Yes, focusing on myself is what I’m trying to do and I’ve acknowledged that I’m angry. I think the problem is that I haven’t been expressing it. I’ve just been letting the anger consume me. Yesterday when I finally spoke to someone about it, it felt some of the burden had lifted. But every time this situation comes back up I get angry all over again. Because I’m trying to move on. I want to be done with this whole thing but it keeps coming back up. 

Anyways thank you for the advice. Especially the part about physically relaxing. My body has been feeling so tense and tight lately. I’m going to force myself to focus on me because I can’t let this take over my life. Thanks again! ♥♥♥

@cinemalesbian !! i’d be freaking just like you. it’s irrational but you can’t stop yourself from reacting that way to otherwise minor physical symptoms of usually nothing. even when it’s statistically unlikely anything will happen! ugh!

it's 'watchable' but you don't.... really need to spend your time for it unless idk you are a fan of cast and/or crew.  i didn't dislike it but was also completely unimpressed? it re-enacts what happened at the algiers motel in 1967 very well but.. that's all. nothing more than 'hey look at these EVIL white police officers! poor scared black people! racism is bad!’
