Mother's Day Gift

Crochet Hook Size: 3.5mm

Learned picots during this project. At least I think I did. Otherwise, it was all mainly double crochets :)

One thing I love about the bulky and super bulky yarns is how fast things work up……..less than an hour and I’ve got this hat almost done! Now…….I’m not going to show a picture with the hat ON because as usual, I didn’t check gauge and this hat is WAY too big for me LOL…….but I managed to give my mom a laugh this morning during our FaceTime call

I like how soft this yarn is though and will try a different pattern as I wasn’t a fan of working these puff stitches. If anyone has any recommendations for a hat made with super bulky yarn send the links my way!

Finished Enid's snood last week (in reds as requested, instead of pink), inspired from the show Wednesday. Easy pattern, and would have been quick if I hadn't taken a month long hand break since it uses bulky/super bulky yarn and just double crochets all around.

The best days? YARN DELIVERY DAYS! Received the Premier Basix Super Bulky and the new Premier Poppy………absolutely love them!

I do so much crocheting for my own patterns but sometimes I just want to take a break from the graphgans and work on something else. This bulky yarn is just perfect because the projects work up so fast - great for when you need a last minute gift!

I made this basket in about an hour! I’ve been carrying it around the house, trying it here and there, planning how many more I’m going to make and what I’m going to use them for.
