This was originally shared to the Transformers discord Im apart of but its so amazing fucking weird i decided to share ENJOY THE FREE NIGHTMARES!!

"Just jolted awake from deeply troubling yet oddly calm nightmare and i must share this abomination with you, so it started off with a spooky little island that was just a victorian house and rock (already sus) but under the house was a decepitcon slave mine where the Vehicons like shared the work with captured human slaves and G1 extra autobots (a bunch of no name background charaters) mining some shit (idk what) but then BAM! the dream jumps and I'm watching a small group of army dudes and a couple of autobot (Jazz, Prowl, Ratchet and it was either Prime or Ironhide tbh i said who and the nightmare said yes it could have been both) going to investigate the little island which is now super dark and spookily abandoned and they all go down into the mine and start seeing weird ass shit that looks like a meat bee nest (that disgusting rotten flesh hive I've seen float around social media) and then BAM HORRIBLE TRANSFORMERS/HUMAN/FLESH AMALGAMATION THATS LIKE 100% WORSE THEN ANYTHING RESIDENT EVIL, SILENT HILL OR DEAD SPACE COULD PUMP OUT and all the army humans get sucked in (cuz brain said fuck the canon fodder meat monster needs more meat) weird tentacles start dragging and melding with the poor nameless fools (like srsly they had no Business being there) and the autbots say FUCK THIS and run barely making it out and they lock that shit up faster then Blurr and take a fire lava baths to make sure they don't become some horrible fleshy nightmare horror monsters, que brain shoving in another time skip because dreams be like that, and some dumb ass human scientist person goes to the island and breaks into the mine (wearing a hazmat suit and a gas mask also dont ask i dont understand why they fine in just that its dream logic shit dont make any sense) and finds and a horrible optimus prime fusion meat mimic thing (but like its not the real OP like Daddy Optimus was safe) and the meat Optimus thing has become sentient and was somehow broke into pieces and was trying to rebuild its self slowly absorbing meat and forming it into a collective of different parts it remembered seeing (it was like meat optimus and several other autbots Frankenstein'd together) and so dumb ass cave diver science dude decides "I'm take it home and study it at my lab" and grabs the head which looks like a gross Meaty Optimus then i scene jump AGAIN to random Scientist dudes lab which it was a weird outdoor lab (no house in sight because brain didn't load anymore BG) in a giant tube science man had the mimic head and then he Proceeds to try to communicate with it, which seems to work (tho i couldn't hear what they were saying to each other) then the unholy flesh Optimus turns to face me where i was like floating watching everything go down passively the whole time being a third party watcher the this ungodly nightmare and it says in a SPOOKY FUCKING AMALGAMATED NIGHTMARE VOICE (WHICH I PHYSICALLY FUCKING HEARD!!)

And i just jumped ten feet straight up in my bed and i swear i was having a heart attack and a panic attack all at the same timeIt was a definite "OH FUCK NO NO THANK YOU" moment"

(To those you i know on discord and here who saw this post on discord yes i did add more i noticed i missed some info at og time of posting that day and adding the missing bits maybe 20-30 mintues after the og discord post i was fucked up thinking about this hours after this nightmare ended)

she had been too busy cleaning the tables to even yell at him to leave. she had ignored him for a couple of minutes. still mad at him. until he spoke. her brows raised high into her hairline. “ right. ” she mumbled making her way back behind the counter. placing the cleaning bottle back in its proper spot. “ i think working for evil aliens bent on destroying the world to be the definition of a bad guy , jesse. ” looking back him , she rests her hands on the counter - keeping the bench between her and him. and barricade. “ how’d you even find me ? ”

Hello! I was just babysitting a friends toddler a while ago. He was four and already LOVED transformers. He expecially loved Bumblebee, and got this mini figure of a Bumblebee (I forgot what version unfortunately) that he thinks is like a guardian angel that can chase away nightmares and monsters and even turn him into a transformer one day as well! And this was SOO cute! So may I request a scenario of G1, TFP, TFA, as well as ROTB Bumblebee meeting a human equivalent of a sparkling that absolutely ADORED him and think he can do anything? Who even claims when he grows up he wants to be a transformer too just like Bee and fight alongside him one day?

All of this... so CUTE! First time I'm doing a multi version of the same character, so hopefully this turns out good! If this isn't what you wanted please let me know!

Human Buddy the Toddler wanting to be like Bumblebee

Bumblebee is flustered by the toddler wanting to be just like him when they grow up.

He makes them an honorary Autobot.

He chuckles to himself when they tell him about their dream of actually becoming a Cybertronain like him.

“Is that what you really want?”--Bumblebee

“Yeah! You’re so cool and, and you transforming is cool!”--Buddy

“Well, just don’t let Wheeljack or Grampa Sparkplug find out.”--Bumblebee

“Why?”--Buddy

Flashbacks to Autobot Spike incident.

“Trust me, you’re much better off being yourself.”--Bumblebee

“Really?”--Buddy

“Of course! Now let’s go see what the others are doing.”--Bumblebee

When he hears them talking about fighting alongside him, he tries to distract them with telling them about all the better ways of fighting the Decepitcons as a human.

This usually works and they get fixated on other things for the time being.

He does keep a close eye on the toddler in case they do try and go outside of the base or near Wheeljacks lab.

Gets Chip, Carly, Spike and Sparkplug to help better understand the dangers of being a bot and being out in the field.

Occasionally bringing in a guest bot… that’s fit to tell things to them.

“That should be that last speaker. Thanks again Blaster.”--Bumblebee

“No probs Bee! It was fun to talk to the little one.”--Blaster

“Yeah—wait why is the door still closed? I thought that was the last speaker.”--Bumblebee

“Oh, yeah I let Red in there. He said he wanted to have a short talk with Tiny.”--Spike

“Red… Red who—”--Blaster

“Spike, did you let Red Alert in the room?”--Bumblebee

“Yeah?”--Spike

“Oh Primus!”--Blaster

Blaster trying to open the door.

“Red! They’re too young! Open the door!”--Blaster

“You can’t make me! They are never too young to learn about safety protocols.”—Red Alert

“But not ALL of them!”--Bumblebee

“I will call Inferno if you don’t open the door in the next 10 seconds.”--Blaster

Bee, like G1, is a bit flustered that they want to be just like him when they grow up.

When they mention about actually wanting to be a bot, he humors them a bit.

“Beep bop bep? (So you think you got what it talks to be a big bot?)”--Bumblebee

“Yes!”--Buddy

“Bop boop bep beep bep bop.(But being a big bot means that you can’t help Miko color anymore.)”--Bumblebee

“… I’ll think about it.”--Buddy

But he is immediately against them going out to fight.

He’ll highlight all the things they can do that he can’t do, that he needs their help to be able to do it. Buddy changes their mind… for now.

Bumblebee needs their help, so they are going to help him!

He is now on the lookout in case tiny decides to pull a Miko.

Teams up with Raf to explain why they can’t run head first into danger.

Bumblebee looking over to see Buddy and Miko ‘playing’ a video game with Raf and Jack.

“Hey Bee! Mind giving me a help with the cart for a second? I forgot to attached the cart but I’m already in vehicle form…”--Bulkhead

“Beep! (sure!)”--Bumblebee

Bumblebee attaches a cart to Bulkhead.

Bumblebee lives for the attention and absolutely hypes them up too.

They want to be like him when they grow up. Of course, who else wouldn’t want to be this? The fastest thing on 4 wheels is a great honor.

They actually want to be a bot? Okay, maybe not bot bot but technorganic is still new.

Maybe Buddy might be one too, there is only one way to find out!

“Bumblebee did you bring the circuit—What in the Allspark are you doing!”--Ratchet

“Hi Mr. Ratchet! I’m gonna try and fly like Sari! Bumblebee is helping me!”--Buddy

Ratchet looking at Bumblebee with the ‘I will throw my wrenches at you when they are gone’.

Actually, fight by his side? He puts a stop there.

He tries to reason with them a little bit, mainly pointing out that they could get really hurt and then he would be very sad.

He is surprised that this has worked for a long time.

Teams up with the rest of the team and Sari to explain to Buddy about not going out into dangerous places yet.

Yet.

“C’mon you two it’s time to show everyone your costume!”--Ratchet

“… You promise not to laugh?”--Buddy

“Of course, not now come out we got some trick or treating to get too! You don’t want to best candy to get eaten.”--Bumblebee

“It’s okay I’ll come out with Buddy.”--Sari

“Okay on the count of three… two… one… go!”--Optimus

Bumblebee has to get help from Noah and Kris so Buddy can understand why it’s dangerous to stowaway.

“But I want to go too!”--Buddy

“So do I Buddy but things can get really bad out there.”--Kris

“And you can’t stowaway in cars. That’s a bad thing to do.”--Noah

“But Mirage said that you tried to carjack him when you two met. I’m pretty sure that that’s even more illegal.”--Buddy

Hello! I got it, I will admit this is my first time writing something like this for smutt. Thought I'd try my hand at something different today. This one is so short simply because i think the prompt is already so good and fulfilling. Enjoy :)

Pairings: Knockout x Reader x Breakdown

Warnings: NSFW, no (Y/N)

You don’t really know how you got in this situation, Breakdown between your legs and Knockout with a servo wrapped around your spike. All you knew was that you couldn't think straight, and you weren’t going to last long. Your optics opened for split seconds, just to see the grin on Knockout’s face plating and then the sight of Breakdown past your spike. It sent a shiver through your binary system. A little shake came from you, catching the optics of Knockout.

“I don’t think our friend will last any longer like this, Breakdown.”

Knockout's servo pumped your spike faster after he finished his sentence. Your moans rising in pitch each time his servo reached the base of your spike. You couldn’t keep your optics open, but when you could keep them open the light over head was blinding. It felt like you were going to see Primus himself from your pleasure. He would not be pleased with you, falling into the hands of the Decepitcons and then allowing them to split you evenly. Their servos roaming your frame, and allowing them to your most sensitive points, you’d be scolded.

The sound of Knockout calling your name brought you back. Your optics moving from the blinding bulb to his helm, you couldn’t make out the edges and harsh lines you normally can, the only thing you saw was the red circles of his optics. He said something, you were about to answer when you felt two digits push past your valve entrance. A high pitched moan was let out, your optics closing. Your instinct to move your servos down to grab Breakdowns helm was short lived. The sound of the chains that tied your servos above your helm clanked.

“Ah, ah, ah, seems like someone forgot the rules! Good thing we had these on already, would be a shame we had to stop, right breakdown.”

Knockout mocked you, his free servo came up to tug on your chains. You had completely forgotten about them, he was right. It seems like all those times he remembers your need and obsession to touch whoever was down there.

Knockouts mocking seemed to entertain Breakdown, causing the larger mech to chuckle, sending the vibrations straight into your valve. The string of moans you let out was pornographic, the vibrations were perfect, so perfect that you didn’t learn your lesson from the first time, you went to wrap your legs around him, but the chains stopped you once again. These ones allow you to have some movement though, but not enough for what you were looking for.

Breakdown pulled away from your valve, optics looking at your chained up leg for sharply moving towards. He retracted everything from you, leaning back in his positions to just admire the way you unraveled under Knockout's grip. His own servos started trailing down to fist his own spike, optics flickering between your contorted face and your sticky spike.

Knockout stayed next to you, giving your spike less and less attention. He stopped the little things he did, all until his touch was ghostly. Servo still wrapped around but hovering over it, you whined. You could feel the energon in your frame cooling down, the one thing you didn’t want. You’d been so close for a majority of the night, the only thing stopping you was the death glares you’d get from both the mechs. You’d do anything to feel like a sweet high, anything. Maybe that's why they didn’t let you finish, you hadn’t expressed your need too. That's when you felt it, the feeling of Knockout's servo retreat from your spike, his presence next to you gone within seconds. You whined, letting out any high pitched noises you could. You attempted to move your servos down to relieve yourself, since they weren’t going too, but those same chains from before were still there. You bucked your hips up, you pushed your thighs together, you wiggled like a worm, you did every and anything but talk to them. Your optics looked past your spike, the mechs stood there watching you, Breakdown staring at you while pumping his own spike and knockout stood with a smirk, watching you squirm. You opened your mouth, attempting to speak to them, but all that came out was a breathy moan.

“Come on, use your words now.”

Breakdown's voice was deep, your optics stayed on him. Traveling down to watch him, simply wishing that was you, that was your spike with his or knockouts servo wrapped around it. You took a chance to speak again, half lidded optics flickering between the two.

“Please,”

You paused, looking back up towards the ceiling in embarrassment.

“Please,”

You couldn't get past your first ‘please’, your processor not allowing you to beg any further than that singular word.

“Come one, Sweetspark. You’re a big Con now.”

Knockout was once again mocking you, the embarrassment filling seeping into you.

“Stop mocking them now, I think they might like it.”

Breakdown seemed to know you too well, you may have been embarrassed, but it was simply enhancing your experience, while also stopping you from getting what you want.

“Please, I wanna finish.”

“Sorry, I didn’t quite catch that! Can you repeat it again?”

Your optics flickered towards Knockout, he was pushing it, pushing it quite a bit. You will repeat it, after you think about it for far too long.

“Please, Come fuck me. Please,, please,”

Your pleas trailed off into a quiet whisper. A whisper you knew they wouldn’t like, but you were just trying to ground yourself and focus on not losing your build up.

“I suppose we can finish you off. After all, we can't say no to you.”

They both came back over to you, Breakdown back between your legs and knockout’s servos wrapped tightly around your spike, and primus you could have come right then and there. Breakdowns glossa and digits playing with your valve, while Knockout keeps a steady and tight grip on your spike. You were back to sounding like a porn star, high pitched strings of moans coming from your mouth. They were building that high right back up.

You were ready to boil over, the edge of it right there, just in reach. Knockout could hear the desperation in your moans. He tumbed the tip of your spike, putting the right amount of pressure.

“Please, Please, Let me come. Please, please, please”

You don’t really know how you were able to get all that out, but you did. Your mouth moves faster than your processor, but Knockout was cruel.

“Go on, Let go.”

You did, letting your orgasm rip through you like nothing before. Your frame started to shake from the overstimulation of Breakdown still eating you out, and Knockout still pumping you. His servo going down and coming up with a tighter and tighter grip, he was truly milking you dry. Breakdown pulled his glossa from you, leaving his digits still in your valve. Both the mechs movements came to a slow and then to a stop. You let out your last few moans before relaxing, letting the chains hold the weight of your arms. Knockout let go of your spike, scooping up some of your fluids on his digits before bringing it to your mouth. He made an ‘ah’ noise towards you, you opened your mouth and he put his covered digits in your mouth and down on your glossa. You licked his digits clean, but he still didn’t take them out. Breakdown took his digits out of your valve, causing you to moan around Knockout's digits. He just smirked down at you.

“Well done.”

Breakdown snapped you out of your trance with Knockout’s digits, you pulled back to say something but was cut off.

“You should rest, there will be no round two,”

Knockout paused, red optics looking down at you.

“At least not right now.”

Firstly his full ref sheet- (yes he's based off Baron Draxum LMFAO)

He's a TFA OC designed for my story with my brother Donnie! Humvee, Noxious, Maximus Prime and Draven are all involved in some way with his OC Tactic, and Draven's role is... interesting

He's a Decepitcon scientist, very similar to Shockwave in some ways, especially with his loyalty to Megatron. He treats Megs like a god of sorts, kind of like Lugnut, but he's not a mindless follower. He doesn't wait to be told what to do. He knows what Megatron would want and is capable of carrying out these decisions on his own

He is my OC Khaos's mentor, and the largest reason the mech is such a sadistic fuck. Draven is the same way himself. Much like Khaos, he doubles as an interrogator for more extreme cases, using his scientific knowledge to effectively torture information out of bots. He's unique in the way that hes very sympathetic to the pain of these bots and soothes them even as he's hurting them

He's driven by the promise of a wonderful life when he joins the Well of Allsparks, believing that if he follows Megatron's instruction that he will bring himself and others to a beautiful afterlife. He believes everything he does is for the Decepticon cause, and holds himself to a high standard because of it

and actually i wanna expand on that tfp starscream & ratchet au. after the war, starscream is thrown into prison and just not treated well but ratchet is the doctor who is assigned to him. through the months of talking to starscream and getting to know him more, the two become friends and ratchet ends up opening up to starscream as well and they figure they're alike in many ways. it's eventually ratchet who vouches for starscream to get out of prison and starscream is grateful to him and goes off on his own. starscream actually ends up becoming the leader of neutral bots/non-violent decepitcons who don't feel safe in cybertron. starscream has really changed in these few years. like he's still himself but he's actually capable of being a leader.

ratchet is going through some depression and loneliness in cybertron and one day, starscream just randomly reaches out to him to check on him. after hearing how sad ratchet is he immediately invites him to stay with him and be a doctor in neutral bot territory. ratchet agrees and he goes to live with starscream for a change of scenery.

and tee hee, one of the 'neutral' bots who lives in starscream's new territory just happens to be a former deception, not so much autobot that can't help whether or not to go by the name drift or deadlock anymore. as part of starscream's security team, he meets ratchet right away and well...you know he rest.

Out of curiosity, how are TFP Megatron, Soundwave, Knockout, Breakdown + Other Decepticons handling Starscream’s Tragic ‘Death’?… Does Megatron become even more insane, then in Canon?… Since Soundwave knows that Starscream is important, how would he feel?… Does anyone besides Megatron, want Optimus dead?… Does Nightsky ‘look familiar’ to any of the Decepticons? 🌠 (Headcanons, instead of story please?)

I'll be quick to answer this question, because I've had a lot of requests about this alternative ;) so I'll make sure not to spoil too much what happens later. It's true that we can ask ourselves the question about the reactions of the Decepticons, I showed their reaction to the death of Starscream in the first episode (here) but without ever really going into detail.

First, I'm going to talk about Soundwave, KnockOut and Breakdown, and then Megatron. But I will also discuss their feelings towards Nightsky, and therefore also this feeling of familiarity that he gives off.

Soundwave indeed knew the great importance of Starscream, the departure of the Seekers and his death was a huge lose for the Decepitcons. Additionally, in this AU, and this is a personal headcanon (that maybe others share with me) Starscream has an energon radar and is capable of creating energon. What Soundwave knew, with Shockwave and Megatron. This is a huge loss because Starscream was technically an inexhaustible source of energy, which is a definite advantage during war.

I'm still not sure if Soundwave is actually sad about Starscream's death, but in any case he laments the loss he represents. Soundwave is like Shockwave, a logic robot who doesn't let his feelings speak first, unlike others such as Breakdown or KnockOut. Afterwards, I think he was still horrified by Starscream's violent death, given that the Decepticons later found the Seeker's mutilated body. I don't think he'll be the best person to want to pursue a quest for revenge. In this AU he's not as impulsive, especially since his relationship with Starscream was cordial, but it wasn't friendship either.

When it comes to KnockOut and Breakdown, they are the ones most likely to be deeply shaken by Starscream's death. KnockOut saw him as a friend, and greatly regrets not having managed to save him. He beats himself up, thinking that perhaps he made a mistake during the operations, and that a more competent doctor might have been able to save Starscream. Breakdown holds a huge grudge against the Autobots, as he believes they are the reason KnockOut feels this way. He particularly blames Optimus, who was the one who caused Starscream's capture until his death. The couple has a fierce hatred against the Autobots, but also against Nightsky (I'll get to that later).

And, as for Megatron, we can indeed say that he is even crazier than in the original version. In this version, if he returns with Dark Energon, it's not only for the power that it can give him, but also because this energon would have the ability to bring the dead back to life. His main goal is to "save" Starscream, by any means possible.

But his test on Cliffjumper will make him understand that this is not a possible technique, and that bringing Starscream back like this would only make the Seeker a stupid and bloodthirsty beast. This is the reason why he sinks the Dark Energon into the Spark, and why he subsequently seeks all possible means to master this power and thus bring Starscream back perfectly.

Of course, this would be a huge danger for Nightsky, because although separated from his body, his Spark still has a weak connection to it. Dark Energon in his old body would directly impact his Spark.

Megatron has a visceral hatred against Optimus, no longer wanting to simply kill him but to make him suffer as much as possible. It's no longer really a quest for revenge just for himself, he's doing it for Starscream too.

In this AU, he and Starscream never really got along, conflicts existed even before the Seeker discovered the truth about Vos. Starscream found Megatron's ways too brutal, while Megatron couldn't contain some anger at how merciful Starscream was towards their enemies, reminding him far too much of his old self. In fact, he just didn't want Starscream to make the same mistake he did by placing too much trust in others, but he always showed it in the worst way.

As for their feelings towards Nightsky, it's very diverse. Soundwave only sees him as an enemy, once again not letting his feelings take precedence over his duty. KnockOut and Breakdown on the other hand hate him, because Nightsky is a Seeker, so he should always be on Starscream's side. Yet he fights on the side of those who tortured him and left him for dead. KnockOut is strangely the most violent towards Nightsky, seeing the Seeker as a traitor to his late friend, he even suspects him of being one of those responsible for Starscream's death (and on this point he is not completely wrong).

Megatron is the only one who seems to see Starscream in Nightsky, because of the way he flies and his expressions. Starscream was expressive with his wings, and Nightsky is no exception. Megatron knows perfectly well that this is not just a Seeker thing, he has a deep conviction about it. He ends up convincing so much himself that it's Starscream, that he will end up naming Nightsky by the name of his deceased Commander, greatly frightening Nightsky, Optimus and Ratchet in the process. Later he will no longer have any doubts (but I won't spoil it for you ;P).

The Fourze Cast are in a park with their newly assigned Cybertronians but most of them are faraway and hiding behind two out of their three assigned, Cosmos, the fast and intelligent but bored and lonely UFO, and Galaxy Shuttle, the uninteresting space shuttle with a funny voice and ridiculous ability called "Meteor Crusher", which allows him to become the center of a swarm of meteors which he can use to smash land-based targets to dirt, while Gentaro is trying to teach friendship to a certain universe-hopping jet, Universe Ramjet, a former Decepitcon and Unicron's most dangerous herald that is in a state of unbeing and can use his antimatter and reality-warping power to destroy universes with ease and is feared by many across many universes including the Parent Friends, Starscream, and Ultra Magnus, except two people and their multiple alternate versions, Shockwave, due to his fascination with him and his state, and Optimus Prime, due to learning not to fear one of Unicron's heralds and sees him as person. But that was who he was before Gentaro befriended him with his friendship powers and this lead to him losing most of his powers to be locked and intelligence to become that of a child's and looking like this.

But nonetheless, Gentaro will try his best to teach his new friend and he starts by teaching him the Uchu Kita.

Universe Ramjet: Uchu kita?

Gentaro: Not like that, you need to better your all into it. Like this.

Uni Ramjet: Ramjet get it now.

Uni Ramjet: Uchu kitaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Now Uni Ramjet has learned how to do the Uchu Kita from Gentaro.

What are the Riders reaction to all of this information?

Of all the people to befriend the Transformers, Gentaro is probably the least surprising since... well, he's Gentaro. They probably think it's not even the first time he's befriended an alien robot

Summary: After his ordeal with Mandroid, Megatron begins avoiding Twitch first.

For the most part, Twitch was the most wholly self-sufficient of her children. At least Dorothy liked to believe that. Sure–Nightshade had their arsenal of science projects that would put any doomsdayer to shame, and Hashtags unlimited access to the internet and technology in general placed her at an inhuman level of preparedness, but when faced with the stressors of life, outside of the lab or away from the internet, Twitch was in her element.

Be it a impromptu rescue mission, or a much needed pep talk at a family game night (or right before charging into a gun fight), Dot could count on Twitch to take lead. Again, she was self-sufficient. Sometimes to a fault–Dot wanted none of her children to grow up faster than they needed to–but self-sufficient nonetheless.

So when Twitch broke the biggest rule one summer morning, hovering into the dining room above the breakfast table, speaking so fast that her words became one large, run on sentence of worry and panic, Dot knew her daughter’s self-sufficiency had run out.

Dot covered her coffee as Twitch flew over it, mindful of the grains of dust and dirt she’d most likely collected flying into the home. The run-of-the-mill complaint usually reserved for her rowdy children died down when Twitch transformed midair, orange eyes wild with fear and concern. Dot felt her heart slam against her chest. She swallowed the nausea down with bitter coffee, and with it pushed down the memories of her tormented children that haunted every inch of her being for the past few months.

“Sweety, calm down, what is it?” She placed a comforting hand on Twitch’s shoulder, interrupting her rapid fire concern.

“It’s Megatron, Mom!” Finally, her words formulated into a legible sentence, “he’s acting weird, but not his usual weird. Just very weird. I tried to talk to him, and train with him, and he just avoids my calls. He told me to meet him somewhere and never came. He’s been acting really weird like this mom! For a while now. I didn’t want to tell you because I didn’t want to worry you, but he doesn’t hang out with us anymore.” Twitch paused, taking a breath that she did not need to take (but copied from Robby, usually after one of his rants at his online team) “He won’t do things with us anymore. Especially me, and he always does things with me!”

Dot sighed, descending into her chair in the same breath. Her children were safe–good. She let her heart slow its pace, though the uneasiness did not leave. Megatron was still family. She tried to relay the past few months in her head, reviewed the time she and Megatron had spent together. Between establishing temporary places in Witwicky to set up Cybertronian settlements, one would have thought they would have spend more time together. And as Dot sat thinking, thumbs rubbing circles in Twitche’s palms, she realized that she hadn’t actually spent more than at least an hour or so with him. In fact, she seemed to spend more time with Optimus than Megatron.

In all honesty, she hadn’t thought much of it. Megatron was busy, very busy. And the newish, unwilling leader of the Decepitcons. But that was then, this was now. Currently the bureaucracy had died down, and instead the respective scientist of the different causes had dedicated themselves to fixing up the Space Bridge. And if Optimus could manage an hour or so every week to bother the Malto’s, than surely, so could Megatron.

Because with what Twitch had told her, this was less of a “I’m super busy Dorothy, I’ll get back to you later” and more of a “I’m in a broody mood and avoiding you for an undisclosed reason.”

Still, rather than upset her child, Dot smoothened her worry just as any good mother would. “Twitch, honey, I'm sure Megatron is just very busy. He needs to make sure that everything for the Decepticons are safe. But how about this, I’ll go check on him today and let him know that you’re missing him, okay?”

Twitch beamed, metal arms embracing Dorothy tightly. “Oh, thank you mom!”

Dot squeezed back, tapping Twitch's shoulder when the hug became a little too tight.

“Sorry Mom!”

My disease professor let us write meta re: the treatment of infectious diseases in pop culture for extra credit, so I screamed about the Prime episode "Sick Mind," AKA the one where Optimus is wasting away with the Plague.

TL;DR-- Ratchet, what are you doing? You are going to get everyone infected.

Also, there's a description in this of how Bubonic Plague is spread and what the symptoms are if that will bother you.

The episode featuring a disease I’ve chosen to do is the thirteenth episode of the first season of Transformers: Prime (2010-2012), titled “Sick Mind.” The episode starts with Ratchet alerting Optimus that he’d managed to lock onto the location of the Nemesis, the Decepitcons’ warship. He also finds an Autobot distress beacon on the same frequency, and he and Optimus go to scout it out. The beacon is coming from a plague ship that crashed centuries ago. Optimus ends up infected with Cybonic Plague, a viral disease created as a biological weapon by Megatron that has no cure and ravages the Cybertronian population. Arcee and Bumblebee go to the Nemesis to find the cure, as they figure that Megatron would have one in case he got infected, and find that Megatron is still alive and on life support. Bumblebee agrees to go into his mind via a procedure known as a cortical psychic patch to convince Megatron to give up the cure. Meanwhile, Starscream and Knockout conspire to convince Soundwave to “pull the plug” on Megatron so they can usurp power over the Decepticons. Eventually, Megatron is tricked into giving up the cure, Optimus gets cured, and everything is fine…except that Megatron’s subconscious is now in Bumblebee’s head. I’m sure everything will be fine, though. :)

Cybonic Plague is meant to be inspired by Bubonic Plague, a bacterial infection transmitted via fleas, typically from the flea biting an infected animal and then biting a human. Symptoms include fever, bloody cough, swollen lymph nodes, headache, and delirium.

Optimus presents with extreme fatigue and a mottled, swollen faceplate, especially around one of his optics. Ratchet scans him with an unknown medical device that I honestly interpret as a thermometer, given that the screen looks almost like a heat map. In this interpretation, it likely shows a fever. His optics’ lights flicker, which suggests extreme injury or illness in Cybertronians within the canon of the series. He is also seen ‘breathing’ deeply, which is another thing that is used to show Cybertronians being ravaged by illness or injury. He can barely turn his head, let alone move from his position on the medical cot.

I have a lot of criticism about how Ratchet and the other Autobots handle Optimus’ infection. Not with regards to them looking for a cure, but with efforts made to reduce the potential risk of infection to the other Autobots, especially given that the disease is spread through contact made with infected Energon (IE, bodily fluids.) Ratchet makes no effort to protect his pathways of entry (Optimus was infected when infected Energon dripped into his optic/eye) or keep the other Autobots away from Optimus. (At some point, Bulkhead is literally RIGHT NEXT to Optimus, and it’s like. Primus, dude, he has The Plague.) It should be noted that Ratchet is the Chief Medical Officer, so this is something he would reasonably know to do. The human children of the series are at least kept high up away from the infected, but it still kind of sucks that the Autobots made no other efforts.

Arguably, there’s a chance that there is no way for a Cybertronian to potentially aerosolize their Energon via sneezing or coughing, as they do neither in this series. Still, they have coughed up ‘blood’ before, and given the Cybonic Plague’s clear inspiration being Bubonic Plague, there is a high chance Optimus would have begun coughing up ‘blood.’ There’s also a chance that Optimus would have just straight up started ‘bleeding’ profusely, as the Cybertronian dead seen in the plague ship was seen with puddles of Energon underneath them. However, it’s unconfirmed if that is a symptom of the disease or if the crash damaged their frames. Just because they died due to illness doesn’t mean their bodies could have sustained more damage.

Of course, these giant robotic organisms can play hard and fast with epidemiological rules. Still, I’d give them an F for containing the infection if it were humans or some other organic being. More attempts needed to be made by the, again, CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER OF THE AUTOBOTS, to prevent the spread of disease by making everyone maintain adequate distance (QUARANTINE OPTIMUS) and using personal protective equipment.
