Once upon a time, there was an enormous landmass called Pangea. Millions of years passed. Continents drifted apart. Single-celled life emerged from a biochemical soup. Photosynthesis arrived on the scene, and eventually, the tree of life began branching out. Prokaryotes and eukaryotes pursued different evolutionary paths.
Unfathomably, life began to organize, to become more complex. Multicellular organisms developed, exploited various ecological niches, and evolved. Early hominids descended from the trees, and as endless generations marched onward, one small branch of life became human. Civilizations rose and fell; millions battled, loved, experienced joy and terror.
Today, you sit there reading these words on an electronic screen. Tomorrow, you'll read more words on screens, and so on into the future, until eventually you die somehow.
Life will march on after you're gone. Your boss will hire someone else. Your descendants, if you have any, will gradually forget about you. You, like countless others before you, will be whisked away into the past.
So maybe chill the fuck out a little.

Y'all. I can't believe how much people sleep on Ryan being just as chaotic as Shane, but in his own way. Chaos is a spectrum and Ryan and Shane are at both ends, which is what gives them so much chemistry when they interact. They built a whole franchise on the foundation of how well they play off of each other's energy. Shanergy can only be matched with Rynergy.
My point is, I was just reading the comments on the debrief and seeing how 90% of the comments are just outraged that Ryan doubled-down on the cat/ghost dog is just ... it's obviously a bit? Ryan knows it's a fucking cat (or raccoon). He probably would have admitted it if the original video hadn't gotten so many people commenting indignantly about it being a cat. Now he's sticking with the bit and I'm pretty sure that the more the audience works itself into an increasing collective tizzy, the funnier Ryan finds it bc he's a little shit whose sense of humor is 75% satire.
This bit is giving big "sharks' skin is so smooth" vibes, is what I'm saying, and honestly the only thing funnier than the bit itself is how much wank the bit is causing in the (otherwise generally wank-free, as far as I can tell) Watcher fandom bc people aren't realizing it's a bit.
But that's just, like, my opinion, man.

People compare Baby Lasagna to Käärijä because:
they both were inspired by Rammstein, so there might be some similarities (but both songs are still very different, even musically they're completely different, because Käärijä is a rapper and baby Lasagna leans more into rock)
the hype is similar as last year
because they love both
they both did a massive jury and televote sweep and have winner vibes
Not because:
they think Baby Lasagna is better than him
they think he's a copy of Käärijä
they don't care about Käärijä anymore
It's my general observation, not just what I think. Also he's a huge televote bait, but we never know what juries will do. There are a few other televote baits as well and we're still waiting for the Joost Klein's song, it might also be good (all of that is a popular opinion I've seen in many comments).
Also Käärijä is not competing this year, so of course people have someone else as their favorite.

Been seeing so much of these Instagram stories like "US is bombing Yemen for trying to stop Israel's genocide in Gaza". Just. Stop. That's not at all what's happening. The Houthi rebels are an Iranian-backed insurgent group that rose up against the elected president of Yemen and are attacking/hijacking civilian shipping unrelated to Israel for free publicity points as anti-american. Their slogan literally includes "A curse upon the Jews", in other words, definitely not like a peaceful civilian government or whatever. Also like the US and UK launched strikes against military targets. Facts are relevant even in the face of wanting to feel like an activist because you're criticising US military action (and yes the US is very worthy of criticism; I'm not defending all US military action abroad). Also yes obviously killing civilians is bad no duh I'm not supporting Israeli occupation of Gaza.

lort hah mercy I understand why tanks get instant queues now. Trying to balance "experienced" DPS expectations with making sure the sprout who's never done the dungeon before doesn't have a bad time... Look man, running ahead and dying to trash is not going to make me pull faster. In fact I will pull slower because I'm busy laughing. Is it normal to expect a rushed balls-to-the-wall run in a sub-50 dungeon anyway? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. For a second I was both ashamed to be a melee DPS main and also wanted to quit tanking forever.
