Frühstück: 300ml wasser mit 1 würfel Rinderbrühe (30kcal)
Mittag: löslicher cuppuchino (20g davon 76kcal) mit 300ml wasser
vesper: Rinderbrühe (30kcal)
Abendbrot: Rinderbrühe 30kcal
also von wegen ich würde Mahlzeiten aus lassen :D
Gesamt: 166kcal.
Tipp: cupuchinopulver muss abgewogen werden sonst verschätzt man sich extrem.

So, patriarchy exists and it’s a serious issue at work. Our third shift worker, who barely has to do anything, whined to the manager because I was so mean and did most of his work for him but expected him to put the fucking cuppuchino machine back together.
Bear in mind that he is supposed to be taking this apart and cleaning it nightly but has not done it. I did his work for him because it was disgusting and needed doing, yet I somehow came out as the villain for asking him to at least put it back together.
My manager is perpetuating sexist ideals by stating to me “well he’s a guy” when I ask why he doesn’t do his job.
Someone please tell me why I have to take up the slack of coworkers just because they have penises and I don’t.
The males in our workplace don’t do jack shit except cashier and take out the trash. The rest of us bust ass 24/7. Something needs to change here.
