I'M SURE WHEN CORRUPTED RUIN DESTROYED THE DAYCARE, HE FOUND SUN’S CATS, FED THEM AND STROKED THEM
While there was no Sun and Moon, Solar took care of them, secretly carrying food to them and knowing that they would not be touched (Bloodmoon always disappear and run away somewhere), but sometimes they ran right into the daycare and Ruin like "haha, I'm crazy and evil- oh, cats, well, let's feed them, they must be hungry, right? Of course you can sharpen your claws on me, I don't mind. And I'll caress you in return, my hands are like comb."
Because in his world, unfortunately, animals have been eliminated due to the fact that people are trying to survive as best they can and there are very few of them left, and robots mostly don't care about animals, but here two whole fluffy domestic lumps!
And Ruin is interested in petting and feeding them....

Sneak peek:
The training session kept running through her head, over and over again. The way they separated into teams, the way she was the only one not wearing her own nation’s clothing, the way Aang hesitated… the brutal way Sokka cut the head of the melon lord, without remorse.
She knew it was just a prop… and she knew she would have no hesitation either… but the way Aang hesitated… she felt for him. It wasn’t fair, that he was so young and had such a decision and fate on his shoulders.
Beside her Sokka was sleeping soundly, snoring a little, one arm protectively around her. How he could sleep so soundly when the end of the world was near was beyond her.

guys I've been making this tsams au for months now and a crucial part of Eclipse's character development is that he gets rlly attatched to this cat, but I have just been referring to this cat as "the cat" so,

It's SUCH a good feeling, seriously. I can remember the first few times it happened in this fandom vivedly (like I remember where I was when I got the email). It just always feels so good to know that someone you love and admire also admires you a little bit. It's sort of surreal but then again so is the whole experience of writing fic and getting any attention for it.

Under the night of the glowing moon, stars, and city Baron was doing his midnight patrol. Scanning the skies while watching the ground below him for any activity… his patience payed off as he lowered himself within the cloud line as he whiteness familiar hover vehicles.
“Pinchers…. Around this hour? Why not?” Baron spoke to himself as he followed behind the two grunts.
“UUUGGH! Why do we have to do night hunting?! Not only it’s dark, but it’s so cold!” One complained as she shivered in the cold wind.
“We’re just finding some decent Pokémon to capture for Cipher or keep for ourselves!” The other barked out, scanning the earth below him until seeing the desert. “Hey! Let’s see if we can find anything there! I heard Braviary and Mandibuzz live there! Let’s get an easy catch!” He chuckled as the two fly below, making Baron carefully follow after.
“Midnight Hunts… I swear if there are young or you steal trainers’ Pokémon…” Baron huffed to himself as followed, doing everything in his power to not be detected. Now looking down to see a sea of sand below him, thankfully not a trainer in sight… yet wild Pokémon up and about. “Shit… alright, let’s have a dog fight…”
The Pinchers hovered above the ground as they spot an Flygon and an Krookodile. “Hey hey! How about that! Let’s get our pay here!” The male grunt spoke with eagerness, until the two felt a strong gust swoosh pass their heads. Looking up to see a shadow of an Eon Dragon, but it looked a little… different? “What the heck?! Where did that come from?!”
“I don’t know! But was that one of the legendary Pokémon?! If it was, let’s get it!” The female grunt spoke as the two flew after Baron, giving the man a big grin.
“Perfect.~” He began to fly low as he used the sand as a shield to hide his identity. Causing the two Pinchers to be annoyed from the sand now blown in their faces.
As the dust finally settled, the two were surprised to see the Legendary Silver Comet himself, Baron. “Hi!~ Were you expecting a bigger prize?~ Nope! But hope you can still fly while blind!” As he said that Baron unleashed flash bombs, quickly looking away and blinding his enemies as the two indeed crashed into the sand. Leaving Baron laughing as he disappeared into the night.

So I exist, hi! Heh heh... Heh... Heh... Yeah...
2023 was not too kind to me, as some of you may remember. Short list of what happened: broke my arm, out of work for two months, had to sue my landlord and move with no money, went back to work, brought one my task trained ESA puppy (she's over a year now!), discovered I had way more mental health issues than I thought after two months of not having to mask, trained a stubborn hound puppy, had to put one of my soul cats down, nearly got evicted due to lack of funds, won my case, brought home another cat, had to put my other soul cat down, fell into a super deep depression that I'm only now trying to crawl out of.
So... A lot has happened. I haven't watched the Netflix A: tla yet, haven't wanted too. Haven't watched anything Star Wars related since the second season of The Mandalorian. I'm very behind on pop culture and fandom. Very. It's a miracle I was able to get out of bed everyday for the past year.
I can barely shower most days, tbh, I mostly just go to work, come home, train and play with my dog, and sleep. Lots of sleeping.
So I'm sorry if anyone has been hoping I update soon and I haven't. I've been thinking about it.
I'll post a refresher of my stories I'm working on within the next month or two, and my plans for them and where they are going.
I can't promise how much I'll interact in the fandom anymore. It overwhelms me at the moment. But staying in my corner writing stories every few days or weeks sounds okay for now, so I hopefully can stick to that.

okay so. submarine. i think it was Okay in that it developed Kanata's character pretty well but it still feels like his relationship with the juniors is really neglected like. yeah they Know now about his upbringing as a god of a cult but its like. they dont quite understand it? if that makes sense? and i'm hoping to god that kanata's center event can address this better but like. tetsu is still feeling like they're treating them all like kids and the ARE is the problem and chiaki knows that he has a lot of issues to work through and i still think he should have stepped down in comet show officially and made tetsu the leader then rather than try to defend his position as ryusei red and the center/leader of their unit. comet show my fucking beloathed </3
as for akatsuki, i dont know enough about them to really say how it impacted their dynamic but i did feel like souma got quite a bit of character growth at the expense of keito, though keito was just a 3* this event so he obviously wasnt entirely the focus and it was more about giving souma more autonomy and decision making ability within akatsuki which is fine. it also i think more properly defined the souma and kanata dynamic which was very nice and makes me think thoughts that i'm not quite sure how to word yet but they are there.
