Chicken, Pecorino & Sesame Nuggets with Bloody Mary Dip...
Craving a fun and delicious treat? Look no further. These Chicken, Pecorino & Sesame Nuggets with a tangy Bloody Mary dip will have your taste buds dancing.
For the Grilled Chicken
In a bowl add 3 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 tsp oregano, 3 tsp chaat masala, salt, pepper, 1 cup garlic water ( blend 6 cloves of garlic with water) and 1 cup water.
Mix well and add the chicken in it.
Keep aside for 2 hours ( recommended to marinate overnight in fridge) Remove the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
Heat 2 tap ghee in a pan and lay the chicken on it cook for 12-15 minutes depending upon the size of the chicken.
Baste with Ghee and Garlic in frequent intervals
Keep aside for 5 minutes and cut.
FOR THE SAUCE
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, sauté, add 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder, Salt, 1 tsp oregano and 1 cup tomato purée. Add some water and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add fresh basil leaves in the end.
FOR THE SIDES ( grilled vegetables)
In the same pan where we grilled the chicken, grill blanched carrots, bell peppers, capsicum and boiled potatoes.
Sprinkle Salt and pepper.
