulled his gaze from his phone, looking up to meet the shit-eating grin on Leo’s face.
“Your sharpie eyebrows are the target, Don-Ton! Quit moving!” He placed another piece of fruit on the table and prepared to flick it like a paper football.
“Leonardo, if you flick a projectile at my eyebrows one more time, you are asking for it.” Donnie challenged. He had already predicted the outcome of this situation.
Leo smirked and instantly flicked the fruit at Donnie, who practically jumped out of his chair to strangle his twin.

6 or 29 with leeo and april, maybe?
Family Game Night
Summary: Leave it to Leo and April to ruin game night by being too competitive.
Author's note: Thank you, anon, for this prompt from this list! I had started and restarted this fic a million times, so I hope y'all like how it turned out!
Warnings: This story contains tickling, so keep scrolling if that isn't your jam.
Word count: 1,045
29. "Someone told me your little secret…"
"Come on, April! You can do this!" Mikey cheered from the sidelines.
Through shaky breaths, Leo said, "Mikey, as your favorite brother, I'm offended!"
"Oh this is intense," Raph said, seemingly to everybody and to nobody.
"Hey—don't lean on me, Leo!" April said urgently, overlapping with Mikey's cheery chanting.
"Ap-ril! Ap-ril!"
"Silence!" Donnie said, flicking the spinner on the board with a click. The room fell silent, aside from the sounds of Leo and April struggling to hold themselves on tired, shaky limbs.
"Left hand—green!" Donnie declared, watching Leo and April shakily move to follow the instruction. Both players fixed each other with determined stares, beads of sweat gathering on their faces. April faltered suddenly, breathing through her nose to focus on correcting herself.
"Oh ho ho, feeling tired yet, O'Neil?" he said as coolly as he could manage, earning a scowl from his opponent.
"Shut up, Leo!"
And the game continued on, just as it had been for over an hour now.
"I've never seen anything like it," Raph said, amazed at the unbridled stubbornness from the two competitors. "One game, all we wanted was one quick game before dinner."
"Oh Raph-a-la, that was your first mistake," said Donnie, "Everyone knows a game between Leo and April can go on for hours."
Mikey's chanting had died down to a halfhearted fist pump. It seemed the reality of their situation had just struck him, because he placed a hand over his stomach with a frown. "But I wanted to eat. Can you guys please hurry?"
"Spin the thing, Don," Leo said, ignoring the fire in his muscles. This game of Twister was long past the point of being fun now. This was about the fight between mind and body, about pushing the limit of what should be humanly—or mutantly—possible. But above all, this was about honor.
"Right leg—red."
More shuffling and grunts, the tumbleweed of limbs threatened to topple over, and then it stabilized. Mikey's stomach growled audibly.
"Guys, can you hurry up?" he wailed.
April huffed. "I'm not just giving up—"
"But I'm hungry—"
"We eat when April loses!" Leo said through gritted teeth. "What d'ya say, Apes? Loser buys the winner's pizza?"
"Donnie, spin the thing!" April said defiantly, sticking her tongue out at her opponent.
Click.
"Left leg—yellow."
When they stabilized once more, Mikey groaned and collapsed into Raph's lap. Raph sucked in a slow breath. And, though Raph looked on the verge of insanity and Mikey was wasting away, it was Donnie who ultimately snapped.
"For the love of the pizza supreme in the sky, could one of you just lose already?!"
"Spin the thing!" April and Leo yelled, and Donnie threw the spinner board to the ground in retaliation. Raph feared that, if he didn't intervene now, this night would be unsalvageable.
"That's it! No more rules, whatever goes, goes! Right hand on blue, and it better be the last turn or so help me!" he bellowed, and they all fell silent at the outburst. Nobody dared to breathe. A soap commercial could be heard echoing from the other room, along with the rumbling of cars from high up above.
Through tangled limbs, Leo saw Donnie whispering in April's ear. He couldn't quite make out what his twin had said, but the smirk that bloomed on April's face afterwards could chill the sun. Hesitantly, Leo moved his hand to the closest blue circle, as Raph instructed.
"Oh Leo," April said suddenly, "Someone told me your little secret…"
Leo's heart stopped as he fought every instinct to flee. He was still determined to win this game, but he was now also hyper-aware of the fact that April hadn't made her move yet. Judging by the smug look on Donnie's face...
"April, we play games fairly here, don't listen to him," Leo said.
"Raph said that anything goes so technically," April said smugly, clamping her hand down on Leo's knee and squeezing in rapid succession.
He would have tried to hold it together, but the surge of tickly sensations combined with his muscles screaming for rest was enough to send Leo over the edge immediately. While he didn't fall onto the mat just yet, he dissolved into helpless cackles right away. He tried to kick his leg to dislodge April's hand, but she held tightly.
"A-Ahahapril, yohou cahahan't!"
"What's so funny, Leo? I'm just following instructions." April squeezed up and down his thigh, earning crazed laughter from her friend. She couldn't help laughing alongside him as she called over to Donnie, "Spin the thing, Dee!"
Overtaken by laughter and thoroughly enjoying his twin's predicament, Donnie still managed his typical sarcasm as he spoke. "Click. Oh look at that, left hand also on blue."
Leo shook his head as April grabbed onto his other thigh, squeezing mercilessly and sending Leo toppling over onto the floor.
The applause was thunderous, but April still didn't let up on her attack. Despite how tired her limbs were, Leo's unrestrained, genuine laughter was revitalizing.
"Looks like there's a new winner in town!" she said over Leo's laughter.
"Nahahat fahahair!"
"Say that I'm the winner!"
"S-Stohahap, Ahahahapril!"
"Say it! Say I'm the winner!" April reached one hand around to scribble behind his knee, while the other hand continued to squeeze his thigh.
Leo shook his head defiantly, pushing weakly at her hands. Eventually his lungs begged for a break and his muscles screamed for the energy that was being spent elsewhere. Leo fought back his pride long enough to cry out: "Pff-fihihine! YOHOHOU WIHIHIN, AHAHAPRIL!"
April released him and punched the air with a victory cry, letting the other three brothers pull her to her feet. "That's what you get for challenging April O'Neil!"
"And for making us wait so long for dinner!"
"And for ruining April's sacred game!"
The reasons piled up, each brother laughing and adding more reasons to the running tab Leo had. Leo covered his face, breathlessly chuckling at his family's antics. If he could have, he would have paused the world like this for a while—all smiles and playful punches and love pouring in from all directions.
Sure, April would definitely have to pay for her treasonous behavior, but he figured he could let the sweet moment last for a little bit longer.

[TRR x ES] Viewing Party
Book: The Royal Romance & Endless Summer Pairings: Liam x MC (Katrina Bailey), Drake x OC (Alyssa Devereaux), Jake x MC (Laurel) Rating/Warnings: G; mild innuendo Author’s Note: * All main characters belong to Pixelberry, I’m just borrowing them * Katrina Bailey & Laurel are the MCs I use when writing fanfic for TRR and ES, respectively; Alyssa Devereaux belongs to birthday girl @burnsoslow * This is my submission for @wackydrabbles Prompt 80: Stop looking at me like that. * Author’s Note 2: * This is a birthday gift for my cheesy, potato loving homegirl Burnsie, who requested her very first Endless Summer/Jake fic, despite having never read any ES fic until now 🙈 for the sole reason being that she and Jake McKenzie are almost birthday twins, and my favorite pilot turns 30 this year. If you’re unfamiliar with canon ES trivia, Jake can hold his breath for 9 minutes, and Estela can hold her breath for an astonishing 14. This isn’t entirely what I had in mind when I set out to write an ES/Jake birthday fic, but I wasn’t about to miss your day because I’ve hit a whole ass writer’s wall, Burnsie! I hope you have an AMAZING day and I’m sending you so many hugs! You’re one of the sweetest ladies here, and I am so very thankful that I can call you a friend 🥰 also my real, real gift to you is coming at a later date, as I still have to work on it 😬 * and yes, that’s DDT in the moodboard - just for Burnsie, again - since I use Barnes as Drake’s FC in my TRR fics, lol * Word Count: 2000 on the dot!
Tumblr media
It was nearly 10:00 PM on Friday evening, when Burns arranged things around the comfiest chair in her living room. The rest of her family already retired for the evening, after a small but wonderful birthday celebration in her honor at home. Within easy reach, she’d arranged drinks and snacks next to her laptop - a glass of water, a hot mug of tea, a slice of homemade birthday cake to take care of any sugar cravings, and a small platter of cheese and crackers for something more savory. She grinned softly at the newest addition to her mug collection, watching the steam rise from the contents within.
The lavender mug arrived in the mail earlier that day from one of her friends, emblazoned with a quote from David Rose. Burns took a sip of the warm beverage before setting it down on the small side table and situated herself in the chair. She flipped open the laptop and pulled up a browser window, smiling at a gift from another friend - there was a sticker next to the trackpad with a drawing of a wedge of Swiss, quoting another memorable line from Schitt’s Creek, reminding her to “fold in the cheese.” Burns glanced to the time on the screen and logged in to her Netflix account, clicking until she arrived at the viewing party, and began typing to join the group chat.
She was greeted with jubilant messages from Donna, Ella, Brandy, Anitah, and half a dozen other friends, wishing her a happy birthday before the show started. They’d formed an ever-growing viewing party for a new series titled Stranded in the Orchard, which was an odd amalgamation of Survivor and Gilligan’s Island. Taking a cue from reality tv competitions, there were hidden cameras all over the island to monitor everyone and reduce production crew intervention, and in a nod to Hunger Games, there was an omnipresent host that would drop messages to signal when challenges were about to take place. After four episodes, the ladies in the watching party started picking their favorites from the two teams.
Team Ruby consisted of a group that appeared to have been shipwrecked onto the island. Leo was dubbed The Rogue; his brother Liam was The CEO; Katrina was The Attorney; Alyssa was The Teacher; Drake was The Cowboy; Olivia was The Weapons Expert; Bertrand was The Grump; Madeleine was The Whiner; Maxwell was Bertrand’s brother and The Jester; Hana was The Jill of All Trades. Bertrand and Madeleine had already been voted off when Ruby lost two events.
Team Catalyst consisted of a group of mostly college students. Jake was The Pilot; Laurel was The Mystery Girl; Sean was The Coach; Michelle was The Doctor, even though she was only pre-med; Craig was The Muscle; Zahra was The Engineer; Aleister was The Slick One; Grace was The Brain; Diego was The Entertainer; Estela was The Huntress. Catalyst lost the last two events, which sent Aleister and Grace packing.
Everyone settled in to watch the opening credits as they recapped last week’s episode, where Ruby won the immunity challenge and fishing gear by building a makeshift stretcher to rescue and carry Katrina from a jungle crash site to a first aid station on the beach; Catalyst voted Grace out. Burns popped a cheese cube into her mouth as she and her friends watched the two groups deal with day-to-day chores in their respective camps on Day 14 of the show. They chatted about the team members and how much Burns wanted to see Drake take off his shirt to go in the water, despite the knowledge that there were clips of him cuddling with Alyssa; Donna, Ella, and Anitah would keysmash in the group chat any time Liam appeared on the screen, even though he and Katrina were clearly sweet on each other, while Brandy and Alyssa Lauren would ask what was happening or who someone was from the Catalyst team.
“Pillows and blankets are nice, but what we could really use is food,” Maxwell said, drawing an octopus in the sand with a piece of driftwood. “I don’t know how much longer I can last on coconuts and rice.”
“Liam and Drake took the raft out this morning to try fishing with the gear, maybe they’ll get lucky,” Katrina suggested, stirring the pot of rice in the fire. She set the lid on top and stood up from her kimchi squat position, dusting some errant sand off her leg. They both looked out towards the water, as dawn stretched out across the ocean, making out shadowy forms of their friends as they bobbed in the water, just before one of them went under the surface. Behind them, the rest of their friends began to stir awake from the scent of rice cooking.
Back at the Catalyst camp, Jake sat by the campfire with Estela; they were working on making their own fishing gear from bamboo and camp supplies after losing the previous challenge. Jake fed a length of twine through a handmade fishing pole while Estela sharpened tips on one end of a pile of branches she’d gathered. “Whatcha whittlin’, Katniss?”
Estela glanced at Jake sideways. “Stakes. Hand over some of that twine, I need it to bind these to make spears.” With a begrudging huff, Jake unfurled the twine and ran it against the edge of the makeshift bench he was sitting on to cut it, before tossing the rest at Estela.
“How fast can you tie those off? We’re losin’ daylight for a morning catch, if you wanna ride on the raft with me.”
“Five minutes,” she answered, already working nimbly around a branch to secure the whittled spikes.
The screen cut back to Ruby’s camp, where Liam and Drake stepped ashore, smiles brighter than the sunrise as Drake held up a fish trap with small rays flapping against one another.
“kjsdhfksjhfksjhfks,” Burns smashed into her keyboard. “Look at my man! With the sea bounty!”
“mevmnbvmnxb,” Ella smashed back.
“How do you know Drake did all the work? Liam’s just as wet, hahaha,” Donna chortled in response.
After killing their catch as humanely as possible - with Alyssa turning her face to Drake’s chest to avoid witnessing it - Leo and Olivia gutted and cleaned the rays before setting them on top of their makeshift grill to cook. Liam and Drake regaled the group with their morning under the water, as they took turns fishing.
While Team Ruby enjoyed some protein with their rice that morning, members of the Catalyst team glumly spooned rice into their mouths as they sat around the campfire while Jake and Estela dried off; their morning fishing trip had been unsuccessful.
Later that day, both teams received messages from the host to gather for a reward challenge. Each team made their way to a small lagoon, where they saw a structure floating in the water. A booming voice overhead instructed them to swim out to the structure and await further instructions. Once everyone from both teams had done so, a blue holographic image of the host appeared in the center to explain the rules. “The challenge is simple,” she narrated. “We want to see who can hold their breath the longest. There’s a bar you can use to keep yourself from floating up if you need it. Last one standing earns the prize for the whole team — an overnight trip at the Celestial Hotel, where our rotating film crew goes to rest. You’ll be treated to clean sheets and towels, hot showers, along with a decadent dinner and breakfast menu the next morning, before having to return to your camp.”
Everyone’s eyes lit up at the incentive of a night away from sleeping on the beach, away from mosquitos, rodents, and the threat of being waterlogged by passing storms. Stomachs gurgled at the thought of hot meals that didn’t consist of rice, and the possibility of cocktails or wine. “Oh, we got this,” Jake murmured quietly to Laurel. “Bet I can hold my breath longer’n any of those Ruby kids.”
“Is that so?” Leo taunted, overhearing Jake’s comment.
“Just call me Poseidon,” Jake smirked.
“We’ll see about that,” Leo replied. “You know most of us are from an island, right? We’re basically merpeople.”
“Bets! Bets on who wins this!” Brandy typed into the chat window.
“Sticking with Drake,” Burns typed. “Maybe Hana. She could have another random talent up her sleeve.”
“My money’s on Liam. Look how broad his chest is,” Anya replied. “He’s got to have massive lungs to match.”
“That makes no sense,” Ella typed, adding a laughing emoji. “But I’m Team Liam anyway.”
“Don’t hate me,” Donna began. “Something tells me Jake isn’t boasting right now.”
From her screen at home, Alyssa Lauren used Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe to choose Zahra. The rest of the group picked their favorites as the castaways donned goggles and got into the water.
“Ready? Set! Go!”
Sixteen heads dipped under the water’s surface, with contestants pinching their noses and puffing out their cheeks as an underwater camera filmed them. A handful of them - Olivia, Alyssa, Maxwell, Diego, and Michelle - tapped out under a minute. As the sand settled, thirty seconds passed before Katrina, Laurel, Sean, and Drake headed to the surface. Just after the two minute mark, Hana, Craig, and Zahra gave up, leaving Jake, Liam, Estela, and Leo under the water.
Jake looked positively peaceful, sandy brown hair swaying with ease in the water. Estela tapped her fingers lightly across the bamboo rod, counting each second as it passed. Liam glanced over to his brother, who’d begun to turn pink. Half a minute later, Leo popped up to the surface, muttering to himself out of frustration.
Three minutes in, Liam surfaced, gasping for air, leaving Jake and Estela to battle it out between themselves. Even though the hologram host blasted a horn to signal the end of the challenge, neither Catalyst member surfaced. Liam ducked down to check on them, and Jake and Estela both signaled that they were fine. Everyone continued to wait as the pair spent minute after minute under the water.
“Seriously? They’re on the same team!” Anitah typed. “They won already!”
“They’ve been underwater for a scary length of time,” Brandy added. “What are they, Navy SEALs or something?”
“I think Jake mentioned he was actually in the Navy before,” Alyssa Lauren replied.
A digital clock appeared in the corner of the screen as the two Catalyst members continued to hold their breath underwater. With each passing minute, members from both groups began to worry. After eight minutes passed, the host’s voice rang out, advising them to pull Jake and Estela up from the water to end the challenge. Laurel and Craig ducked down, eventually pulling their teammates up. “Congratulations to The Catalysts!” the host exclaimed. “A boat will be waiting at your camp to take you to the hotel.”
Laurel swatted Jake’s arm as they made their way to the shore. “What’s wrong with you!? You were underwater for nearly ten minutes! Who does that!?”
Jake looked over his shoulder to her with a grin, mischievous sparkle in his bright blue eyes. “Ten would be a new record, my best is nine.” He leaned down to whisper in her ear. “Imagine nine uninterrupted minutes of me holding my breath, Princess. My birthday is tomorrow, and I know exactly how I wanna celebrate,” he winked.
Laurel’s cheeks flushed at the suggestion. “Stop looking at me like that, Top Gun.”
That evening at the hotel, after a sumptuous feast of lobster, crab, and an endless supply of beer and wine, the Catalyst members eventually went to bed. Much later into the night, Jake was seen sneaking into Laurel’s room.
“I KNEW IT!” Burns typed. She laughed as her friends typed in responses full of lemon, fire, pepper, and eggplant emojis. She popped another cheese cube into her mouth and smiled, watching the rest of the episode play out.

ROTTMNT Theory - The Original Hamato Family
Back when the Shredder first came to be, we all know of the woman who finally defeated him.
But what if she didn't do it alone?
Tumblr media
My theory is that all those 500 years ago when the Shredder was defeated, the lady we see defeat Shreddy was the head of the Hamato Clan. She had 4 children like Splinter, but not 4 sons (or daughters because that'd be too stereotypical). She had an two sons and twin daughters, living in a world alongside yokai in peace (I know the whole controversy with Leo and Don being twins is intense, but with this, it works). And if the episode synopsises stay true to form for E-Turtle Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Shreddy Or Not, we'll see these five in the past, training and maybe the original battle with the Shredder. Or, and this is one of my biggest hopes, connect and talk with the current Hamato-Jitsu family as spirits. It doesn't even have to be in battle, just in hanging out in the lair together and chatting. (However with the gif on Friday of the sewers being destroyed, that may not happen. 😢) But with the new gif of the boys with the glowing Hamato symbols on their plastrons (HUGE NINJA TRIBUNAL VIBES, THANK YOU), the "connecting with the spirits of their ancient family" part could still be plausible.
Now onto the actual bios I have for the original Hamato family I have in my mind:
The head of the Hamato Clan, Miwa, is more of a serious sensei than Splinter when it comes to training, but she does have her moments of chill and playfulness as her teenage children and next generation Hamato ninjas. She never lets anything get in the way of her enjoying her tea, even the sometimes destructive antics of her children. Know how people compare Splinter to Uncle Iroh from Avatar the Last Airbender, minus the great love for tea? Well Miwa is like Uncle Iroh with the tea, and obviously a woman. 😂
Next up is Shouta, the eldest child and son at 15. Strong and buff, but his heart is soft like a marshmallow, just like Raph. When he's not training or being total goofs with one of his sisters and his younger brother, he's often out in the nearby fields and woods. He's either being completely in-tune with nature or caring for any injured woodland creatures he may come across. There's rarely ever a day that goes by he doesn't try to bring home a bird or bunny to keep as a pet, only to either be denied no or fail to keep it a secret. While he's big and strong, he can be somewhat of a crybaby. He can't stand scary things or stories. But you lay one finger or hurt the feelings of anyone in his family or clan, be prepared to suffer his wrath in one good punch. His weapon of choice are steel tekkō, the medieval Japanese version of brass knuckles.
Then there's the Leo of the group, one of the 14 year-old twin girls, Yuki. She's somewhat cocky, very talkative, and plays the occasional harmless prank. She finds the ability to make jokes while in battle with either cause her enemies to laugh themselves into letting their guard down, or underestimate her fighting abilities. It's usually the second theory because her jokes are more often than not only funny to her. Because while there are times she can't stop making snarky battle remarks, that doesn't mean she isn't a master-in-the-making with her twin katana. She never leaves home without her trusty navy blue scarf, even trains with it. It's the only way to tell her apart from her twin sister, other than how she wears her hair, in high twin ponytails. She's lightning quick with her blades and how her siblings wished it wasn't her mouth as well.
Yuko, the genius and prodigy weapon smith, is the girl that Donnie would want to hang around with if they were alive at the same period of time. They're both incredibly book smart and create inventions, like armor or weapons. She wears her hair in a single high ponytail. While she loves and cares for her sister and would help out with a twin prank once or five times, she hates being compared to Yuki. They look alike, even sound alike. Yuko considers herself a cultured and poised individual, not like her usually-not-so serious twin, or even her brothers. But she would go to the ends of the universe before she let anything happen to her crazy siblings. She outfitted a chigiriki staff in metal instead of wood and made the chain longer with a lighter weighted end. She employs highly-thought out strategy in her fighting. Being a distance, she can calculate for variables that can be missed when fighting directly in the face with an enemy. Using the environment, figuring out any potential weaknesses, anything that can prove useful. She never lets anything go unchecked in anything in her life, in and outside of battle.
Lastly is Minato. Nicknamed Mi-chan, this artistic ninja loves to paint scenery and sew. When he was younger, he would often be teased for things that usually girls did or learned, even wore his hair like how his sisters did sometimes. Not to mention be called Minako, a girl's name that sounded incredibly similar to his. But his family helped him ignore them and keep being who he liked to be. Don't let anyone put out your optimism like water to fire, keep burning bright how you want to. He may give off the vibe that he's too cheerful and carefree, but he's not unintelligent and his siblings will defend that honor against any bully who dares oppose it. He definitely doesn't skimp out on any of his training either. He's fast, flexible, and 13 just like Mikey and even has a similar weapon to his. He could easily sweep any enemy of their feet or disarm them of any weapons with his kusurigama. His favorite battle strategy is using the enemy's size and strength(s) against them. He loves to see the good in people first, but if you denounce that chance, say bye-bye. If he and Mikey ever met, he would happily exclaim, "Yay, we have another Mi-chan in the family!"
Now this is where it gets angsty. This part won't happen for sure in the show if something even remotely like this theoretical family happens, too bloody and dark. Each of the teens got an injury from the Shredder when facing off against him. Shouta got slashed on his right eye and side of his face. Yuko got slashed on her back, to the point of near paralyzation. Mi-chan lost his left arm from the elbow down. And Yuki...had her throat slashed; she lived but she couldn't speak again. That is when her scarf became more relevant than ever. Each of them survived this battle, including Miwa, who received the most fatal injury...but it wasn't physical. That will be revealed later! When they all eventually died, their injuries were healed but became eternal scars on their spirits. Yuki, however, wasn't as lucky as Shouta regaining eyesight in his right eye, Mi-chan getting his left arm back, and Yuko walking properly again. She can't speak normally, only telepathically. You can tell when she's speaking her voice into someone's mind because her eyes glow when does, and stop glowing when she stops talking.
Oh if only this could happen, or something similar to it with not all of these details, I would be the happiest fan. Maybe I'll draw them, if I have the motivation...and the talent. Hope you all enjoyed my theories and OCs!

I Sing the Body Electric 3
Leon Leon stomped out of the kitchen in a huff. Raphie was able to help with his mood but only by a small margin. It really irked him that the pests were still there. Why didn’t he have reasonable counterparts just like his brothers? He glanced at Michael and Raphie talking to each other, a smile on their faces, as he left the kitchen, occasionally talking to thin air. Must be real nice.
He glanced at the corner of his eye and damn it his counterpart is still there. Wait… there was only one of them. The one closer to his age with dark blue eyes and the one that droned on and on about honor and destiny and trivial stuff he doesn’t quite understand. The one that questioned Raphie being the leader. He was the one that he tried to punch in anger. Currently, this Leo was silently following him. Good. He didn’t need more bullshit and he refused to make small talk to assholes. What worried him was the other Leonardo that was currently missing, the one that was older. He was the one that was observing everything and Leon knew he was assessing the situation, judging everything. He just knew. He lifted no finger to stop Leo and Leon from arguing so in his opinion, that Leo was just as bad. Leon put on the noise-canceling headphones that his beloved twin made for him when things got too much and he needed something to ground him.
He could feel that Leo wanted to say something so he turned up the volume in his earphones. The other Leo looked away frustrated. They sat apart from each other in tense silence. When Leo looked up to peek at his counterpart, said counterpart was actually meditating... weird. Also, the older Leonardo is back, once again observing. He noticed Leon looking at them and tapped his head likely trying to get Leon to put the headphones down, signaling that he wanted to talk to Leon. Leon sniffed and looked away. Leonardo sighed and shook his head. Draxum came in a little later and Michael happily tackled him. The sheepman caught the youngest turtle and laughed. He then put him down to greet Raphie walking toward him. Leon just smiled and waved when Draxum looked in his general direction. The old man nodded in acknowledgment. Leon peeked at his counterparts because he knew they would react and yes they did. Leo looked on in concerned confusion but Leonardo’s expression was the interesting one. His mouth was a thin line of displeasure and he had his arms crossed.
Michael and Raphie must have explained the situation to Draxum because his smile disappeared. He listened on for a few minutes and then nodded and said something. Mikey then happily led him to Don’s lab. Raphie sat down next to Leon. He had a ball of yarn and had his specialty knitting needles out. Leon stood up, stretched, and then climbed up his brother’s carapace. He could feel his counterparts’ surprise but he couldn’t give a damn. He settled on his brother’s shoulder, spent a few minutes watching his brother knit something small, concentrating on the music blasting through his headphones and zoned out. He felt something tap his forehead and he blinked. Leon looked down at Raphie’s hand as his brother signed, “ You okay?” He signed back, “ Yeah, I’m--” Leon noticed that Leo had clumsily climbed up Raphie’s shell to sit on his other shoulder. He narrowed his eyes. “ Well, I was fine”. Raphie gave a snort. “Dude, I know you. Why not give them another chance and talk to them, yeah?” “ But you don’t know what they said about you man!” “I’m sure it wasn’t that bad Leon. I also know that you’re stubborn. Maybe, you could try listening to what they have to say” Leon huffed, annoyed, and glanced at his older counterpart, quite fascinated by the exchange between the two brothers. He frowned. What are the chances this Leonardo knew sign language? He then glanced at the other Leo but that one was looking confused at what Raphie is doing. “ What are you doing by the way?” Raphie signed back patiently, “ Don’t change the subject. Take those headphones off, please, so I can continue doing this”. Leon sighed and pulled his headphones down his neck. “So...What are you doing?” Raphie chuckled and began to knit again. “Raph said he had a pet turtle and Raphael said that his Michelangelo had a cat. I’m making tiny sweaters for them”. Leon grumbled. That was a cute idea. He noticed that Leo had startled while Leonardo had a smile spreading on his face. Leon shifted to rest his head on his arms. “Leo’s sitting on your other shoulder,” he muttered. Raphie, the big softie, smiled. “Well, he’s very welcome to stay as long as he likes” “He doesn’t mind? That’s---I honestly don’t know what to say,” said Leo surprised. Leon grit his teeth, “You could apologize for judging my big brother and being an ass, for starters”. Leo stiffened, then deflated. “I’m...I’m sorry for judging your brother too harshly”. Leo shifted a bit. “It’s very sweet of him to make something for Raph. I know it would make him really happy if it’s for Chompy. Please give him my thanks” Leon did, Raphie laughed and said, “It’s no problem, man. I like making stuff so this is nothing. Now please talk to each other, yeah?”. Leonardo chuckled, “I see why he’s the leader now. That patience is something that comes naturally to an elder brother”. He gave Leon a grin. “You really love your big brother to be this protective of him, don’t you?” Leon gave Raphie a hug (“Oof! Let me finish this row, Leon”) and excitedly said, “You bet! He’s like the best big brother a kid could ever ask for! He gives the best hugs, he looks out for us! His plans may not be the best, but he always gets us through tough situations fine”. “Hey!” “Oops, didn’t mean to say that out loud” Raphie rolled his eyes good-naturedly and continued his knitting. Leon shifted once again, then hesitantly asked, “Hey Raphie, would...I be a good leader?” Leo and Leonardo both looked at Leon, then at Raphie. Raphie lowered his knitting and gave his brother a toothy smile, “Yes, you would. You’ve got hella a lot of potential and you notice stuff we don’t. You can predict things because you observe people. Actually, I would love it if you stepped up once in a while. It would really help me out too, ya know? I could use a break sometimes” Leon almost fell off his brother in surprise. “R-really? You mean it?” Raphie chuckled, “I really do. Just one thing, Leon. Ya gotta work on listening and learn impulse control. To be a good leader, you need to know when to follow. Or do I need to remind ya of the time you kept eating those poisoned pizza puffs even when I told you three NOT to!?” Leon whined, “ Raphie! ” as Leo almost fell off Raphie’s shoulder and Leonardo burst out laughing. Leo sputtered, “Excuse me, wh-what!?” while Leonardo wheezed out, “Holy shit !?” Raphie huffed and looked to the side. Then he chuckled, “Yeah no man, it happened. Shaved a few years off my life, I’m telling ya” “Dude! The other Raphs are here too? Not cool” “Leon, I love ya, but I swear you needed to hear that. And if I’m right, and the other Leos are planning to help train you, then they need ta know what they’re getting into”. Leon pouted as Raphie patted his arm before continuing his knitting. Leo readjusted himself on Raphie’s shoulder as Leonardo chuckled, “Duly noted”. He then uncrossed his arms. “We all got off on the wrong foot, so let’s try again”. He gave a bow to the younger turtles. “Hello Leon, Leo. I’m Leonardo Splinterson. It’s nice to meet you both and I hope we can get along”. Leon blinked. Splinterson? Like a Viking name? That’s actually pretty cool! He turned to Leo. Leo put a hand over his heart and bowed, “Hey, we’ll be working together from now on, so I’d like to get to know you better. I’m Hamato Leonardo, and it’s an honor to meet my brothers in arms”. Leon scratched his cheek and nodded his head at them both, “Yeah, um...It’s nice to meet you both. I’m sorry for the earlier outburst. I’m Hamato Leonardo, and the second youngest of Lou Jitsu's kids. Please take care of me”.

The Second Side Of The Coin
This wasn’t the first time that Donnie found his twin like this; surrounded by candles, a teapot filled with hot tea next to him, and a scroll in front of him as he read through the Kanji with the grace and speed of an expert. Peace flowed through Leo’s room, and the look of serenity on both Leo’s face and in his posture was enough to break through the stoic walls of anyone. With one step, Donnie announced his presence, and Leo turned to look at the unexpected intruder, confusion flashing in his eyes briefly before being replaced by the previous calmness. A soft huff granted Donnie entry, and the Softshell sat next to his brother, looking at the scrolls intently.
“Seppuku.” Leo said softly, making Donnie jump slightly. “It’s something I’ve read about multiple times. Knowing that the Samurai and warriors of that time were so devoted to their clans, to their platoons, to their family names... it’s amazing and terrifying all at once. Do you not agree?”
“Hai.” Donnie replied, the word flowing from his mouth almost instinctually. Time passed, and both brothers read through the scrolls, taking in every bit of information they could. Every now and then, Donnie would murmur something in Japanese, and Leo would chuckle at the meaning behind it all. “Such a strange thing to put yourself at risk when there are multiple ways to solve the problems. Most of them very scientific.”
“Don’t tell me you’re going to actually judge the men that were born in a time of honor and discipline.” Leo gave a short snicker, using a claw to trace a bit of Kanji. “A silly thing to do for someone so smart, brother.”
“Do not jab at my logic. I am allowed to think what I want.” Donnie playfully responded, requesting a cup of tea. “You have two cups,” he observed, “Did you know I was going to be here?”
“Honestly? No.” Leo chimed, pouring the tea for his brother and handing it over. “I usually carry two cups just in case something happens.”
“Something like...?”
Leo frowned, looking down at the ground and sighing heavily. “I do not wish to talk about it.”
Donnie nodded respectfully. With a sip of his tea, the genius encouraged Leo to resume reading, complimenting Leo for the well made drink. A smile and a thank you was given before the two continued reading.
“I thought you did not like tea.” Leo hummed, taking a moment to pour himself his own cup. “What’s different about tonight?”
“I still am not definitively fond of the drink, but I must admit that there is something... different about the way you make your tea. The mixture of tastes and, dare I say, texture is enough to leave me wanting more.”
“Oh, I am blushing.” Leo teased, setting the teapot down and taking a sip from his cup. “Maybe I should trade in being a ninja for owning a tea shop.”
“I doubt it would get very far.” Donnie drank more of his tea, setting his cup down and humming. “The humans aren’t really that fond of buying things from Mutants.”
“Well, there’s always the Hidden City.” Leo reminded his brother quickly, surprised by Donnie’s sudden look of tension. “What is it, brother?”
“I do not like it when you go down to the Hidden City. It is a dangerous place that we know very little about. What if you got hurt down there on your own? You have always had Hueso there with you, but even you know he would not be able to be with you 24/7.”
“Don, I’m 14, not 4. I can take care of myself. You know that.”
“Yeah, I do. But even then, I don’t want you down there without someone who is capable of protecting you. There’s much more danger down there than up here, and- from what I’ve heard -there are Yokai who are capable of much more than Draxum or Big Mama.”
“Donnie-”
“Promise me, Leo. Promise me that you will not go down there by yourself.” A look of pure fear and worry was plastered on Donnie’s face, and his eyes said everything his mouth would never dare to say.
“Okay. I promise.” Leo sighed, taken aback by the sudden hug he was given.
“I know you don’t always like it when Raph and I baby you, but please understand that we do it for good reason. If anything were to happen to you... I would be lost. You are my rock Leo.”
“And you’re my roll, Don. I know that you’re telling me this for a reason, and it kinda sucks that it took three scrolls and a cup of tea to get it out.” Leo joked, taking note of the growl he earned. “I’m just messin’ with ya. You know I’d never do something that makes you cry.”
“Oh, that is a lie and you know it.” Donnie shoved Leo back playfully, wary of the candles that were still lit around them. “You’ve done so many a time before.”
“Pfft! Name one time.” Leo challenged, not prepared for the sudden onslaught of times he received. “Okay! Okay! I said one!”
“I know, but you didn’t say I couldn’t go past it.”
“So you wanna play it that way, huh?” Leo gave no warning as he leaped forward, pinning Donnie to the ground. “Yet again, I have defeated the genius!”
“As if!” Donnie shouted, using his feet to kick Leo back, stemming a wrestling match between them. The boys spent the rest of their night wrestling until sleep overtook them, leaving them to cuddle against each other on the floor, sighing and humming happily in their sleep.
Moments later, Splinter snuck into Leo’s room, using his tail to snuff out the candles, and lifting his sons onto Leo’s bed. In a soft voice, with the love of a patient father, Splinter spoke: “Goodnight, my twins. May the ancestors bless you with peaceful slumber and a unbreakable bond.”
