She sat in the same spot she normally did each time she’d go. Sixth one down from the second row, right next to the window.

She had a blue oversized hoodie worn strictly around her neck with a white tank top underneath. Her pretty blonde hair was put back in a messy low bun that framed her face so perfectly.

Y/n poured out what she usually requested- a glass of cosmopolitan with a tad bit of orange juice and some aperol. She’d also occasionally order a slider but due to the time she’d always come they were usually gone.

It may sound strange but, y/n found herself almost fascinated by her. The way she’d remain consistent on her arrivals, only ever coming twice a week at exactly two thirty in the morning-never earlier or later. She was captivating.

Y/n got used to seeing her there so often it became a part of her schedule that she wouldn’t dare complain about. She would never admit it-of course but seeing Paige after working these long shifts always brightened up her mood and made her day a fuck ton better.

“Hi, ma.”

Y/n was brought back from her thoughts once she heard the breathy voice she’d been desperately craving all night calling out to her from the booth. She glanced up and noticed her already staring with a cute smile across her face.

“Hi, Paige.” y/n replied softly while returning the smile back and handing her the glass she just made.

“I assumed you’d want your regular.”

“I forgot.” she whispered, causing Paige to smirk widely as she leaned back and chuckled.

Though they didn’t know much about each other, Paige found her absolutely adorable. She’d always notice the way y/n’s cheeks reddened when she’d call her ‘ma’ or any light praises she’d give her on how delicious the drink she made was.

Paige kept her eyes precisely on hers and saw how she was quick to look away making her already smug and wide smirk somehow widen even more. “Don’t gotta get all shy on me now, ma. It’s cool if I’m your favorite customer.” she winked as she sipped her drink.

“Maybe… Woah-.” She muttered softly before she felt herself getting dragged by the hip right next to Paige.

“Sorry if I caught you off guard, mama. I'm just not a fan of the distance while we’re speaking, I’m sure you understand, right?”

Y/n quickly nodded her head in response and felt her cheeks grow warm again as she fidgeted with her fingers.

“I’m- I really should get back.”

“You don’t need to go anywhere, ma, there’s no other customers here for you to attend” she interrupts with a small grin, “C’mon, please?”

Y/n hesitated for a second before sighing then quickly glancing at the other empty booths before unbuttoning 2 buttons on her vest and leaning back.

“See?” Paige hummed as she removed a strand of hair from y/n’s face before having another sip of her drink. “Probably so much more comfortable now huh, mama?”

Y/n smiled then nodded and turned to look at Paige.

Fuck she’s sexy.

She was so stuck in her thoughts she hadn’t realized how hard and long she’d been staring for or that she’d now been looking at her lips.

Howdy. It's a little pack of 3 skin overlays (pictured above)

I originally made these as tests, but I found them nice enough to deem worthy of release. Two of them have been put out as secret-cc before, and if you have either of them I recommend deleting the files and replacing them with this new, updated, merged package file. I cleaned up some crunchy spots and also there's a bunch of new colors.

All 3 have 30 swatches, 20 solids, 10 gradients. All 3 are found on 4 different body birthmark slots, so you can layer to your heart's content.

Custom thumbnails. Color slider mod compatible. Works for both genders/frames TYAE.

I've desperately needed my illithid Tav in S4, so you can have your own too now - it's not just some "monster shell" mesh - this head can use some EA (and custom) sliders, any eye colour you set and is fully dressable. I spent a lot of time fixing all minor seams, clipping and other stuff, it may not be perfect, but I hope you will have fun with your new braineater.

Lighting Overlay 2.0

Lighting Overlay 2.0 is an overlay to create fake shadow on your sims to sort of simulate a more realistic lighting in The Sims 4! I made this overlay CC to improve your screenshots aesthetics, not for gameplay, CAS genetics, etc!

This version is basically a standalone updated version of the first Lighting Overlay. Compared to the first version, it's softer, darker, and blends better. This version also only affects face, neck, a little bit of chest area, and won't affects outfits!. So, it'll be compatible maxis match and alpha outfits!

Two versions available: True Black Version and Color Version

Below is a preview on various skin tones. Unlike the first version, the version 2.0 still look good on the darkest skin tone!

COLOR VERSION

This version can only be found in Makeup category! It's makeup sliders compatible!

By default, the color of the shadow in the color version is blue/purple-ish. You can use the hue slider to change it into any color!

I highly recommend using the makeup sliders to reduce the white edges by maxing the saturation slider and lowering the brightness slider

PROCREATE DREAMS QUICK START GUIDE

Hey guys, I’ve been seeing some people having a few troubles with some features in Procreate Dreams so I’ll try to adress some of the most common problems I’ve seen real quick.

CREATING A NEW PROJECT

When you first open the app, it should look something like this. Dreams comes with 3 example projects that you can look at and get a feeling of what is possible. You can delete those if you want. To create a new animation, tap the plus icon in the upper right corner.

I’ve seen a few people confused about the playback speed being too fast. That is probably because you’re frame rate is too high for what you are trying to do. The frame rate can, as far as I know, currently only be changed when creating a new project. For that, select the format you want to use (wide screen is recommended) and tap the three dots at the upper right corner. You’ll get a menu where you can change the frame rate and duration of your animation.

For simpler animations and beginners, I recommend 12 frames per second (the frame-by-frame preset) or 15 frames per second (the anime preset). Create your project with your selected preferences by tapping either Draw or Empty. (Draw automatically opens the project with a premade drawing layer, ready to animate)

When tapping on Draw, you should see something like this. You are currently in drawing mode and ready to animate.

ADDING NEW FRAMES AND FLIPBOOK MODE

Draw your first frame of animation. You will see that what you have drawn goes on for entire duration of the timeline. To draw the next frame, you have to press the plus button on the frame in the timeline, this will create a new frame.

For now, this seems to be the way classic frame-by-frame animation works. If you want to focus on just drawing and get the timeline out of the way, drag the whole timeline by that little gray center bar on top of it either up or downwards. This will put the timeline into flip book mode and you can use your whole screen for drawing.

You add a new frame in the flip book exactly like you do in the timeline. Tap a frame and then the plus button in the upper right corner of it.

GETTING BACK TO YOUR PROJECT FILES

To leave your current project and open another one, click the symbol that is located right before the project name at the upper right corner of the timeline.

ADDING BRUSHES!

It is possible to add new brushes in addition to the ones available in the app. In fact, all Procreate brushes and all .brush and .brushset files work in Dreams!

The fastest and easiest way to import brushes from Procreate to Dreams is by using the iPads splitscreen mode. Put Procreate and Dreams into splitscreen mode so they are side by side. In Procreate, open the brush you want to use in Dreams and drag and drop it onto the canvas in Dreams. There should be a green plus symbol at the brush you are dragging, telling you when you can let go.

The original brush in Procreate will not be moved or deleted during this process! The new brush should now show up in a folder at the bottom of the folder list.

In the same drag and drop way, you can also import .brush and .brushset files from your Files app on the iPad. (I recommend creating a dedicated folder for all your custom and downloaded brushes there so you can find them quick!) When adding a .brushset file to Dreams, it will create a new folder at the bottom of the list with all brushes of the brushset inside.

TURNING ON ONION SKIN

The “Onion Skin” mode is a feature in animation software that lets you see a certain amount of frames before and after the frame you are currently working on.

To turn this on for the current animation you are working on, you have to tap in the timestamp right under the opacity slider on the left of the screen.

This brings up a small menu where you can turn on and customize your Onion Skin layers. You can also change the background color here.

GETTING TO THE SETTINGS AND EXPORTING!

To get to the project settings and change your preferences, tap the file name displayed at the upper right of the timeline (in this screenshot “Dream 1”)

This will open the settings menu where you can check the project info, change the playback mode export your project and more. (I am aware that there is/was a bug that prevented exporting on older devices, this is/will be fixed. A current workaround at the moment would be to screen record your animation.)

And that’s all for now! These are the things I personally struggled with the first time I tried out the app or what I’ve seen other people struggle with online, so I hope I could help some beginners find some answers to their questions.

These tips are all subject to change. Dreams is currently in its most early stage and will be updated and only made better from now on, just like Procreate was when it first released. If there is a feature missing or clunky to use, there is a good chance this will added/changed in the future.

Lastly, I would like you all to know that if you had issues with learning this or any program at first, that’s okay! Animation software is inherently a little complicated because, who would have thought, animation is complicated. Its important to keep at it and learn! There are many great free tutorials out there that you can binge to become better and better every day! Have fun creating!

NOTES / KNOWN ISSUES:

1. Bride Princess Dress :

Strongly recommend using invisible feet with this dress as it will clip with shoes (despite having bone assignment for the feet area).

Sometimes the veil will clip with the skirt underneath it.

2. Both tops for adult males have some shinny areas in CAS, but look okay in game.

3. The Flower Dress for toddler is very puffy so when the little girls sit (which they mostly do) the skirt may look...too big...I guess.

4. Sorry for the lousy previews & thumbnails, been really busy on other fronts lately so I didn’t have the time and patience to do something nicer.
