What if when a Killer gets Killswitched, they’ve managed to escape the Entity’s realm. When they’re no longer Killswitched, it means the Entity found them and dragged them back.

Remember when Wesker was supposed to be Killswitched and wasn’t, and he was turning invisible? In-universe, what if he managed to use what was available in RPD to further his research and evolve Uroboros? What if he wasn’t simply invisible, or hidden, from the Survivors, but the Entity herself? Wesker’s in game lore states the he found himself in a place filled with, in his opinion, “lesser beings that needed to be punished”. Why would he want to leave? The first attempted Killswitch failed because the Entity failed to remove him from her realm, to “put him in his place” for hiding himself from her, as the Entity likes to have some control over her realm. When he was finally Killswitched, it was the Entity managing to catch him and remove him for a while.
