SUMMARY: Lando has loved nothing more than to have you all to himself for so long but it only takes Daniel Ricciardo to make sure the world hears you scream you're his.

A/N: I switched the request a little I hope you don't mind It just sort of worked better in my mind like this ;)
"You ready darling?" Lando walked into your shared bedroom after the last-minute business call he had to take. "Woah." He bit his lip eying you up and down.
"No baby...I know that look we're already running late." You couldn't hold back the smirk at the way you saw your boyfriend looking at you knowing that look would only lead to another and you'd both end up wrapped up in the sheets soon after.
"What? I don't know what you're talking about." Lando feigned innocence although he walked towards you wrapping his hands around your waist loving the way you felt in his arms especially when you looked like this.
"Lando." You said his name in a warning tone as you finished putting your earrings in.
"It's times like this I hate that we're a secret...how am I supposed to keep my hands off you tonight?" Lando pouted, his usual child-like behavior showing.
"Well you've done for 6 years I'm sure you'll manage another night." You smiled grabbing your boyfriend's hand before guiding him out.
"At least let me kiss you." Lando stopped and pulled you back you as you were about to open the front door.
"I just put lip gloss on." You pouted this time.
Lando obviously didn't find a problem with this as he happily took your pout as an invitation to close the space between you both and kiss you a little more intensely than you'd thought he meant.
By the time he pulled away, Lando knew he had left you in a daze. "Lan-" your breath skipped as you saw the lip gloss around your boyfriend's lips.
"That should do for a few hours," Lando smirked as he took his fingers wiping the gloss that had spread around your lips and proceeded to use the back of his sleeve to wipe the excess around his own lips before exciting through the front door.

You arrived on separate cars not being new to the hundreds of cameras that would be waiting at the entrance to the gala. After so many years of hiding their relationship, everything was rehearsed when they were in public.
It was fun, you thought almost like your own Hannah Montana movie. People knew who you were, completely aware to your ties with Lando from being classmates in high school to working together in the same industry now.
That's at least as much as the public knew. They weren't familiar with the longer version of the story where Lando and you had actually been more than classmates in high school and were in fact in a long relationship and had mutually decided to work in the same industry to stay together.
Lando of course had always dreamt of being a driver and wanting to stay close to him but also sharing a passion for communication you'd been offered a job as communication manager for McLaren allowing you to stay close, but not close enough for people to suspect there was more.
So thankfully it also wasn't odd for you to appear at the F1 gala as you had been invited ever since you'd started working with McLaren.
What was unexpected though was the fact that a certain someone would take the opportunity to make a move now that he wasn't going to be in the team anymore.
"You look beautiful." Daniel walked to you a drink in hand before he took another one from a passing waiter handing out glasses of champagne.
"Thank you, Dani, you clean up well too." Daniel handed you the new drink as you chose to reply kindly not a stranger to men trying to hit on you but another driver was certainly new territory.
"You know when we were working I was certain you had to be seeing someone but coming to the gala with a dress as gorgeous as this without someone by your side...that is a surprise." Daniel was a lot more intense than you'd expected making you choke on your drink.
"Uhmm...actually-" You were interrupted before you could come up with something.
"y/n come dance with me." Lando walked up to you placing his hand low on your back which took you completely by surprise.
"I was actually hoping to dance with her myself-" Daniel laughed with Lando except Lando didn't seem to find the humor.
"Hmm was always faster wasn't I?" You gasped at the insinuation and watched Dani's smile drop but before you could say anything else Lando had taken your hand and was taking you somewhere.
"Lando!" You shouted after your boyfriend who didn't seem like would stop until he got to his destination.
Lando didn't stop until you were both in a secluded hallway.
"Lando what the fuck wa-" But before you could say anything else Lando had pulled you in holding your waist tightly into him and kissing you passionately.
"You're mine okay? I'm tired of hiding it." He whispered and you could feel his breath tickle your lips as you tried to process what was happening.
"Lan where did this come from?" You weren't exactly opposed to the idea of finally going public but you certainly didn't think today would be the day.
"I just...I'm having a hard time keeping my hands off you in this dress." Lando smirked repeating his words from a few hours earlier before he took your hand once more pulling you into the men's bathroom and locking the door after him.
"Lando what has gotten into you!" Your smile deceived you as Lando picked you up and sat you on the bathroom counter.
"Can't a man just show his girlfriend how much he fucking loves her?" Lando smirked as he kneeled in front of you and wasted no time in attacking the space between your legs.
"Ahh-" You were breathless in seconds as Lando licked at your clothed clit for a few seconds before shoving your panties aside and sucking you directly.
"Let me see you baby-" Lando seperated his lips from you for a few seconds and you knew exactly what he meant.
You shimmied the straps of your dress off your shoulders letting Lando see your bare chest as his hand came up to cup your left boob.
"Lando please fuck me-" you begged your boyfriend as you felt yourself getting close.
"Only because we need to be quick pretty girl." Lando obliged coming up to kiss you and letting you taste yourself on his lips as he aligned himself with you.
"Mhm-" you moaned into your boyfriends lips as he pushed into you starting to set a pace immediately.
"How does that feel baby?" Lando asked.
"Mm so- so ahh-so good Lando-" You were struggling to formulate words with how good he could make you feel.
"That's it darling, let everyone hear who you're screaming for." Lando grunted.
"AHH LAN!" You weren't able to contain your volume as Lando quickened his pace without previous warning but something told you he intended for this to happen.
"Who's making you cum baby?" Lando asked as he could feel you start to clench around him.
"Ah-Ah- you- you Lan-only you-" You moaned not even sure how loud you were being but quite frankly you didn't care.
"Fuck...that's it." Lando was satisfied enough as he slowed his pace after fucking you through your orgasm and finishing himself. "That's it, darling." He kissed you softly, a clear contrast to the way he'd just fucked you seconds before.
"Everyone's gonna know now Lan-" you commented as you pulled the straps back over your shoulder and Lan cleaned you up gently.
"That was the idea yes-" Lando smirked proudly planting a kiss to the inside of your thigh before pulling your dress down and patting it down for you.
"Was the idea everyone or Dani?" You asked laughing to yourself knowing how childish your boyfriend could be.
"Hmm let's say one of those was an added bonus" He winked as he watched you fix your hair and tried to clean yourself up a bit.
"You're insane." You turned to face your boyfriend.
"And you still said yes." He smiled before kissing you once more, proudly wrapping his arm around your waist and enjoying the rest of the night unashamedly with you by his side.

PROMPT DRABBLES ★ MV1
FROM THIS LIST ━━━━ When they wrap their hand around your waist protectively because it's just an instinct by now.
the party is at its peak, most people are on the dance floor and if they’re not, they’re talking and laughing and overall enjoying the night. it is a day to celebrate, it’s the end of the 2024 season, after all.
it’s supposed to be only for the drivers and some friends, but as you scan the place you realize it’s so much more than that; there are way more people. but that’s how all of dani’s parties are. he says that is just a small reunion and when you show up, there are at least fifty people.
but dani knows how to party, that’s for sure.
you make your way into the house, looking for some familiar faces, when you, finally, spot the curly hair of lando norris, right next to his teammate and carlos, who’s the first one to see you and call you over.
“i’m so glad you’re here! ” the spaniard says, putting an arm around your shoulders.
the mclaren boys greet you, and the four of you fall into an easy conversation. but you can’t keep up with it, too busy looking around for a head of blonde hair.
“he was talking with some guys a few minutes ago.” oscar says as lando tries to hide a smile behind his drink. carlos gives you a little push, letting go of you, a knowing smile on his face that you try to ignore.
you’re about to pretend to be offended when a familiar voice makes you turn around.
and there he is. walking towards you with the biggest and prettiest smile you’ve ever seen.
of course he’s happy, he’s a fourth–time f1 world champion.
“hey,” max says, a lopsided smile on his handsome face. when he’s right next to you, max wraps an arm around your waist, holding you tightly against him. your cheeks heat up immediately. “i was looking for you. are you okay?” he looks at the three boys who are suddenly very quiet looking at the scene, and then back at you. there’s a frown on his face and you want to make it go away.
a kiss will definitely make it go away.
“yes, it was just a little problem with work.” this time your smile is enough to make his frown disappear.
“oh, what happened?” oscar’s asks, worry crossing his features.
you turn your body to try and look at him, but max’s hand on your waist tightens, keeping you close.
trying to hide a smile, you answer. “something small with the final details. but everything’s fine now.”
“are you sure?” max squeezes your waist, fingers caressing the skin your shirt doesn’t cover.
“mmh.” it’s all you say as a confirmation, lost in the pool of blue that are his eyes.
you look at each other as if it’s the first time you are together after a long time apart—you saw each other just a couple of hours ago, but it feels like a lifetime. ever since you two started whatever you are doing, being apart it’s getting a little hard.
max’s eyes glaze over, pupils expanding when he sees your gaze falling to his lips, too fast and not enough.
for a moment you forget where you are, who is in front of you and that max still doesn’t know you have feelings for him.
yes, you’ve been flirting and spending a lot of your free time together, but you’re pretty sure max doesn’t even know you’re flirting. he’s so oblivious sometimes.
“oh for fuck’s sake!” lando’s voice startles you both. “just kiss already!”
“lando!” both, oscar and carlos, say at the same time, clearly very embarrassed by their friend’s outburst.
“they’re eye-fucking! it’s disgusting!”

Is there a Charles and Max master post somewhere with their history? I keep hearing about the social media unfollowing and podium walk off and want all the tea and timelines.

hello and welcome!! my scholarship (read: obsessively reblogging things or bookmarking them thinking i'll actually find them again later) tends to be VERY chaotic, but i know there are definitely compilations out there. i've read some great ones.
nini (@scuderiafemboy) has a LOT of lore content on tumblr and twitter & does a lot of translating of dutch interviews/manages to unearth old interviews all the time. the twitter thread of threads covers 2018 through june 2023! she also compiled some of the database on tumblr here.
@chibrary archives interviews, articles, etc., in glorious fashion. this is charles centric but naturally charles' history intersects with max's so there are some good pieces in there, like this 2015 article on the lestappen rivalry in karting. the #driver:max tag provides a lot of golden content (such as extended lore on the inchident!).

marginally related, but dani (lecstappens on twitter) once posted the video of max and charles being scolded and warned to behave themselves during the race following the inchident. one of my favorite pieces of lestappen info frankly... demon children. (also on posted by @il-predestinato on tumblr here. who, btw, is a gold mine of lestappen content.)

you know, the drivers complain about doing all this stuff. Like showing up to wave at the end, but don’t they do a drivers parade which they go around and wave at people anyway. Do they complain about that? I don’t know. It’s clear the shenanigans is just for the crowd and then they want to link it back to F1 so they bring the guys out to wave. I mean it’s all silly but it’s clear this is all done to showcase Las Vegas. It’s all screams “this is the price you pay for fame” they all wanted that little bit of fame and they made that deal with the devil. They have benefited so much from the fame with DTS and then they have to do these silly appearances and they want to cry about it because they’re worried it makes them look silly.
Max will always have haters as long as he is a champion. Every winner deals with it. He can’t blame DTS for all of the hate. Lando would never have been reasonably successful with his LN4 merchandise and Quadrant if it weren’t for DTS. Same with Dani Ric and his merch. I think some of the drivers have even sold experience packages which would have never been sold at the prices they get sold at if it weren’t for all the exposure.
They all want the benefits and all that with the fame, but it always comes at a cost. Of course they didn’t have a say in the beginning because DTS was going to be filmed regardless. But if they wanted to keep a low profile they easily could, but they are loving the opportunities this is affording them. The celebrities, the extra sponsorship money, freebies, being able to start side projects and profit, easier access to more women willing to sleep with them. Also didn’t season 5 of DTS allowed for many of the drivers to opt out which seems like they are starting to have an upper hand now which also means if they want to be showcased less or show a more edited version of themselves they could. I also do not believe Lando when he says he doesn’t or hasn’t watched DTS because this is the same guy that likes to follow all his own tags on social media and he reads and watches everything tagged with his name.
I just think them complaining about all the LV theatrics is just dumb. Yeah it is a bit much and extra but it’s so obvious why LV is doing all of this. The guys always say “they just want to race” and for some drivers I genuinely believe that but for some others it is clear they also like the perks outside of racing.
at the end of the day with F1 it can never just be about racing at that level bc money plays a huge part it allowing them to race and be competitive every season. If they really want to complain. Use that energy to properly complain about having to do races in Middle East. They know they can freely talk shit about the US theatrics and nonsense to a degree bc they are free to and don’t have to worry.
I’m saying all of this as a big fan of racing and I like Lando as a driver.
I don’t have any thoughts to add to this, but yeah

men talking about women in motorsport irks me so. fucking. much. "a woman wouldn't be able to drive a formula one car" why? because she's smaller? Yuki Tsunoda is small. I, 18 years old girl, am taller than him. I can train to be as strong as him. "motogp is too physical" really? I suppose I allucinated Dani riding then. He said it himself: it was harder for him. Not impossible. And when you point out that, of course, there are women that can reach this level of strenght, they hit you with "but no woman has ever scored in formula 1/rode in motogp". Yes. It's a statistical thing you fucking idiot. How many men actually reach the highest level of motoracing? I will tell you. Not a fucking lot. If out of, idk, 200 kids starting karting, 1 reaches f1, what do you think the proportion is when the girls karting are 20?

It seems Jorge is with DAZN this weekend. But it seemed Dani was with them last weekend. Why are we THIS close to getting them together. We could’ve had everything during pride month
I just saw it. Also they are spoiling all the fun! Now I saw that the set is small and just a green screen. And it makes me mad. DAZN spend so much money in their F1 one, which by the way, at some point they have 2 of them, and just a small bot and an green screen for MotoGP. DAZN, I think we need to have a serious talk.
I think that this is the first time Jorge has visited the set since the start of the season, when other pundits (Crivi, Checa and Dani) have visited it at least twice, my guess is their schedules. Crivi compete with horses, Dani has the test and going to the track with KTM and Jorge has the cars. Which by the way, apparently he does 2 cups this year the Porsche cup that supports F1 in some races, and the Italian one, as he commented he was going to miss Silverstone due to him staying in Italy.
The season is long, so maybe they'll share both some day, or maybe not, because only 2 go in at the moment, and Ernest is a must, unless... If someone hears that Ernest Riveras has been kidnapped, I want you all to know it wasn't me. I was in another place at the time. (Just kidding (or not)).
I know they will have to double book experts in 1 race as Dani was supposed to be in for the Indian GP, but rumours says it's not going to happen. And apparently DAZN hores them per a number of races, so Dani will be in for another maybe. I don't think that DAZN, Pedrenzo shipper number 1, will miss this opportunity. I mean they faked a whole 2 hour-ish interview so they could just hear Dani and Jorge talk to each other and talk about their relationship
