Kacchi The Precious Food

I have a quite popular kacchi chart which is available in Dhaka city. They are as follows-

 • Sultan’s Dine

• Kolkata Kacchi Ghor

• Grand Nawab’s

• Biye Bari

• Sunami Resturant

  I always liked to go to Sultan to eat Kacchi, Sultan has the perfect taste of the kacchi that I never found to other kacchi store. They have the rich flavor of kacchi. Also the way they serve kacchi it is understood how delicious it is by their very smell. People have come to know that all the time the delicious kacchi is always available in Old Town but you would be surprised to know that Sultan is in Dhanmondi. One of the unique thing about Sultan is that, you wont be able to finish their single plate unless you have an elephant's appetite. So most of the time I need to share a plate with a friend otherwise we wont be able to finish it. Its not only me who likes to share plate with a friend, a lot of people with a little tummy like mine, share their kacchi otherwise, it really difficult to finish a full plate.

I love Sultan’s Dine kacchi because from my view they have the best kacchi from all places.

On the other side; Kolkata kacchi has a different taste. Kolkata kacchi is located at Begum Bazar, Old town, Dhaka. They have a Rajhistani taste. They use a lot of potatos and a lot of meat with little rice. This is very demandable for those are meat lover also loves potato. Their Ingredient is too different from other kacchi; they use a lot of Ingredient by this the kacchi became so spicy. After all it is a delicious kacchi so far.

Kolkata Kacchi Ghor is the oldest of all kacchi restaurants. They started their business most probably from the British Period. My favorite part about the Kolkata Kacchi is their location. They are located in the heart of the old town and when you go there for a dine, you would definitely have an (dhakaia) old town vibe. Even the restaurant itself is very old and not renovated into modern style.

About Grand Nawab’s they go with the main Ingredient like the common one to make their kacchi. It is quite delicious. Also Nawabi’s are at Begum Bazar at old town. They have mush rice with big potato but less meat.

 Sunami Restaurant is my last optiom whenever I desire to eat Kacchi. They may not be the best but at least better than the worst.
