Happiness is..
Today I completed my second month of clean eating, doing sports I'm much lighter, I feel that I have more energy, I don't crave food as much as I did before, I replaced some of my bad habits with good ones. My next goal is to improve my running skills, so let's see what can I do about that. Still have a long way to go, but I'm very proud of my self.
