10. What are your most common stims? hm. first my mind went to the thing i do unconciously before sleeping, its rubbing my feet together, like while laying in bed. its a bit like a seal wiggling their flippers (is it called flippers for seals? i have no idea) also i have no idea why i do that! i trace the seam of my backpack strap and roll it up. thats the one ive done longest i think, i remember doing in the kindergarten also i kind of fidget/twist/twirl/roll small random items like pebbles or pinecones or pencils in my hand. almost forgot thats a stim too: i also often listen to the same song or a few songs on repeat for a long time (rn its irish songs that sound AMAZING) also while listening to music i flex my muscles to the rhythm! another one would be rolling small square pieces of paper as tightly as possible so it springs back when unfurled. boy, this ask made me realize i should stim more, and be more conscious about it! i have this little seethrough box with stim toys in it that i rarely use :^/ before i had stim toys designed for stimming i used this macaroon (the nut) where it makes this rattling sound when you shake it plus its very smooth. oh! and i recently discovered that this small brass bell from my bell garland is great for auditory stimming! and i realized that most of my plushies have this velvety minky fabric which apparently is also a stim i didnt notice. oops, hope you don't mind me going into the details like that

i dont know? like i feel really uncomfortable leaving the house without my backpack but there are other things i have a bigger emotional attachment to? i guess those bracelets related to my special interests count too! right now im wearing one that says 'selkie' (its gray/white for the fur of seals and blue for the sea) im wearing bracelets like that when its my special interests/ hyperfixations are all i can think about

im never sure if my things are special interest or hyperfixation... but like, most things i own are related to them! if i dont count all the art prints of critical role its maybe its the book about horses that i have since im idk, maybe ten? but i also have really nice cowboy shirts and crow/ plague doctor enamel pins.
