Don't think about both Jaiden and Roier walking back in absolute silence trying to gather their emotions only to come home to an empty room filled with memories that were shared together and reminders of so many more of what could have been. Don't think about Roier changing his clothes cause everytime he as much glances at his reflection he gets close to breaking down. Don't think about Jaiden clamping down her emotions cause she feels like she has no purpose anymore. Don't think about the castle Roier and Jaiden built to provide their son with the grandeur and love he deserves, only for it to be turned into a haunting museum of memories that neither of them can't forget but are too weak to revisit. Don't think about the house growing silent while traces of shared memories continue to linger in the corners forever

Yall wanna know something crazy that others in the fanbase have pointed out??

I wanted to talk about this more cuz it's important.

If you think about it. To this day, Bobby remains as the happiest egg that has been on this island.

Seriously.

Chayanne and Richarlyson are scared that their loved ones will be hurt.

Leonarda is uncertain about the future and misses thier father.

Pomme, Ramon and Tallulah are constantly afraid of dying before having done an impact.

Tilín and JuanaFlippa lived in dysfunctional families and died just as things were starting to look up for them.

Trump died of neglect.

And Dapper is tired of living in fear.

All of the eggs are living in fear.

Bobby lived his life to the fullest. The nightmare and losing a life to the code didn't even put a scratch on his thirst for adventure. He wasn't afraid to do anything. If he wanted to do something, he did it.

He was a literal ray of sunshine. Bringing joy and laughter wherever he went. Making sure someone got a good laugh out of his shenanigans

Even during his final goodbye, it was full of celebration. He did his favorite activities with his parents one last time, tortas and tamales for everyone, cheering "BOBBY CHINGON" and shooting his gun in the air. The tears were saved until after he was gone.

His life and his death were a celebration. There's a reason why so many people associate him with the sun.

Roier and Jaiden should be proud. I know Bobby would.

ohhh eggos. huevos. ovos. what a fucking journey its been, that's for sure. from the first day we met you, you won our hearts over. silly little admins playing silly little children eggs that caused just as much mischief as their parents (nearly). let's not forget that philza nearly got dapper instead of chayanne, that would have been a completely different outcome, for sure.

it's really sad that people like cellbit and felps never got to say goodbye to richas. or that missa never got to say goodbye to chay and llulah. or that roier and mariana never got to see pepito again. and it's really fucking sad that this all happened after we (aka me) thought everything was getting better. oh how wrong I was.

though, I am glad that the admins got to leave on their own accord. that they said, hey, this has been great but its time to leave. and while it is sad, let's be happy for them as look forward to the future of qsmp (I say with tears streaming from my eyes lmao)

in honour of the egg event ending, here's a couple of my favourite moments. (most of these will be chay and tallulah since I main phil):

chayanne and phil showing llulah rose's sanctuary

richas, pomme and philza planning to go rescue cellbit and baghera from purgatory

chayanne and missa getting robbed and held at gunpoint by ratackity

every time cellbit gave lullah a flower when they greeted each other (underrated duo for sure, there's so much behind them)

just in general, those times cellbit took care of lullah and chayanne when phil was away

philza seeing code!chay and code!llulah and immediately knowing it wasn't actually them (we love a good father)

phil officially adopting lullah (both times)

slimecicle meeting sunny for the first time and somehow still managing to misclick

misclickduo and juanaflippa in general

all of the dead eggs actually, juana, trump, tilin and bobby chingon!!

bagi screaming at the purgatory!worker when em lost a life during the post-purgatory fights with morning crew

niki and chayanne speaking german together!

every single death family moment, no matter the context, they really were the perfect family, and I will miss them with everything I have

it's very late for me now, so I'm going to end this here, but I don't think this is the end of qsmp. I don't think this is the end of the ccs shenanigans, or hardcore!philza lore he'll bring over, or bbh!demon lore. I don't think it's the end of events or anything like that.

now, more than ever, we need trust. just because the beloved ovos are gone, doesn't mean qsmp ends. we need to understand that wasn't the point of the server, and though it may have become that, now it will revert back to its original purpose: uniting languages and people from different countries. it will continue. just without the eggs. we'll miss you eggos, and

My telling of q!Jaiden’s death. Wrote this one a while ago and posted it on AO3, but wanted it here too! (This is slightly edited from my AO3 version)

Jaiden was exhausted. Resting on the cold bedrock, she could hear the her team, her pack, her family. She could hear them shouting as their dad lead them to victory. She could hear their terrified screams as the walls around their children crumbled. She could hear them running for their lives as fire rained from the sky. And when she couldn’t hear them anymore, she waited. Waited for her boy. And eventually, he came to her. She opened her eyes, waking up after what could have been a day, or a week, or a month. She had lost track of time ages ago, the days bleeding together in the cave. He was crouched next to her, and as she started to wake up, he jumped up, placing a sign. [Mamá?] “Bobby?” He crouched next to her, and she wrapped him in a hug. She could feel his shell against her. She knew he was real. He must be real. If he wasn’t real, that meant that she wasn’t either. “I missed you, mi huevo. My sweet boy.” She clung to him, sobbing. When her tears dried, she let go of him. He stayed in her arms, placing another sign. [Follow me, tengo cosas que mostrarte] “You lead the way, Bobby Chingon.” So Bobby lead the way out of the cave, and Jaiden followed, leaving her cold, long-dead body on the ground behind them. They stepped into a field of roses, illuminated by the sun rising over the hill in front of them. She was going home, finally reunited with her son.

A Kinder World AU- Part 9

Jaiden, Roier, and Bobby’s House

masterlist

Jaiden is a lawyer who inherited her grandfather’s house in Quesadilla after his death, Roier is the town’s resident therapist, and Bobby is Roier’s little brother and their bestest chingon. Together they fight crime live a happy life.

1) Bobby is a hyperactive kid with a lot of energy to burn and two very busy platonic co-parents who both work a fair bit of the week. As such, he often spends large chunks of each day playing in the yard outside his house- soccer, hop scotch, jump rope, you name a sport and he’s at least tried it, sometimes to limited success. His favorite activity to blow off steam is to play knights and dragons with his friends, taking up his silver cardboard sword with Juanaflippa and Richarlyson to defeat the evil dragons, Tilin and Chayanne, with Tallulah as the princess to rescue and Ramon and Dapper as the evil space wizards, choosing to help or hinder as they please. They’ll sometimes even pull in passing Quesadilla citizens if they have the time. Not that anyone understand the full story, mind you, but the kids sure seem to be having fun.

2) Some days, however, Bobby feels a little more quiet. On such days, he’ll walk down to the water and settle into the sand with his sketch book, given to him by Jaiden for his birthday. There he sits and sketches the boats of his friends and family as they enter and leave and cross paths with each other. On days when he’s particularly lonely or sad, he’ll sometimes spend the whole day drawing so he’ll have a complete collection of every boat that passed him by that day, that he’ll later present to his parents to tell them what they missed. Jaiden loves to encourage his hobby, bringing him expensive paper and pencils from the mainland after her business trips as an apology for her absence, but Bobby prefers the printer paper and sharpies Roier gives him to distract him during telehealth calls when he brings the kid with him to work.

3) Jaiden and Roier are partners in a purely platonic sense, and have separate bedrooms so that they each have a space of their own. Jaiden is in the master bedroom in the main part of the house with Bobby and Roier stays in the tower so as to avoid waking anyone with his nightmares. When Roier first fled to Quesadilla town with Bobby and Spreen, the town had a vote to see if they would be accepted into the community, then another to debate where the then-teens and kid would stay. Jaiden, feeling lonely in her big house by herself, decided to take in Roier and Bobby, with Fit taking in Spreen. Moving Roier into the tower was easy enough but it took a long time for him to actually sleep there, instead crashing at the kitchen table, a sleep deprived mess from nightmares and trying to finish his degree (and sometimes nightmares about said degree). Even still Roier likes to creep down from his tower and sleep elsewhere some nights, but Jaiden refuses to ask him about his escapades. If he wants to tell her, that's his choice and she'll let him keep his secrets if that makes him feel safe enough to stay.

4) Jaiden's job as a lawyer is incredibly stressful and having a hyperactive kid running around trying to make a mess of things makes life... Difficult. Especially when it falls to her to tell Bobby that certain papers are for leaving alone, not for drawing on. When life gets to be too much, she climbs up on the roof and sunbathes for a while, baking herself until she feels better. She'll also destress by visiting Los Casualonas with Roier, buying a drink or three from the bar tender, Cucurucho, and enjoying whatever live music is playing that night. When Jaiden and Roier go together, he often ends up dancing and that always brings a smile to her face. Watching other people be happy is a guilty pleasure of hers because if she can't be happy, then making others feel good is the next best thing. These days, however, Roier has gotten to be much better at reading her mood, as has Roier's crush Cellbit. She's not sure how to feel about that.

5) While Roier's tower is oddly barren, the downstairs is richly decorated with things Jaiden's grandfather kept around the home. Done up in hues of rich red and deep blues and greens, the interior looks like it's been pulled right from the ages when top hats and tailcoats were a thing. Jaiden hates it and initially only kept it that way because her grandfather loved the decor, but with Roier and Bobby now with her, she's been using their presence as an excuse to renovate. Currently, the only room completely finished is her own, now done up in hues of pale purple with paintings and giant plushies everywhere. When the never ending peacock hues get to be too much for Bobby, he goes on a "break everything" spree, something that both parents tolerate with fond amusement. Anything broken is just something to be replaced with something better- unless someone gets the bright idea to make a replacement instead. Usually to mixed results.

6) The house itself is divided up into Roier’s tower, Jaiden’s bed room, the living room (currently taken up to act as Bobby’s bedroom and the focal point of the house), one bathroom, Jaiden’s office-cum-closet, and a well-loved kitchen. Much of the house is too fancy to be used casually but slowly Jaiden and her new family are working on making the house into a home, even if that means making a bit of a mess in the process. The kitchen is her current project of choice, where Roier is attempting to teach her to cook. While the man is a dab hand at anything greasy, sweet, or Mexican-themed, his skills leave much to be desired outside that unless he has a cookbook on hand- something that Jaiden not only lacks, but has mistakenly used for kindling in the living room’s fireplace. Not that she ever used to begin with, having been borne with the rare ability to set fire to boiling water when trying to cook. The duo muddle along regardless and most times, the food they make ends up tasting pretty good! The one casualty, however, is the kitchen, but it’s not like they were too hung up on it remaining white and clinically clean anyway.

7) Jaiden’s work as a lawyer keeps her very busy and as such, she’s often pulled away from Quesadilla to complete trials and other duties on the mainland for her clients. She focuses mainly on being a defense lawyer, but all Bobby understands is that his new mama is a hero who protects people. It’s the only reason he tolerates her frequent absences at all, and even then he’s prone to tantrums whenever she has to board her motorboat with her briefcase and backpack and leave for another week or two. At best he waits for her at the dock to see her off, at worst he’ll run away and force her to track him down. Roier despairs too, but it’s much quieter, hidden with forced smiles and witty banter until his platonic partner is too busy laughing to notice how awful he feels about being left behind again. Jaiden knows enough about Roier’s past to feel guilty about having to leave but it’s primarily her salary that the family lives on so she just has to suck it up and cry it out into her pillow at night. Whenever the family is together it feels like nothing could ever go wrong, and when they’re apart it feels like the world has suddenly gone grey. It scares the duo, sometimes, how quickly they fell together, sliding into place like puzzle pieces, but they wouldn’t trade for anything, ever- being whole and happy and able to trust that someone will be there to catch you when you fall is addictive after all. They just need practice stretching beyond each other to find other people to call home.

In my hc for the Qsmp eggs, they imprint on their guardians and inherit their traits (wings, extra limbs, skin and hair color, etc)

Bobby seems to take more after Jaiden with him inheriting wings and a tail (the wings can be retracted into his back in which they look like tattoos, he can also alter the size of them if not wanting to pull them out completely)

But he also took after Roier’s fierce eyes and fangs (also an extra eye hidden behind his hair and bandanna)

Notes:

Tallulah currently presents as female, appearance being that of an off humanoid-dragon child. She appears fairly younger than the eggs her age, growth minorly stunted due to her time in the attic.

She is six years old. Despite how mature she acts on this page, it is enforced and learned behavior.

Within-RP, The Federation intentionally altered her appearance to take after her adoptive parent. However, In-RP, she has cut and dyed her hair and is developing her own style.

She wears her flute on a lanyard with her at all times so she never loses it.

She gets nervous speaking to strangers, so anons will have more luck gaining better responses once they've given themselves a name.

She has terrible memory issues! Before being found is the biggest gap, and she is beginning to discover those memories. Anons are encouraged to try and spur this forward.

Both Philza and Robin are her parents, they are not related and they platonically co-parent her.

Additional note: Unlike Tallulah, as her admin I do not speak fluent Spanish, though I will certainly be trying my best as I continue to learn!
