I decided to try Chapelwaite before bed because it didn't look like a very good adaptation of "Jerusalem's Lot" and I already knew the plot and I was curious (and dubious) about the adaptation's choices.

Anyway, now I'm sitting up in bed--the locks checked, the light still on--listening to the creaks and whispers in my century-old house and thinking about my life choices.

I just want to thank all those involved with Chapelwaite for knowing exactly what the people want and finding a way to not only have Adrien Brody shirtless in every single episode but have him rip off his own clothes in one of them just in case we weren’t quite satisfied yet. Bravo, everyone! Bravo!

HELLO FRIENDS I am currently halfway through Chapelwaite and can't help thinking that the main characters have a big Maura x Eyk dynamic going on.

So far it's a great show, just be warned that there are a number of scenes featuring w's. I'm not saying what a "w" is except that they are my least favorite animal of all time.

fuck Steven King but the Chapelwaite 2021 series is sooooooooooooo good like it's probably my favourite vampire media if I'm being honest. idk if season 2 is still happening also there's meant to be a movie adapting the same story (Salem's lot) sometime soon but seriously, WATCH IT!!!
