Back again to promote a fic I wrote this week as a part of the @twwpress Wheel of Destiny Drabble Challenge ( Two fics in a week ? Who am I becoming? How I churned this out on top of everything else I'm doing this week is wild to me. But the fic bug is here with inspiration and eating up the drabble challenge so who am I to deny it. Hopefully y'all will forgive me for doubling the word count on this one, I couldn't help myself. )

What if at the end of Institutional Memory instead of going to see Danny after visiting Toby about the pardon, CJ turned around and Toby let her back inside?

What if they finished the bottle of wine, then another, and that fabulous-looking chicken and one thing led to another?

What if they had one final moment together before everything that comes next?

CJ and Donna get together for brunch, at some point in the first 100 days of the Santos Presidency, and CJ recounts the story of that night.

There's not alot of ez fanfics so I made this one ;)

As Stated there are triggers and hard topics in this story, as well as mature themes.

"Fuck you Pedro!" Jackie yelled giving her ex boss the finger.

Okay she might've punch a customer in the face,but in her defense he tried to slap her ass as she was bagging groceries.

"Okay." the girl murmered as she got into her car.

Glancing to her passanger seat she did a double take and screamed.

"AAAAHHH!" She yelled as The figure also yelled.

"WAIT I CAN EXPlAIN!" the kid,who looked around sixteen exclaimed.

"Listen kid you better get out of my car before I shove my foot up your ass!" Jackie exclaimed quietly.

"Look I need a ride to Santo Padre,I have a dime." The girl said.

"What the hell kid!,a dime to drive three hours to do what?" Jackie said.

"To see my father,well meet him,my name's Illiana by the way." The girl,Illiana said.

"You think im gonna drive you,a total stranger,to meet a man,who im guessing doesn't know you exist,three hours to Santo Padre?" The older woman questioned at this kids audacity.

"Yep!" Illiana chirped.

"I- Wh- Goddammit you know wha- Fuck it Santo Padre here we come." She stammered.

"Man did I just catch a ride with a Crazy lady?" Illiana murmured to herself.

"Im not Crazy you little shit,I- ok I might have a couple screws loose,So what!" Jackie said raising a brow at the the kid.

"Ay dios mío." Illiana said as the car started.

After picking up some stuff from her apartment Jackie drove Illiana to her small house.

"Why just a small bag,also does your Mother know your leaving?" Jackie asked.

"No she's dead." The girl sniffed throwing the small bag in the back.

"And it's all I got,my foster parents don't give a damn,just a couple of oufits and shit." Illiana murmered.

"Hey kid its gonna be fine." Jackie murmered as her gaze softened.

"I hope so,by the way,before you changed your name tag said Camila,but you said your name was Jackie?" Illiana rambled as they drove.

"My full name is Camila "Jackie" Vincent,but I just go by Jackie or CJ." The woman laughed.

Three hours later....

"You sure this is it?" Jackie questioned.

Pulling up to a junkyard,Jackie saw the motorcycles.

"Thats what the note said." Illiana said as the two got out of the car.

The younger girl grabbed her hand as the walked up the steps.

Upon entering a group of men stared at the two,some had a hungry look in their eyes as they looked at Jackie.

"Im looking for Obispo Losa!" Illiana exclaimed.

"The fuck you want with me kid." a short man stepped up.

"Screw you old man, you stuck your dick in the wrong woman, and she had a kid, you get the picture yet!?" Illiana exclaimed.

The man looked at me staring me up and down.

"Listen kid your Mamá must be lying, because I would remember a banging body like hers." Bishop told the kid claiming to be his.

Meanwhile Ez Reyes, the new Presidente of the mayans, had eyes on the older woman , and damn was she fine.

"Man , la chica blanca is fine as hell." Gilly said .

A slap was heard all around the clubhouse as the former President held his cheek.

"Do I look like her fucking Mother?!" The woman yelled,

and damn she was fine as hell angry.

"You fucking white- " Bishop was cutoff as he was once again slapped.

"Finish that damn sentence I dare you!" Jackie yelled.

"Enough!" Ez exclaimed.

"I drove this damn kid three fucking hours to meet you,the least you can do is hear her out." Jackie said glaring down at the man.

"My mom was a bitch,to put it lightly,she decided to stick a damn needle in her arm,I found her,she had the fucking balls to write a note saying she loved me, and your name,where I could find you." Illiana explained.

"And you think I would give a damn?" Bishop questioned.

"You know what?Fuck you this was a mistake!" The teen yelled ran out of the club house.

"You stupid piece of shit! Illiana wait!" Jackie yelled.

"Sorry for the trouble." Jackie said passing Ez.

In the car Illiana was sobbing as Jackie opened the door.

"He didn't want anything to do with me,he looked at me like all my foster parent's did whats so bad about me!?" The girl sobbed as Jackie wrapped her arms around her.

"Nothings bad about you , Men ain't shit,Foster care, I've been there,not the best memories." Jackie explained.

"I don't have anywhere to stay,and Im not going back to that place,please dont take me back." Illiana murmered.

"Illiana I drove us three hours,I drove you a stanger,to meet a piece of shit,and your foster parents, by the way you barely have anything packed,are pieces of shit,my landlord evicted me and my boss fired me." Jackie explaind.

"Are nothing but pieces of shit,no way in hell are we going back to that town,therefore I say we make a new life here." She finished.

"Yeah,and your right,men are pieces of shit,I don't need him,I never did,I just wanted to know if I just showed up, Someone would care." Illiana said sniffling.

"You have me now, I mean you carjacked me and sorta kidnapped me,but you have have me now." Jackie winked.

"Wait,hold up your a minor Im not gonna get arrested for kidnapping you,am I?" Jackie said squeaking.

"No?" Illiana said thinking.

"Thats not helping." Jackie murmered as a knock on the window scared her.

"Shit man!" She said as The asshole she slapped stood with the other men.

"Jackie?" Illiana said as the older woman got out of the car.

"Stay in the car." Jackie said looking at the men warily.

She did slap one of their members,club her ass,its most likely a gang doing things under the cops noses.

"What?" She questioned.

"You slapped my Vp." A hot man,most likely the president stepped forward.

"Yes I did,now if you excuse me." She said opening the car

door.

"I wasn't done talking." The man continued.

"I am." She said getting in the car, driving away,not without sticking out her hand and flicking the bird.

"Damn She's crazy." Angel said.

"ella no sabe con quién está tratando, pero pronto lo sabrá." Ez said.

(she doesn't know who she's dealing with , but she will soon.)

"She's mine, no one else touches her." Ez continued.

"Damn , she was hot too." Gilly said.

"¿Y qué hay del niña? ¿Al menos vas a intentar ser su padre?" Angel said to Bishop.

(and what about the kid , you gonna at least try to be her father? )

"Mierda!" Bisop exclaimed kicking a barrel.

The West Wing

The first character I first fell in love with: CJ Cregg. From that first pratfall... <3 The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Bruno Gianelli! (Does he count? I know he's not a main). At first I thought he was a huge sleaze, but by my first rewatch, every time he was onscreen I'm like Bruno! Bruno, my best friend Bruno!!! The character everyone else loves that I don’t: I am... not overly fond of Annabeth. The character I love that everyone else hates: I do not think that Will Bailey ruined The West Wing. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Joshua Malina on the other hand... I don't actually know if any character fits, really? I don't have a very high opinion of Toby... 😬 but I don't dislike him? The character I would totally smooch: CJ. Danny. Matthew Santos. Lou Thornton. Helen Santos. Simon Donovan. etc. The character I’d want to be like: CJ, unquestionably. The character I’d slap: Hutchinson! A pairing that I love: CJ/Danny!!!!! A pairing that I despise: 'despise' is a strong word but... really really get icked out by Leo/Annabeth!

M*A*S*H

The first character I first fell in love with: Probably Hawkeye. Though catching it on reruns, I loved Max. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Charles. Used to think he was a funky cool dude but... The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Mulcahy, but only because it's like "I've seen enough of this dude", he's just everywhere. And my true Unpopular Opinion... i don't like Sidney. I think he's overrated. The character I love that everyone else hates: Peg? Idk. Are there characters people who aren't in facebook groups hate? The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Mulcahy. He was one of my faves on the first watch through. The character I would totally smooch: BJ, incredibly so. The character I’d want to be like: A combination of all of them, actually. The character I’d slap: 🤔 dope slapping Potter sounds fun. A pairing that I love: Punnihawk! A pairing that I despise: ... again, 'despise' is a strong word, and I support everyone shipping what they want, but I don't like Hawkeye/Mulcahy. There are more, but I don't fancy getting yelled at today lol

With his father down five votes in the house to pass the Gun Control Bill, Simon makes some visits and very interesting phone calls to some people hoping to sway the votes, but Leo McGarry phones a friend in Hoynes who also takes all the credit for the bill passing.

Simon is in the scandal sheets every couple of weeks, whether it's who he's dating, his religious choice against his father or...weirdly his veganism. He makes a visit to the senior staff and to hide from his mom. In this visit CJ has a long painful talk with him and a few hours later, he came back with a small piece of paper that says “I will try my best to stay out of the scandal sheets for the next three months - Simon Cain Bartlet„ and CJ still has it in her office.

In a visit to Simon's college, his parents along with the senior staff have a moment of fear and worry for Simon's health. The visit started out as normal and all well and good till a rogue student starts a riot and suddenly Simon is nowhere to be seen which makes the secret service worried so they send three agents to try and find Simon. When Simon was found he had a broken nose and arm...but other than being traumatized he was okay.

When they lose Mrs Landingham...it affects everyone in a different way, Jed is angry, Leo and Charlie were in shock, Toby was putting in a front and Sam was sad. Simon, CJ and Josh were grieving together like siblings...Simon the strong shoulder to cry on, CJ the caring one and Josh the one crying a lot. In losing Mrs Landingham, Simon, CJ and Josh bonded with this loss but it wouldn't be their last time going through this.

Twenty Five

Simon is moved out of his college dorm and into The Executive Residence as his youngest sister is kidnapped. Simon...Simon isn't doing well at this point in time, he's tired and angry that he has no power in this situation all he can do is watch his parents struggle along with the senior staff. When his father invokes the Twenty Fifth amendment Simon leaves the oval office and almost the white house but is stopped by Josh and CJ as Toby returns from the hospital. Simon starts a full blown argument with the Senior Staff and leaves the White House in a huff, Toby suggested to Glen Allen Walken that sending a few secret service men to go after Simon and Glen allows this.

Leo McGarry

Simon had always been close to Leo even before his dad was president, Simon looked up to Leo and always came to Leo about his problems mostly because his dad scares him. Being at Camp David when Leo has a heart attack Simon panics and freezes as other people help Leo. This makes Simon feel it is his fault Leo dies. Mallory asks Simon to speak at Leo's funeral and at first he accepts it...but when it comes time for him to say his few words he is unable to.

A bond so strong

This time coming to his aid is CJ and Josh, this time them being his shoulder to cry on as only a few words into his speech he says “I,I'm sorry...I can't„ and quickly remove himself from the podium as he bursts out in tears. In that moment everything sinks in for him and every tear he has suppressed over the past years comes exploding out and he tells Josh to help him out and they walk out to try and calm him down.

Gremlin Energy

Simon is working hard on Santos campaign and it's physical and mentally killing him over it as he just wants to make everyone proud of him. As he is doing this his friends and coworkers can see the toll it's taking on him and it is Josh who ultimately tells Santos to take Simon off the campaign team. Later Simon becomes Josh's aid/Secretary after the end of the campaign.

The first character I first fell in love with: CJ. I was waiting to fall for Josh or Donna, but then oops the six foot tall disaster bisexual stole my heart.

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Leo! I don’t usually go for the grumpy old man trope but damn I love that grumpy old man.

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Abbey Bartlet.

The character I love that everyone else hates: Danny Concannon. I’ve gotten the sense that he brings up strong feelings over whether he should have ended up with CJ. He had me at “goldfish.”

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Will. Started interesting; turned into a prick.

The character I would totally smooch: CJ

The character I’d want to be like: Joey Lucas. She’s so on top of things.

The character I’d slap: Josh in season 6-7 when he just can’t get on the same page with Santos.

A pairing that I love: CJ/Danny

A pairing that I despise: Despise is a strong word, but I never cared much about Zoey and Charlie.

The first character I first fell in love with: Grissom! The first scene of CSI I ever saw was Grissom’s interrogation at the end of 3x15 “Lady Heather’s Box.” I was immediately enthralled with how collected (and not quite smug but...something?) he was and I needed to see more of this show STAT! (I did.)

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Lady Heather

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Nick maybe? I mean he’s fine I just don’t always find him all that interesting.

The character I love that everyone else hates forgets: The funky little mortician with the casket-reselling scam that the gang consults every once in a while in the early seasons. That’s like Pushing Daisies shit, I love it.

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: I don’t think I liked anybody less since I’ve gotten back into the show. (I only truly watched through season 8 though).

The character I would totally smooch: would rather watch Grissom and Sara smooch each other, but Sara if necessary

The character I’d want to be like: Grissom

The character I’d slap: I would not slap Grissom but I would like to shake him vigorously by the shoulders during season 4. Would slap Ecklie.

A pairing that I love: GSR!

A pairing that I despise: I don’t care about an other CSI ships enough to despise them including Grissom x Heather! I think their dynamic only makes both characters and GSR more fascinating and I do not care if they slept together during Lady Heather’s Box.

Jed wanted to rescue the astronauts and didn't like the idea of covertly weaponizing space. Toby leaking the information solved these problems for him. Toby willingly took the fall for it, but neither of them expected so much scrutiny on both CJ and Leo, the latter of which had the potential to hurt the Santos campaign. Toby confessing when and how he did was not part of the original plan.

Alright, so some updates on A Single Black Rose -

As I said in a previous post, there's a new pivotal character. And some things have been shifted around story wise, so here's what I've got made up for this silly ass fic:

- ASBR takes place between 2007 and 2013, this is due to Issac being Niko's son. This means Niko was around 17/18 when Issac was born, and that also makes Issa the same age that Niko was when he was born. This means that the events of Bully takes place in 2011.

- There is no separate universes between the HD and the 3D games, they exist in the same exact universe, this meaning that Claude, Tommy, and Luis will all make - at the very least - minor appearances.

- CJ will be a major character in the latter half of the story for Alexi as she forms her own gang in Los Santos - the Serpientes de Marfil. CJ plays a similar role to Lex as Michael does for Franklin, only without the tons of crime and psychotic ex-friends showing up.

- Niko become sort of a surrogate dad for the entire gang after Issac runs away from Bullworth to meet him.

- Pinky is prominently featured in this fic with a major role as Issac's on-and-off-again girlfriend. They love each other, they're just too stupid to say it.

- This fic will now focus on Alexi and Issac interchangeably, but the title will still remain "A Single Black Rose" because I feel it fits both of them. The story will focus on two halves of the same coin basically; with Alexi growing up in the crime syndicate and Issac dealing with the trauma of living through some of the Yugoslav wars as well as the abuse he suffered at the hands of his mother. They're basically two representations of how some people may deal with their trauma; Alexi instead embraces it and becomes what she feared, while Issac actively tries to esacpe it and live a somewhat decent life with what little good he has yet is unable to truly leave.

Now let me make this clear (as how I do with all of my fics), I am not trying to write something profound or revolutionary. The topic of trauma and trauma responses have been explored through fiction for decades and this will definitely not add anything new to this topic. These are just OCs I care very deeply for, especially Issac as there's quite a bit of me in him, thus why he has a Medusa tattoo later in his life. I love Bully and I love GTA, and I just wanted to merge them because I felt it was something that worked so well together. I am sorry to say, but Jimmy won't be a carjacking, psychotic murderer in this fic. Those roles are reserved for Alexi and Gary respectively (Lex being a big name crime boss and Gary being a hitman). He's something more akin to Floyd Hebert in the sense that he's caught up in everyone's bullshit.

"Emily , this is my old lady Jackie , and our daughter Illiana." Ez stated proudly , barely glancing in the woman's direction.

"Daughter?" She questioned , not seeing any resemblance between the three , and the fact the child would have been around 13 during the time Ez got released from prison , and there was no mention of her, nor mentions of the woman besides him.

"Adopted , biologically im Bishop's , but I came to santo padre with Jackie , and They adopted me together , so basically , Im the reason they got together , because without me , Jackie would have never came here." Illiana said , emily had a small smile , but Jackie noticed the grimance in the her eyes.

"Is there somthing you need?" Ez asked the man , who had just got back from saying hello to Nestor.

"I have a few words to share with Camila , alone." Miguel said , as Jackie clenched her Jaw.

Emily stared confused wondering what he was talking about.

"It's Jackie to you , Ezekiel is the only one allowed to call me Camila , and whatever you have to say , you can say it here and now." Jackie stated , Ezekiel told Illiana to go inside , nodding towards Gurero and Downer to be ready to shoot if necessary.

The sons watched curious , what does a cartel boss want with a Club president's pregnant old ladie.

"I don't think the meetings gonna happen any time soon." Ratboy said as T.o gave him a "you think look".

"Tha' Lass looks angry." Chibs stated as Happy nodded.

"What proposition?" Jackie wondered , Emily stared at miguel , wondering whats going on.

"Me- Leave with you? -You , don't make me laugh, You have a beatiful wife and last I heard a child , Beside's You can't handle me , and you sure as hell can't fufill my... Sexual needs." Jackie said with a laugh , her tone high pitched and playful.

Ez was furious , Jackie couldn't believe his audacity , Emily was Hurt and confused , and Miguel had a glare as he opened his damn mouth.

"I swear to God if you pull that trigger I'll fucking kill you Motherfucker." Angel said pointing his gun towards one of Miguel's men , who's gun was pointed at Jackie's stomach.

"We jus' wanted a meetin' and to drink fuckin' beer , Yet we come ta this fuckin' mess!" Chibs Exclaimed.

"Im so turned on right now!" Tig exclaimed as Angel cursed him out.

"NOT NOW ALEX!" Jackie exclaimed pointing the gun at Miguel.

"He's a prospect it's what they do , beside's he had help from samcro's prospect and Nestor." Ez said , watching as Creeper jumped on the bar swinging his shirt around.

"You know he's about to stage dive right?" Jackie said as Ez groaned , kissing her , and rushing towards the bar , along with Angel and Gilly who tried to catch him.

Letty and Hope were spinning in circle's , yeah they were drunk as hell.

And let's just say Ez had to deal with his drunk Brothers , Specifically a drunk Creeper , who tried pissing off the bar , landing on an unaware Downer , who got laughed at by gurero.

"Jesus fucking christ." Ez murmered as Jackie's hand trailed down his abbdomen , and suddenly he felt much better , as soon as he deals with the drunk idiots , the sooner he can give his girl the time of his life.

"Ay Tiggy Don' drink that , tha bald one pissed in tha' glass!" Chibs exclaimed.
