That your hands stay far from mine.
That your lips never part to me.
That your time stays different.
I pray to the gods that they keep me from you.
That your touch never touches me
That your skin never meets my eyes
That you and I never meat
If I ever saw you, as despicable as you have been, I wonder if the gods could stop me.
From my tiniest little whim.
To have you know your place on earth
Beneath the trees and ash.
To know that you have made a mistake
Of crossing into my path
