ok it's been almost a month-ish since s2 dropped so i think that's enough time to process my thoughts.

as a person who read the book first, i was shocked and distressed kjhfddfg LIKE obvs maybe book azi wouldn't have done that but idk tbh. i was surprised that it was going through that route and i'm gonna be honest i usually prefer if the adaptation was exactly the same as the book so i felt a bit conflicted.

BUT as a person who loves drama and angst and romance i was eating that shit up fr HDFKJHFSDK i loved the jane austen references i loved how aziraphale was touching crowley more. also, whenever i find myself liking certain actors and their characters, i have this tendency to want to see them do emotional scenes and how well they perform in them (maybe its bc i want to take down notes abt acting for myself) so i absolutely loved how david and michael performed in That Scene. yeah i was crying my fricking eyes out but i was also admiring just how great the acting was there. can't wait to see what s3 (HOPEFULLY I'M PRAYING SO HARD) brings omg

overall, my brain is split into two but i'll focus on the part where i liked it bc i'm a david tennant fan first and a rational human second KJHDFGDFH
