Background:

Saria Woods was born to a human father and an elven mother. Her father was a carpenter and gave her what she considers to be her most prized possession, her flute. She never knew her mother. Saria grew up in a village populated by humans, where she felt disconnected from her neighbors. She found comfort and joy in music, both composing and performing. She often performed at the local taverns and at village festivals. By the time she turned 60, her father died of natural causes. Being a half-elf, Saria still had a long life ahead of her. But with her father gone, she had no reason to stay in this village. So she set out on a journey to share her music with anyone who would listen.

Eliana Lahote was born in La Push, Washington to Emily Clark and John Lahote. She spent her first few years in La Push before her mom left her dad and moved to The Bronx until her mother’s death when she was 20. She then had to move back to La Push and live with her dad. She had to get used to living in a quiet place as opposed to loud sounds of the city. Having to work multiple jobs to keep Emily and herself from being homeless, she feels oddly calm in the forest. It’s unsettling at first.

Eliana has continued nightmares from coming home to her mom OD’d on the floor and is very shy around her father’s friends and their kids. She is a very independent person and is sweet and kind when she isn’t in survival mode. But she’s a strong woman who had to fight plenty of her own battles. El doesn’t know much about the stories from the tribes from her dad’s side, but will soon get thrust into the world with the wolves always passing by her house.

Apologies for the Redacted sections in both his and Nogitsune's files, but the reason for that will be revealed eventually.

Summary: For three years, the hero Hellhound has been hunting, infiltrating groups of villains and probing for information in his search for one named Sonata, the former hero Prisma. A U.A. graduate, he should know better. He should be protecting civilians, hunting down villains when ordered, but his heart lingers on the pains of old memories, the hot desire for retribution burning in his chest. On one fateful night, when the enemy is locked in his sights, a man with vermillion wings snuffs the flames seated in his palms, using his words to burrow under his skin like a fowl little bug. What will he do then? Will he continue his hunt, or will boiling blood finally cool?

Senkei's quirk is an impressively improved upon genetic proclivity toward the manipulation of water, including water existing in the human body be it his own or another's. While it's neither rare nor particularly special on its own, he was trained by the best and worst of the Commission's available handlers at an early age, allowing him to fast track his own growth and greatly expand upon the range of applications his quirk may have. Because his parents sold him off, he was never able to form genuine relationships with other people, viewing most if not all of them as potential threats or mere numbers. Eventually, he began to view them as nothing more than stepping stones to the next goal on his list and, thusly, bears no value for human life in any way. His ruthlessness and unyielding - yet entirely misunderstood - ambition paved the way for further development, revealing a cruel and unusual approach to his eventual line of work. The strength of his quirk is palpable and fearsome and is a closely-guarded secret; So closely-guarded, in fact, by both himself and the Commission except under unique circumstances. Because his quirk generally relies on near constant water intake, he may sometimes exhibit symptoms of water poisoning or severe dehydration and thereby has been known to occasionally be 'unable to work' if he cannot properly expel that water (i.e. use it) or take in enough. ABILITIES.

WHIPLASH: Requires the use of retained water from intake and results in the formation of malleable streams of hard water, which he may use as either makeshift restraints or powerful whips. If used too frequently, he may suffer from lightheadedness.

MIST: Requires the use of retained water from intake and results in condensation collecting in the air, creating a curtain of mist or fog that severely decreases his opponents' line of sight.

DOWNPOUR: Once Mist is active, he can funnel more and more water into the existing mist or fog and create a small-scale rainstorm. Effective against fire-types.

BULLET: Requires the use of retained water and results in the formation of pinpoint-accurate, watery bullets, which he throws as quickly and with the same force of any gun. Likewise, when this ability is used, his body rocks as if affected by the recoil of the real thing, causing dips in accuracy and power over time.

BULLET - PRESSURE CANNON: Similarly to his Ultimate moves, this ability takes some time in order to activate. This requires the use of external water, provided it’s available, but the ultimate effect is the combination of multiple whips from Whiplash all coiling and writhing together like a spring that pull back and launch forward to propel a Bullet of water forward at a given target. The force employed morphs the Bullet into a cannonball and works in much the same way as the original Bullet ability, reducing in accuracy and power over time. However, instead of normal recoil, he may be staggered entirely or knocked down, so it’s imperative he anchors himself into place.

WATERWORLD: When active, he draws water from multiple sources (mainly his own body and his target’s) to flood the immediate area. The water itself reacts according to his will, though it is generally used as a means of transforming the combat zone into something he knows intimately well, allowing him to navigate the battlefield more effectively and to use his other abilities with ease.

ULTIMATE - WATERWORLD - TIDAL WAVE: A reaction of the water in accordance with his will. It takes a few minutes to build up and thus is only ever used in wide-scale battles, rare as they are for him; He must have enough water built up and if this is achieved, he can create a massive wave with devastating area effects. The strength of the wave depends on how much water he has at his disposal - the more the better - and is capable of flooding and destroying multiple buildings at a time. The side effects may include critical dehydration, fatigue, organ failure, water poisoning, severe migraines, nosebleeds, and more, depending on the circumstances.

ULTIMATE - SIXTY PERCENT: When active, he slowly draws the maximum amount of water contained within the human body (approximately 60%) from his target, though he may also draw from his own. In so doing, he effectively dehydrates his target within minutes which often kills them. Alternatively, he can choose how much water he draws from himself or his target and use it, thus allowing him to continue fighting. It is a high risk, high reward ability, depending on how it's implemented, as his own death remains a possibility. The side effects may include critical dehydration, fatigue, organ failure, water poisoning, severe migraines, and nosebleeds.

STAMINA. Senkei's stamina threshold is impressively monumental. He can last for lengthy stretches of time, in part due to his penchant for 'playing with his food' before ultimately, effortlessly, slaughtering his targets. Great effort was put into being able to control and maintain extensive use of his quirk, especially given the toll it takes on his body, which is now considered minimal but was once incredibly difficult to manage. At one point, he required massive amounts of water or saline IVs, but with time, training, and effort, he was able to expertly control his output and intake, thereby reducing the side effects of his quirk considerably and maximizing how long he can use it in equal measure. However, regarding his large-scale abilities, he will become tired, dehydrated, and potentially suffer from water poisoning anyway.

Elara Luminita Dalca Black was born in Romania to her mother, Ioana Dalca and her father, Sirius Black on March 15th, 1980. Ioana met Sirius after moving to London after graduating from Durmstrang, wanting to help the resistance. She met Sirius and they started working together and they started to form a flirtation and eventually had a fling. When she found out she was pregnant, she also heard about the prophecy and panicked, she left without warning and had Elara in her home country. Elara was raised with vampires in her family. Her grandfather is a vampire and her mother is a dhampir-witch, making Elara a quarter-vampire. They taught her ways of the world and how to make harsh decisions. Her mother sent her to Hogwarts, wanting her to have the life that her father had had and not the ominous one she’d experienced at Durmstrang. Like her father, she was sorted into Gryffindor and went to Romania on holidays. Elara really only shows her true self around her loved ones and those she trusts.

Due to her parentage and species Elara has to be careful how she acts around who, at least that’s what her family has told her to do. She enchants jewelry to help with her bloodlust so she stays in control when she runs out of blood lollipops.

Her true self is kind, fiercely loyal, would risk everything for those she loves and does what is in their best interest. She does, however, have to control her anger. If she gets too angry, then her fangs tend to pop out. Her family also taught her to not be foolishly brave, and how to use her resources to her benefit. When her housemates are being particularly head strong, she knows how to get under people’s skin.

About: Rue is an artificial human created by celestia as a lab rat to become an artificial ruler, however, their plans failed and she sacrificed herself. The girl thought she was dead, until I decided to summon her to my world in hopes to relieve her endless pain.

Currently given by the mission I told her, she is tasked to take care of a boy name Aesopie since there seems to be an error happening on the world. But that info will be classified for the time being.

However, what is interesting despite Rue being an artificial human. She made sure that she too has a weakness, a simple destructive stab to the heart is the only thing that kill her. But sadly she isn't easy to kill, even mind games won't even let her.

Experiences: Since her occupation is "Servant" the large amount of talents that she worked on was a large list that I can't even fill out the rest.

Her main talents were mostly combat, cooking, and strategizing. Even if she is smart, sometimes she wanted to make bad or stupid decisions that can fool people.

There were other talents she have.... It would be best if that is classified for the time being.

Mental Conditions: Despite the large amount of insanity that woman has, the plans she created for herself was interesting what I have anticipated.

Coming from clones she created to find a perfect host to become a project "void walker" the final experiment, there was no cure to her mental illness.

From her part experiences, she is a TOOL to her creator. Being a renegade to a certain large amount of people by controlling her, using a tiny portal to create a chain to her scared eye. But since her creator is gone. It is safe to say that she won't be controlled anymore.

The not surprising part is how Rue was able to burn her left eye, she did said to Aesop before that she just burn it since she lost to a bet.

She is stoic, selectively mute, but underneath her stoic expression was a large amount of pain she had bottled up. But other disturbing habits of her was secretly harming herself that no one else would have noticed, thankfully she stopped ever since her nightmare ended.

Love Experiences: Unfortunately there is no romance experience, the lady remained single the entre time.

The chances for Rue to fall in love is almost impossible.

Relationships:

Aesopie - Main objective yet she grew soft to the boy after reviewing her reports, would be best to review her expressions from the boy. Of course, there was no hints of romance. Hamlet - A new observation from her reports, but Rue seems to be normal with Hamlet since their both objectives are aligned. Miss Nightingale - It is funny to say this, but that is classified.

Historia: Erik ha tenido una vida muy complicada. I love so much about this jellyfish

so our lady has translucent skin on her body which tends to weird a lot of humans out. she has the dark ring pattern on places humans tend to have freckles, I think, and her head tresses have that lovely orange stripey patterning, but I also feel like they should have that translucent branching at the top, which would make them look less like hair

she owns a bar in the deep undercity on one of the levels where mostly non humans live, the ones from places like umbara, and deep sea nautolans and other species who live in the dark. not many humans are brave enough to venture so deep on Coruscant

now I have to think of a story for her, but I think Garrotte is going to befriend her. maybe she’ll end up with Buir or Dar, my Alpha clone OCs

When she began her time as a college student, Agatha was drawn to the cultural anthropology program, which offered the chance for her to study abroad. Of course, she took that opportunity and before she knew it, she was on her way to the village of Belmont to research the giant ominous castle rumored to have once belonged to the infamous Count Dracula. Finally! I start to draw some character files of this AU. And I’m so excited to share them with all of you! Also this will help me save all the data I need for the story c:

In each one I show a bit of information from their past, it’s not very detailed cause I’ll show more information over time

She’ll never admit what she lived in those laboratories or that it was the first time she met Lupin.

She’s very good at hiding her scars.

Has a family but after he escaped of those laboratories she didn't go back with them either.

She was adopted by several women who lived and worked in a brothel, despite the atmosphere of the place they always made sure that se wasn't involved, until she could make a decision about her future. That's not say that her childhood was easy :').

He has dedicated himself to investigating the people who kidnapped Lupin and Fujiko in their childhood

Has a close relationship with Jigen since he helped him in his childhood when he had a difficult situation with his family

He’s part of children who were born with a peculiar ability and later experimented on them to try to imitate those abilities in other

His ability is to control electrical impulses of any living being, which allows him to have access to their nervous system to be able to inflict pain, avoid it or feel accurately the physical and even emotional sensations of the other.

He’s the personal doctor of the gang.

Since he was little he was obsessed with learning everything about medicine, which helped him to save lil Lup on one ocassion.
