daniparadise cheek & thigh sliders updated!

hi everyone, i've gone ahead and fixed the cheek & thigh sliders originally by daniparadise for the recent werewolf patch update! i've seen some people asking about it and wanted to for myself because i always use in cas!

as before, the cheek slider works in detail mode by dragging the outside of the ear inwards and outwards, and the thigh slider work in regular mode by dragging the knees up and down :) (sorry for the clunky gif :/)

You fixed the toddler same face glitch? Pleaseeee can you share how you did it?🥺

Oh I don’t mess with this game’s genetics, lol, with how many custom sliders and custom presets I use on my adult sims, the toddlers wouldn’t look not a thing like their parents.

Regarding the “same face bug” however, which first of all The Sims 4 isn’t the first to be cursed with, I certainly saw what looked like it when I aged her up, she looked like a very plain toddler rig you’d generate in S4S, in the center of the face, but on the outside of her face, like her jaw and cheeks and chin were definitely trying to resemble her dad, but failed ultimately, bc he technically uses custom presets for those that are only for his age group.

Seems to me this could be why this is essentially happening, although I think a lot of it too is the fact that… when I created Dantes, I realized a lot of the EA presets for adults were also converted for children, which is gr8 bc Yan uses an EA nose preset, and Marco uses an EA eye preset, so I could use them on Dantes to make him resemble them more… for the toddlers however… there are so… so few presets, many of which look nothing like any of the presets of the older ages, and the sliders are even more limited for them, than they are for children, also I’m literally still getting the bug where if you change the cheek preset, it doesn’t do anything but change the texture of morph, not the morph itself, so I think it boils down to the fact that I think the main reason why this happens is likely these two things.

1. You use a lot of custom presets and sliders for you parent sims, and therefore the genetics system gets confused.

2. The toddlers are a bug riddled mess that haven’t been fixed, or improved upon since the day they were released, and even back then they clearly weren’t up to par with the quality of the other age groups.
