this may seem like a dumb question, but what do all the winx girls go by last name wise? like for bloom would she go by her adoptive parents last names or her biological ones?

Not a dumb question at all!

Flora, Tecna and Aisha have only one surname (Robledos, van Amstel, Smith respectively), so they don't have this problem. Neither do the Honorary Winx, Roxy and Diaspro, for that matter.

Musa goes by Lu Musa, and is legally Lu Musa, taking her mother's surname as did Huan, but had the fallout with Huan's side of the family not happen, she would be Xun Musa.

Stella goes by both surnames, Oriol-Argentis, in that order, and is always formally referred to with both, getting annoyed if referred as only Oriol or only Argentis. She at some point considered adding both Alessandro and Allan's surnames (Vespero and Damarte), but literally everyone begged her not to, for it would be a mouthful to say every single time. (for those curious, Chimera DID add Radius's surname, now being Carmilla Vespero-Oriol legally.)

Bloom, for any sort of royal purpose, is referred with Drazul, sometimes Drazul-Ferreaum if they want to bring attention to Oritel's surname. For literally everything else she goes by Peters, including any sort of actual legal paperwork if she can get away with it.

Паризька поліція заарештувала громадянина Росії за звинуваченням у причетності до групи хакерів-вимагачів Hive. У нього було виявлено понад 570 000 євро в різних криптовалютах. Hive шифрує дані заражених комп'ютерів, а хакери вимагають кошти в криптовалютах за розшифровку даних. Жертвами вірусу-здирника у Франції стали понад 60 компаній і приватних осіб, зокрема Altice, Damart і деякі муніципальні відомства. Заарештованому росіяни��у, за даними радіо RMC.BFMTV, близько 40 років, а сам він проживає на Кіпрі. Його заарештували після прибуття в Париж. У кіпрському будинку обвинуваченого провели обшуки і вилучили значну суму грошей у різних криптовалютах. Співробітники французької фінансової розвідки змогли відстежити потоки криптовалют від постраждалих компаній до гаманців підозрюваного. Потім їм вдалося ідентифікувати учасника хакерського угруповання Hive і знайти його під час перебування в Парижі. При цьому російському посольству про арешт підозрюваного росіянина не повідомляли - співробітники посольства дізналися про це з матеріалів ЗМІ. La saison où tout tombe

Le ciel hésite entre gris perle et gris pâle. Une pluie fine enduit les toits. Du ruisseau et de l’étang monte un brouillard qui repeint le paysage en photo floutée. En un mot, c’est l’automne. Les hirondelles s’assemblent sur la ligne à haute tension. Elles discutent à perte de vue sur les courants à suivre pour atteindre des confins plus hospitaliers. Les plus vieilles mettent en garde contre les vents contraires, les éoliennes, les busards et la force de Coriolis. Toutes partiront demain, abandonnant leurs nids de boue dans l’étable ou sous la charpente. Et nous laissant seuls avec le corbeau d’Edgar Poe, qui croasse : « Nevermore ! Plus jamais ! » 

C’est la saison où l’homme pense à l’inconstance des jours, au tiers provisionnel et à la cheminée à ramoner. Il rentre des bûches sèches et les entasse sous l’appentis. Il nettoie ses outils avant de les remiser dans l’abri de jardin. Il met le thermolactyl trouvé à la page 17 du catalogue Damart de Roubaix, « pour ne plus jamais avoir froid ». Dès lors le sentiment l’obsède que tout arrive une heure trop tard. Mais il se console à l’idée qu’en mars prochain, quand il faudra bien rattraper ce retard, tout le monde sera obligé de reconnaître qu’il avait raison.
