?? Coral supporters are beyond me like what do you mean that she is "trying"??? All she's done has gotten the tribe involved in the SandWing Secession war and kill any of her guards. I was conscripted for guard duty for two years and I saw her kill FIFTEEN dragons for no reason. Just felt like it.

Hey maybe you all could learn how to have basic fucking compassion and sympathy. Coral has done more than you could possibly do in your life. Shes been through so much and you call her a tyrant? Youd understand if you were in her position. Its harder than anything to be a queen during a war and you just sit on your tail and nitpick her for everything. Youd be more useful to your tribe if you died in battle.

I’m sure someone has said this before, but Coral + Blister would make an epic toxic romance.
like in the surface level joke way of “the murderous evil self-centered queen has just allied with the most sniveling obviously evil manipulative bastard you’ve seen in your life but no one can say anything bad about her bc they’ll be executed” it’s great.
but it’s also fascinating on a deeper level— something abt how Coral is a bad queen and not a very good person but she did truly genuinely love Gill and she couldn’t take his absence so she decided to fill the empty space with someone else who promised to love her, even if some part of her knew that Blister wasn’t completely trustworthy. Like the take of “oh coral was completely convinced by blister bc she was vain and blister pretended to like her terrible novels” feels less interesting to me than “coral was willing to overlook her own (and everyone else’s) obvious suspicions about blister bc she was so desperate to be loved again”.
