i did, he looked so so tired, i agree :(
it went like this:
“baby, you look tired, you can just go to sleep,” she told him with a frown, watching him struggle to stay awake as he lied on bed.
“no, no,” he shook his head, “we haven’t talked at all today. come on, tell me about your day.”
she frowned, and unsurely so, she began telling him about her day. “…and dodger keeps giving me his lion plushie, i’m not so sure if there’s something wrong with it or he’s being affectionate to the baby,” she said, “and pam loves her new food.”
“she loves every food, honey,” chris tiredly chuckled, rubbing his eyes.
“i’m just thankful she’s not picky,” she said, “liz and i talked for like, 3 hours today.”
“olsen?”
“you mom.”
“okay, rude.”
“no, i literally mean your mom. i was talking with lisa,” she laughed, watching chris finally break into laughter.
“what did you talk about, baby?” he asked as the laughter died down.
“baby names mostly, i was complaining to her about you. told her about you suggesting robert and penelope, and she agreed with me.”
“she always does.”
“jealousy looks bad on you.”
“you happen to like it.”
“you’re right,” she giggled, “sometimes though. other times you go all macho on me,” she said, “anyways, my bump feels so smooth because i tried that coffee scrub we got, remember that one? it’s so moisturizing,” at that point, chris was humming, his eyes beginning to shut and she could tell, smiling as she continued to talk, knowing that in a way, it was lulling him to sleep.
“and then i went to space, with that-this potato rocket ship i made the other day. it’s, like, purple and it has rhinestones on it. but i reached space and then i remembered that i forgot to lock the doors, so i went back home, locked the doors and made sure i have pam and dodge with me, then i made it back to my rocket ship. but it was low on gas, so i had to make a quick stop in south of france to get gas,” she twirled her hair as she spoke softly, watching her husband’s mouth open slightly as he began to quietly snore, “goodnight, baby.”
the next morning, chris woke up so suddenly, eyes wide as he quickly sat up and held his phone, letting out a course of “shit, shit, shit” when he noticed it was 8 am, when it should’ve been 9 pm the day before and he was supposed to be talking to his very pregnant wife.
“i’m so—fuck, i’m so sorry, baby, i don’t know how i slept, i—”
“chris!” she shook her head, “are you apologizing for sleeping when you’re tired?”
“no, it’s not—it’s not like that. i slept when were talking,” he said, tone anxious and body stiff as he held his heavy phone.
“you were tired,” she said, “i knew that. i was only talking so much because i know it helps you sleep. but i’m worried about you, baby.”
chris stayed quiet, rubbing his forehead, “i just—just want to be home. i feel like shit.”
she hummed, urging him to talk.
“i miss you, i feel-i feel like shit being here and leaving you alone, with the baby, with dodger and pam, and i’m here. and the movie hasn’t even been doing well.”
she frowned, “everyone’s praising you.”
“it’s still not doing well.”
“and that’s not on you,” she said, “everyone’s saying that you carried the movie. they’re criticizing the russo’s and the writers, and i know it sucks because it gives you, like, a collective feedback, but there’s a bright side of it,” she assured him, “you were incredible in it. so incredible.”
“you think so?” chris sighed, a smile finally making its way to his face.
“i really do,” she confirmed, “and i know you feel like shit because you’re not here but i’m doing well,” she moved her phone up, showing him her baby bump, “and bub’s doing well.”
at that, chris grinned, “you look beautiful.”
“i’m literally just wearing your t-shirt and some adam sandler shorts.”
“yeah, and?” he raised an eyebrow, “you look so fucking hot. look at you,” he shook his head, “you make it look so easy.”
“stop iiit,” she groaned, but ended up giggling, “what are your plans for today?”
“some press. like 6 interviews or something.”
“so it’s a bit of an easy day.”
chris hummed, “what about you? what are we doing today?”
“zendaya and tom are coming over,” she said, “i’m still not so sure what i’ll cook.”
“can you, i don’t know, not cook at all?” chris asked, sighing when she gave him a look, “i know you love cooking, i know, and i fucking miss your cooking but i don’t-i don’t think i’ll ever not worry about you in the kitchen carrying our baby like that, it’s gotta at least hurt.”
“you know, my back hurts,” she began, “from carrying you and the baby on my back all the time so how about you hop off it, i can only carry so much,” she began, laughing when chris flipped her off, “stop worrying so much!”
“stop worrying so much,” he mocked her before chuckling, “never. maybe when i die, and you know what? you know what? pretty fucking sure i’ll find a way to worry about you, too.”

🎄 is an angel sent from the heavens to have helped me. 👸 is SAVAGE today with the sick burns. Albitch looks decent, but her positions, and the fact that literally EVERYTHING but the ring shines is another Red Flag 🚩(we're about to run out of room for these flags). Nance, did you watch the Jinx interview on The View? It was so boring and dull. He used to be funny and charismatic once upon a time, didn't he? Whenever the ladies have a hot and in demand actor they always have some fun banter with him. See the vids I've linked below. There was nothing with Chris. It's like he gave them nothing and they reciprocated in kind. Dodger was the saving grace.

Like husband like wife, once the work is done/canceled they both deleted past work...
I really don't see how "Chris" going 100% business on IG is gonna work. RDJ it worked because it's, well...RDJ. He's not just a pretty face. Chris is just a pretty face and his vulnerability and silliness and candid-ness was what really drew alot of his followers in. (I'm not talking about the pool vid, the Chest tattoo picture, but...😭) I understand those, but like...piano videos? A few dodger photos? Trees? Like that type of stuff showcased who Chris was and alot of me, including myself, fell in love with that personal side of him. He didn't feel stuffy. He felt more down to earth east coast celebrity guy.
I just really feel like going completed curated isn't going to work well for him in the long run. Idk, maybe that's just me, but majority of instagram followers aren't going to just want work posts of his to pop up...just like at cons, those fans aren't the ones watching his non-marvel work.
I understand privacy. I just hope he can still loosen up and someone tell him that showing trees or a hike or rollarblading (piano video 👀) is way more helpful to his image that an ASP chat could ever be...
I miss the old Chris. 😭
Don't compare the two. Chris has always shown up for his obligated work duties. He did share several posts during filming and even promotion of Ghosted. He kept up some of The Gray Man posts and Lightyear posts. He is streamlining his IG. But that man has ALWAYS shown up for work. Scott Pilgrim and Pain Hustlers were a bit different.
Those parts of his life are still so heavily out there, so it is a part of his persona. Dodger is still on there, and the photos that aren't, can easily be found. As far as the piano videos, they're still out there as well. that part of his life didn't change.
The fact of the matter is people abused his social media. They made disgusting comments, and still do. Harassed friends and family members, so it shouldn't be a surprise that he cleaned up his IG. He is back, that's more than we can say for Sebastian, and the same thing happened to him. Sebastian's IG was incredible, but you give an inch and people take a mile.
He may show some personal photos of Dodger here and there, but I doubt it'll be like it was before. Also, if you think about it, once the pandemic ended, he didn't post as often. I think it was to fight boredom. Give people a peak into your world, while also launching ASP.
You guys have to look at IG as a business tool. I know it's a social media, but it's free promotion for a lot of things. Never forget that.

15. Pick a theme song for one of the characters. Why do you think that song suits them?
For Hawkeye I just have to pick something by Springsteen. I've said before that Born in the USA would be his favourite album and I stand by that, and if I had to narrow it down to a song it'd be Dancing in the Dark. But since I've already made a vid to that song, it feels like cheating, so allow me to overcompensate with reasoning for some other tracks: Cover Me for desiring shelter from a turbulent world and taking comfort/protection from a lover, No Surrender and Bobby Jean for the way they walk the line between male/male friendship and romance, I'm On Fire for horny reasons, aaaand of course the title track because I don't think Hawkeye would like the Vietnam war very much.
Hmmmm is Landslide a really cliche option for Margaret? I think it fits her changing attitudes over the course of the show after initially building her identity around the rigidity of the army (and often her relationships too, most obviously with Frank) and the lines about growing older remind me a lot of her line 'I feel as old as I’m ever going to get, older than I ever intended to be'.
I'm cheating for Klinger since this wasn't my idea but I couldn't possibly come up with a better song than Draft Dodger Rag, this fanvid made me lose my shit the first time I saw it.
Ok the Trapper one is really specific but I think a lot about post-war Trapper adjusting to being at home (while also missing Hawkeye bc I'm biased) in relation to the line ‘I got some colour back, she thinks so too, I laugh like me again, she laughs like you’ from Hozier’s Almost (Sweet Music). I could make the whole song fit if I really wanted to, like maybe Trapper bonds with his wife by going out dancing but that was also something they all did back in Korea to create a sense of normalcy, including moments specific to Hawkeye and Trapper (hello Yankee Doodle Doctor dancing scene) but tbh it’s mostly that one line I highlighted.
Those are my top 4 characters and I don't have an easy 5th so I think I'm gonna stop there because this response is fucking huge to begin with, thank you for making it to the end :')

anyone else find it odd how we were just literally discussing how their teams probably decided that alba shouldn’t post anything to socials after her posting her moms age, etc and her shower vid lol and now she posts this for the first time in like months 🤭🤭she’s lurkinggg
I mean, I think it's safe to say they are lurking here, so...at least that's what people say, and if we take a look at the things that've been happening, it truly looks like they are.
I loved how the behind-the-scenes photo of him and Dodger appeared like an hour after she made her post.
And I also love how she made this post after he posted Dodger and it was announced that he would be at the comic con in New York. She can't stand it if the attention isn't on her.

The funniest part to me is where Trollba is trying to act like Dodger distracted her with his beauty… like if she’s been living with Chris for years and in LA since the marriage then seeing Dodger walk around wouldn’t be a distraction because she’d be used to him by now. That proves how stupid she is and how fake it is. She just can’t leave well enough alone and just has to try to get that “gotcha look at me” slap to the fans moment in. And it ALWAYS ALWAYS backfires on her. Just like it did when she let Dustbin post the vid of her getting ready for the GQ deal any they outed the borrowed rings and then again when she leaked the kiss video thinking it would sock it to the fans but instead it just showed us even more how fake it is by his death stare, no talking, the stiff as a board kiss and then him wiping his mouth after barely touching her. Yet again it blew up in her face. 😂 She just needs to stop because she’s looking pretty pathetic and no one will ever believe this is real no matter what they do. The more they release the more obvious it’s fake. 😂
Dodger wasn’t even in LA. She truly needs to get her lies straight.
