Alright some critical thinking questions:
By saying Arab Palestinians belong in Palestine, does that mean they are suggesting only Arab Palestinians belong there? If yes why did they still choose to recognize others as Palestinian? Who would that include? How do these questions apply to the next point made about Islam in Palestine?
When the charter says "Palestine is the cause of a people who have been let down by a world that fails to secure them their rights [...]." Does this exclude Jewish experiences?
Did any drafts of the The Balfour Declaration, which declared a land for Jewish ppl, include Palestinian voices?
Is Zionism representative of all Jewish people?
Since Zionism and Judaism are not the same; How is the state of Israel silencing Orthodox Jewish ppl by enforcing a state which opposes their beliefs? Is this antisemitic?
What does "Palestinians of all affiliations" mean within the context of "fully sovereign"? How does liberation apply to all of the above?
By saying "Palestine is the spirit of the Ummah" are they suggesting it is relevant only to Muslim people? Why or why not?
Did anywhere in this Preamble state the express desire to remove, punish, or kill Jewish people?
The charter is only 11 pages btw.

last post on this situation bc it is a common misinfo we keep seeing floating around: STOP SAYING "SHUBBLE TOLD US NOT TO SPECULATE." this is misinformation; she has never said anything like this. we literally watched the VOD twice and she has never said anything like that. you guys can say whatever you want, but please stop putting words in her mouth; it just makes your support towards her feel all the more disingenous, and shows a sign that you either didn't listen or watch the VOD.
this is even from the mod team and shubble herself.

oh my god,,, can you explain the bfajax situation??? I don’t understand what’s happening qwq
hi there anon! i’ll explain the situation as thoroughly as i can, @/bfajax was getting attacked because they flirted with a minor (i won’t drop their name, apologies.) — said minor was 15 and people accused him of being a “pedophile”, which he denied by claiming that he had experiences with such at a young age and therefore would never bring upon the same experience to another person. however, people began to make awareness posts on them by stating that he shouldn’t cross the boundaries between adults and children, along with him allegedly offering a fivesome to a few minors - i have a screenshot of this.
this was their response to this anon calling them out for a comment they made towards the 15 year old, who again, i won’t reveal the identity of. their interactions here don’t match what @/bfajax said about only giving the minors “pet names” and nothing sexual occurring between them. @/bfajax excused their behavior by comparing it to names people supposedly call BTS (sevensome, gays, etc.) and saying that’s what he meant.
this was his response to an anon who found the comparison between the two incredibly strange.
along with this, a lot of his mutuals who defend him haven’t heard about the minor he offered a “fivesome” to, only assuming that people are angry because he uses terms of endearment with said minors when the main issue stems from the “fivesome” comment and their interactions with them. if you know the minor i’m referring to, please do not give away their identity or comment their @, i’m unsure if they deactivated or have a new username.
to my followers, mutuals, or anyone i have interacted with - i don’t support this person and if you do, you’re free to block me and get it over with.

someone (a minor, keep in mind & i will not reveal their identity) reached out to me explaining that @/bfajax ended up sending them an ask from his nsfw blog as shown in this screenshot.
as you can see, the person confirmed they were a minor - and that @/bfajax intended to follow his mutuals (majority that are minors) from that blog. he continued to ask the person to block the regular writing tag from the nsfw account and stated he’d make two separate tags, but he shouldn’t be following minors from a nsfw account in the first place.

i had a long conversation with bfajax, and he wasn’t helping his case and instead only made it worse. he continued to deflect what’s being said about him (using other people as reference) and outright admitted that he’s been lying about his age most likely to save himself - either way, he has had a nsfw blog as previously shown.

his new @ is kaevirch !! if you’d like to go ahead and block that account too, go ahead. as for how i was made aware of this - the @ mentioned in the pinned post was his old account that he showed me when we talked - he used to go by zeke.

isnt it kind of a irony of destiny that cc!bagis favorite aop character is joui jouki (from what people say at least), and is a character that resembles qbbh mostly in design but ive heard it also has some personality traits as well, and now in qsmp qbagi has qbbh as one of her most trusted friends, and qbagi never saw qbbh with his original colors (only once in a photo). just wild to me.

btw if you ever read anyone expressing a scientific "fact" that involves any version of "....AND WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW/WHY!!" then that's a huge red flag
the fact that the speaker even knows enough to report on it means that someone out there has researched it. there are a fuck ton of things we don't understand fully, but if someone has studied it enough to report back on their findings, that means we have at least an iota of evidence or data. in my experience, if you look into things scientists "have no idea about," your results will range from "we don't understand this very well so experts are not going to use very definitive language, but here's what we do know and what theories we've constructed from that" to "this isn't 100% proven yet, but we have a lot of evidence and are fairly confident."
ofc there are some rare exceptions where we genuinely have no idea, but also sometimes we know exactly what causes something and OP literally just made shit up lmao
#i get annoyed when a post has REALLY obvious red flags#like hyperbolic language! that's what this is!!#and then someone corrects it as misinfo and all the replies are like 'but how was i supposed to know? :('#like no you're not expected to just know things off the top of your head#but if you're going to exist online you do have a responsibility to learn to recognize red flags#and if you miss them to not just brush them off as HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW without self-reflection#because taking to second to figure out what flags you missed will help you no miss them again#like we all get tricked up misinfo but it frustrates me how many people are completely unwilling to think about what they read

Recalling earlier when they defined others besides Arabs as being Palestinian: does claiming the land of Palestine for Palestinians suggest it is only for Arab and Muslim Palestinians to live in?
Recalling Zionism opposes Orthodox Jewish views and that Zionism is not Judaism: does the goal to "liberate Palestine and confront the Zionist project" exclude Jewish liberation from Zionism? Does it suggest they want to commit mass violence against a religious group?
By outlining the territory borders and saying that Zionism and a Zionist state don't have the authority or right to violate or remove another person from their land and rights, is the author suggesting that Jewish people can not be Palestinian and must be removed from that land?

from what i’m gathering, everyone mentioned in the anime/manga ordeal got cleared by either dropping the censored version of the show entirely or owning copies of the censored version of the manga. i apologize for any misinfo i might’ve spread by having a gut reaction to the disturbing claims that were made against them. i don’t support any defamation of any artist and if there’s more info please correct me!!
