You pick your phone up and text him.
Y/N:I just want to be left alone Scott is that so hard to do!?
Scott sees your text and sighs. "she's pissed off" Lisa says. "Chris when i said to talk to her i didn't mean tell her how you feel"
Chris sighs. "I know i know ma! jesus"
Lisa shakes her head. 'Just let her be and i mean it this time" Chris nods. "yes ma" Scott says. 'even me ma?"
"yes you too scott she just needs to be left alone for a while"
Chris nods. "okay fine i have things i have to do anyway i'll see you guys soon" he hugs his mother and then he leaves.
Chris's POV.
"I find Y/n to be. Angelic, adorable, alluring, appealing, lovely, kind and cute."
Those are the words i only can say about her. God of coarse i can't just say it's all fake...i really am in love with her.
I nod and put a fake smile on as they wrap up the show. I stand up and walk off set.
I grab my things and walk out of the set and get into the car that is waiting for me. "hotel please"
The driver nods and i look at my phone and see that Y/n posted something to her Instagram.
Y/N:Nothing like LA beaches. 🫶🏻
I can't help but smile lightly looking at this girl, i need to give her space so i chose not to like the post, I turn my phone off and look out the window of New York. I head back to Boston in the morning...it's gong to be a long night.

You get back to your hotel and lay in bed, you see that chris saw your stories and you know he saw your post too...You send him a message.

You turn your phone off and set it down on the table by your bed and fall fast asleep.

i have this headcanon that buck is a social media slut like. tiktok, insta, twitter, etc. and so. i feel like shortly after they start dating, tommy goes on like a social media stalking spree just to see what he's been up to all these years and he gets to see buck in all his phases and stages from his brat 1.0 days all the way up to, like, family photos with chris/eddie and he accidentally likes one thirst trap taken on a beach in peru from like 2015 which is embarrassing, but he's like nooo evan's working, there's no way he saw it, it should be fine. and no sooner than he has the thought, he gets a text message from his boyfriend that's just a screenshot that says t.kinard liked this photo and is like "oh? see something you like?" and tommy is nothing if not an asshole at heart, so he's like "yes that water in the background looks so cool and refreshing where were you in this photo i think i'd like to visit" and buck is just like "🙄🙄🙄" but he's secretly like TELL ME I'M PRETTY even though he doesn't say it and tommy KNOWS it and he's powerless to not give his boy what he wants even when he doesn't ask but he can't look like he's giving up TOO easily because buck will never let him forget it so he's like "you know, on second thought i guess the guy standing in front of the water is kinda cute too." and buck is like :D :D :D .... anyways.

There are pieces of chicken mushed into Jee’s fingers and carrots sticking to the bib draped over her front and what might be peas caught in her hair.

It’s just. It’s wrong. He’s not Chris’ Uncle Buck. Maybe he should be? Maybe he’s supposed to be? Or maybe Chris doesn’t call him that directly because he’s always been BFF Buck or His Buck. He shrugs and uneasiness settles in his stomach.

Finally, Buck and Eddie face Bobby questioningly.
“What do you mean, you aren’t dating?” Bobby asks, looking about as confused as everyone else.

So I noticed that Sebastian has now asked, in various interviews, three different actresses to star in a romcom with him 😅 (Daisy Edgar-Jones, Margot Robbie and now Jennifer Aniston) and he’s also talked about wanting to play a character that’s more neurotic (resembling himself) so don’t worry babe Imma make your dream come true😘 … here’s my quick, basic pitch that I came up with in like 20 mins whilst my 2 year old napped (and I should have been using that time to get some work done) where he can incorporate all three ladies 🫣
Andrei (Sebastian) is a shy, introverted and socially awkward (Seb’s personality exaggerated for comedy purposes ) 38 year old, who has never been in a serious relationship before (his longest relationship only lasted a few months). He lives alone in a studio apartment in New York and has very few friends, he mostly works from home as a freelance web designer, hangs out with his pet cat ‘Harold’ and goes to the gym (he’s just started working out again after letting himself go during covid).
The manager of his gym is a loud, confident (himbo) man named Danny (played by none other than the bearded and handsome Chris Evans) He’s a total gym bro and is everything that Andrei isn’t; charming, extroverted and self assured . He plays the Rom-Com trope of the ‘best friend’ offering advice/ reacting to Andrei’s love life etc .. Throughout the movie we often see Danny with/ talking to a beautiful blonde woman (Margot Robbie).
One day whilst checking his Facebook Andrei gets an invitation to his 20 year high school graduation, (🌀we flashback to see that he was a complete ‘loser’ in high school and got bullied a lot for being a shy computer geek🌀). Maybe the organiser tags him and asks how many guests he’s bringing and he panics because everyone on the event page is commenting that they are bringing their partner/ wife/ husband/ kids and he ends up telling them he’s bringing his partner😬 .The event is in 3 months time.
The next morning at the gym he’s on the treadmill when he notices the blonde woman bringing Danny coffee and overhears them promise to see each other later. Andrei is jealous of how easy Danny finds it to talk with women, so after she leaves Andrei begs Danny to help him get a date. Danny is like ‘nah dude I don’t think I can help’ and Andrei’s like ‘I know I’m a hopeless case, but I’m desperate’ anyway eventually he succeeds in convincing a reluctant Danny and he agrees to be his personal trainer/ lifestyle coach. Insert homage to romcoms past where they get him a haircut, shave, new clothes and a lengthy sequence of them lifting weights together 😉
Danny’s says he needs to start a tinder and helps Andrei set one up (Danny teaching him how to take thirst traps) then he matches with 💃🏻Laura (Daisy), an NYU student from London. He dates Laura for a little bit, she’s 23 and a typical London socialite party girl, she takes him out to crazy parties where he’s the oldest person there and comically out of his comfort zone. He can’t keep up with her and her friends antics, doesn’t understand their jokes/slang and he tries to keep pace with their drinking and just ends up embarrassing her. And maybe a there’s a bit where she calls him ‘Daddy’ during sex 😂 and he tries to ‘play the part’ to cringeworthy results because that’s just not his personality. Meanwhile we keep cutting to scenes of him at the gym with Danny who’s trying to coach him to be more confident and better at flirting.
It doesn’t work out with Laura, she dumps him. Next up is 🍸Camille (Jennifer Aniston) who he meets at one of Danny’s spinning classes. After the class she corners him and she compliments him on his progress. When she leaves Danny informs him that ‘bro she was totally hitting on you’, (much to Andrei’s shock) encourages him to ask her out on a date. Maybe an older woman is more suited to him than a college student ? So he starts dating Camille, who is a sophisticated business owner and has two teenage sons from her previous marriage. Again Andrei is completely out of his depth, he tries to fit in with all her friends but fails miserably (insert dinner party scene where he panics in the bathroom before the guests arrive and then somehow embarrasses himself terribly at the table) and her two sons also hate him, they keep making fun of him, he tries to follow more of Danny’s advice to bond with them over a football game, but he knows nothing about football and it’s obvious. Eventually it doesn’t work out and Camille dumps him too. Throughout this we keep cutting back to Danny where he’s exasperated with Andrei’s exploits and keeps giving more pointers and advice, ultimately he keeps encouraging him to be himself and stop pretending to be something he’s not.
With time running out before the reunion Danny tells him he’s going to set him up with his cousin Paige (Margot Robbie) who is new to the city. Andrei is shocked at the revelation that Paige isn’t Danny’s gf, and agrees to go on a date because she is closer to his age and beautiful. Despite her being the perfect match in lots of ways (it turns out they have a lot in common) there isn’t a ✨spark✨ At the end of the date Andrei asks if she wants to go on a second date and she tells him that she sees him more as a friend .
He offers to walk her home, but she tells him that she is going to go and meet Danny at his work because he’s been having a hard time recently and an oblivious Andrei is like ???🤔 ‘what I worked out with him this morning and he seemed totally normal?’. And Paige is then like ‘wait! you’re the guy he’s been training everyday for months ?’ She reveals that Danny has had a huge crush on Andrei and has been moping about it for weeks😧Andrei is shocked to discover that Danny isn’t the stereotypical ‘ladies man’ he thought he was and has his own ✨bisexual awakening ✨ and realises the perfect person for him was his hunky gym bro all along. This leads to the classic Romcom trope of Andrei running through the New York streets to the gym and awkwardly interrupting a fitness class to tell Danny he wants to go on a date with him (every confession in a rom com has to have an audience) and Danny says yes and everyone applauds👏🏼 (because it’s a romcom 😂)
It’s working title is
‘Third times a charm’
Voilà … so yeah, this is cheesy, bad and tropey as hell, but it was fun to come up with haha. also I’ve not made a tumblr post like this before so if it’s formatted bad or something I’m still learning (I’m normally a lurker😅)

Oh man have missed pole dancing! I said in my mind as I walked to the pole in our walk in closet.
I smirk as I grab it and pull myself up swinging lightly. I flip myself upside down and I see shoes walk in I smirk knowing it's Chris.
"Like what you see?" I said sliding down the pole and looking up at him. He leans on the wall with a smirk. "yes Misses Evans" I stand up walking over to him. "Are the kids napping?' He wraps his arm around me. "Hmm hm" I smile as he nods. "you didn't know I used to do a pole dance as just a hobby uh?"
he kisses my head. "No but I don't care about that....All I care about is having a dirty wife's pole dancing show.."

Things I watched on the plane to and from Halifax
Apparently you need to trap me on a giant tin can before I'm willing to watch something for 2 hours. (I heroically did not spend it rewatching S2 of Our Flag Means Death because I could have. Please clap.)
The Last Voyage of the Demeter Much like The Haunted Mansion, this movie should not have been a summer release. You want dark, spooky atmosphere for a vampire horror movie on a boat. It was refreshing to have a Black protagonist who is not only educated but survives the entire movie. (cw: child and animal death)
Kong Skull Island I have thirst watched movies much more terrible than this (because Chris Evans did not know how to pick 'em). It's very silly and has a lot of CGI animal fights. Also a couple pretty blatant Heart of Darkness references just to prove it could have been cultured if it wanted to be.
Magic Mike's Last Dance It always tickles me that Steven Soderbergh, an actually brilliant filmmaker and cinematographer, has made three movies about a stripper. This movie stretches the limits of credibility, even in the already ridiculous romcom genre, but in a great way. Salma Hayek is still as smoking hot as she was in Dogma (and maybe I should have picked up some clues then, but).
The Magic Mike movies (at least two and three, one is very stupid) are these utterly sincere meditations on female sexuality, desire, and autonomy wrapped up in the silliest conceit possible, and I absolutely love them. (Also The Odyssey with butts.) And maybe it's the ridiculousness that allows us to explore these concepts in a way that is still thoughtful but not necessarily "serious".
Anyways. I enjoyed it very much and you should watch it.

‘I cannot believe we’re married now,’ I whisper, nuzzling my nose against my wife’s.
‘Me neither,’ she whispers back. ‘I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day.’
It’s the middle of the night and we lay in the kingsize bed of a lovely cottage hidden away in the fields of Sapphire Falls. It had been a long, but amazing day. We decided early on the wedding had to be on Honey Bee Farm. Abigail looked beautiful. She loved being the center of attention, and I loved watching her enjoy it all.
The rest of the night was spend in bed, until the sun rose again.

‘Babe, stop right there.’
‘I’m in the middle of the street!’
‘Just stop!’ Chris already has his phone in hand, and starts taking photos, while I’m standing in the middle of the street, holding a little bouquet he just bought me for our first anniversary.
The smile on my face only grows bigger, especially when I see him crouching down, leaning left and right, just to take a good picture.
‘You look beautiful,’ he smiles.
Suddenly I hear a car honk loudly, and I run to the sidewalk. ‘Goddamn, these pictures better be worth it.’

Mornings were my favorite since Chris and I got married. Especially our weekend mornings, because those were our lazy ones, the ones we slept in, ate breakfast in bed. Just like today.
‘You are a saint,’ I smile softly, as Chris hands me a steaming cup of coffee. He winks at me, looking as handsome as ever. Sometimes I still wonder how I managed to pull this kind of man, but damn, am I grateful.
‘I think we’re gonna stay in bed all day and watch Friends,’ he says, throwing one more look out the window. The sky is cold and grey, and in the distance I can see dark clouds coming.
Chris is about to jump back into bed, but stops when he sees me reaching for my camera.
‘What are you up to?’ he asks, cocking his eyebrow.
‘You, my love, look like a thirst trap right now. So, I’m gonna take a picture of you because I don’t think I can withhold this from the world,’ I chuckle. ‘If you’ll do me a favor, stand still please.’
He patiently gives me a minute, before jumping back into bed, and we stayed there cuddled up for the rest of the rainy day.

'Chris!' I hear a familiar voice from behind. Not even a second later I feel a pair of strong arms around my neck, and I feel Abigail's soft body pressed against mine. 'I'm so proud of you!'
We, the Chicago Bulls, had just won the nationals. And that might be thanks to the three pointer I scored in the last second. I hadn't seen Abigail after the game; I was busy with interviews, while she ran around taking pictures of everything as she was still in charge of the team's social media presence.
'Couldn't have done it without you, love,' I say, lifting her up to spin her around. After I was done with the interview, I freshened up, and went to a celebration party one of my teammates decided to throw where I'm finally reunited with my wife.
We are inseparable all night, having the time of our life. But deep down I know I have to tell Abi soon that I'm thinking about retiring after next season.

Once the basketball season was over, we'd travel. We had started doing this the first year we got together, and we don't plan on stopping soon. We'd go to different places each time, but we'd always end with Sapphire Falls. A few weeks there was all I needed before going back to work.
Right now, we are in Portugal, where my husband is trying to take a picture of me.
'Don't tell me you still don't trust your husband to take good pictures.' He holds my camera completely wrong, as always. 'Just sit still, and be pretty.' He winks at me, and I decide to do as he says.
'Whatever you wish, babe,' I answer. While I do my best to do as he says, I cannot help but burst our in laughter when he accidentally turns on the flash.

The basketball season is about to begin again, so what do you do when you haven't played in a while? You go to the basketball court near your house late at night of course.
Luckily I have Abigail to join me. She is sitting against the fence, playing with a basketball between her feet.
The idea of retiring had only grown stronger the past weeks. I hadn't told anyone, but now might be the time. 'Abi?' I call out.
'Mhm?'
'If I retired after this season, would you mind?' I loved the game, and always will. But I get older, and so does my body. I need more and more time to recover after each training, each game. It's time to listen to my body before it breaks down completely.
'Would I mind? Honey, if you feel like it's been enough, that's your decision. I'm with you, whatever you decide,' she smiles. 'But I wouldn't mind the extra time we'd get together.'
I toss the basketball away, and sit down next to Abigail. 'Maybe we could find something else to fill our time with.' I nudge my shoulder against hers, and grab her hand.
'What do you have in mind?'
'Maybe it's time for some mini you's and mini me's to start running around.'
I look to the side, and see Abigail's eyes lit up. She presses her lips against mine, and I know we're on the same page.

‘There is my favorite niece!’ Chris exclaims as he engulfs the little girl in his arms.
‘I’m your only niece!’ Felice yells. Chris is twirling and swirling her around, while she is laughing loudly.
Felice is the sweetest child ever, and I love spending time with her. And as all kids, sometimes they need a little one on one time with their aunt and uncle. So, as any good aunt would do, I flew to Sapphire Falls, and flew back with her.
We had arrived home an hour ago, waiting for Chris to come home from one of his last basketball trainings.
‘You ready for a weekend of fun sweetie?’ he asks Felice, still holding her in his arms.
‘Yeah!,’ she yells. ‘But you gotta shower uncle Chris, you smell.’ She pouts, exactly like Livia, and Chris barks out a laugh. He puts her down on the couch next to me, gives me a kiss, and with a shaking head he walks away towards the bathroom.
Hopefully soon, we’ll have one ourselves, I think to myself, smiling at the idea.

'Chris! Come down here!'
Frantically I run down the stairs, afraid something's on fire, but when I reach the living room where Abigail is screaming from, everything seems fine.
'Why are you screaming like a mad woman?' I say. She is sitting on the floor, next to our faux Christmas tree. It's a sad one to be honest, kinda small and not very full. But we scored it our first Christmas together. We were way too late with buying one, thus this was the only one left. We got it, and thought it was to funny to buy a new one a year later.
'I need you're help putting up the decorations,' she pouts, making grabby hands at me.
'Alright, alright.' I sit down next to her on the floor, and help her putting the fairy lights in.
Out of the corner of my eye, I spot a wrapped box I'd never seen before. 'What's that?'
'Maybe you should open that,' Abigail smiles.
Hesitantly I open the box, but my mouth falls wide open once I see what's inside.
A pair of the exact same sneakers as I have, put these are small. So very small. They are for a baby.
'For real?' I ask, while standing up.
'For real,' Abigail smiles. I wrap her in my arms, feeling like the luckiest and happiest guy in the world.

Random Headcanons I have for the Brothers Oppress:
Feral:
Has an impressive Lil Jon impersonation, it's his go-to vocal stim to which he torments his brothers with. Like imagine Deepthroat by Cupcakke sung in a uncannily well Lil Jon accent💀
Says he doesn't like kids, but is excellent with them, especially with small toddlers and babies, it's like a switch flips and he goes into Dad mode, gets really protective as well
Hardly ever wears a shirt, when he does it's usually a button up that only two buttons are buttoned up, or a really dank meme tee or rock band shirt.
He can sing really well
He fucking loves potatoes. In any form. He would eat them raw if Savage didn't have anything to say about.
Has a tik tok where he posts memes thirst traps, covers of his favorite songs, and sometimes just pure chaos
He helped his brothers find a label that fits their sexuality after he found his💗💛💙. Although Maul and Savage don't normally talk about that, Feral is out and proud and will happily answer any questions about his identity that anyone may have.
I like to believe that the Nightbrothers had their own magicks before the Nightsisters took over everything (maybe they used more elements of the planet in different ways to help heal or strengthen each other) and I like to think that Feral was well versed in these things in secret (to keep their culture alive) being that the Nightsisters probably would forbid them of this to quell any thoughts of rebellion.
Is very much a "Haunted Whore Halloween" person when it comes to Halloween costumes. From Sexy Bounty Hunter to Slutty Ewok (thank you @butts-art for blessing us with that😩), He has no issue with showing up and showing off.
He's on the autism spectrum, and sometimes goes non-verbal (to which he uses sign language to communicate)
Maul:
He's very particular about keeping things neat, especially his room.
He religiously wears black. Like almost his whole wardrobe is black. His brothers wonder how in space he hasn't gotten heatstroke yet when it gets hot out.
He is well versed in a lot high fashion brands (from being around his former master) and can see through any knockoffs no matter how good they are.
He has ADHD
Occasionally asks Savage and Feral about how things were back at home, since he wasn't there that long.
He knows how to sew, knit, etc. Because they didn't know each other that well, Maul and Feral's relationship was bit rocky to start out, so whenever they would get into fights, sometimes Maul would feel bad about it and make Feral something like a kint hat as a peace offering. It always worked, and Feral often wears the things Maul makes makes him when it's gets colder out.
Has insomnia because of traumatic experiences (from that raggedy bitch S*****s)
tbh, this mf has the tism' too
I don't remember who brought it up first (please please please tell me if y'all know so can credit them 🙏🏽) , but they had a smart point of bringing up the health issues that would arise after what happened to Maul in TPM up until he was revived. So yeah, I do agree with that HC, Specifically that he struggles with chronic nausea.
Savage:
When he really laughs he does that thing that Chris Evans does when he laughs
this one :)
Is a really good cook, like a REALLY good cook
Can also sing quite well, however NEVER does so in public, and has only done so to soothe Feral whenever he has night terrors (😭)
He is Intersex, he had mostly feminine traits when he was born, but transitioned since he was in tune with his masculine side more. He was told to keep it a secret, therefore not even Maul or Feral know of this fact.
He taught himself how to play guitar, then taught Maul and Feral because they both were curious to learn.
He knows a helluva lot about star signs and birth charts and the moons phases. He also has a shit ton of crystals in his room (and every now and then you'll see him cleansing the house after Maul and Feral have a bad argument 😂😭)
His periods are often rather painful, Ado suspects it could be Endometriosis, but because he's so used to them being this way he keeps putting off a visit to the doctor
Has tics due to a couple bad head injuries
Has what some would call a ‘Baddie Playlist’ (various icons, Mary💅🏽) on Spotify that he puts on full blast when Maul and Feral are away on random errands.
Has a skincare routine and forced helped Feral and Maul get their own as well
He can never find button-up shirts that work for him because of-well...his *cough* physique *cough*
Wears a lot of big hoodies around the house and tends to layer a lot due to ✨dysphoria✨ and just overall being hyper aware and insecure about his body
they all listen to a mix of power metal and phonk when they workout 🏋🚴💪
they'll sometimes do jam sessions in the basement of their favorite songs as well
