the biggest plot twist in kotlc is finding out that oralie and kenric started off as enemies-to-lovers

It’s set in precannon, around 20 years before the current TL (So like, the 90s) following Kenric and Oralies navigation of Elvish Bureaucracy, classicism and inter-species politics. Why is Bronte in the earlier books such an absolute vibe, I know he was kinda awful but his attitude was so funny to read

Kinda want to know what the afterlife is like in the KOTLC-verse. Like, does every species go to the same place? Are good people and bad people separated, or do they have to inhabit the same space? Is it peaceful, or are Jolie and Kenric fighting the dead Neverseen still? Need answers.

we were robbed of this interaction. kenric is so iconic, literally the best councillor, prove me wrong. the fact he knows he can do this type of stuff and won’t get in trouble for it is so amazing- he has councilor bronte annoying rights. so much respect for kenric. rest in peace kenric.
