CampCamp Prompt
Okay in new season apparently everyday Quartermaster tells Max to reset the timeline. Its played as a joke that he actually did this all year last summer.
What if Max really did need to reset the timeline. Something terrible happened and Max corners QM demanding to know if he really meant it about being able to reset the timeline or not-
And of course QM does.
Thus Max returns back in time to stop the whatever is bound to happen from happening- unfortunately that means he returns to the day he met his only and most dearest friends.
This is going to be a long ride. Can Max really pretend to be his old self when he can't help but enjoy those around him? Would him not being him change everything? Is that a good thing?
And oh god, he forgot how annoying David was before parent's day. He actually missed this fucker?
What purgatory did he get himself into?

Alright this is gonna be alot gang but let me cook
AU where Graggle was a more prominent character and instead of turning fully human and then being killed off, he could take on a human form and used it to take a job up at camp campbell so he could experience human life and be closer to Quarter Master who he thinks is his biological father. And he's always like "I love you dad!!! Dad come see what I did over here!!! Dad look at this!!" And QM barely pays him any mind because he has SHIT TO DO. But it never changes his spirits and he keeps that energy up no matter what. He also doesn't know that much about human "normal behavior" to ever get a good scope on his weird Quartermaster is. Graggle thinks they're much closer than they actually are
CJ showed up sooner in the plot and Cameron being a very not active figure in his life, CJ holds resentment Cameron is actually oblivious towards. Cameron acts unaware he's even done anything to wrong him even. He tries to hype CJ up as this almost mini-me and CJ in fact hates it. Cameron thinks they're much closer than they actually are.
CJ and Graggle are both IDIOT himbos but Graggle is all about eloquently and manners and big on love where as CJ is like...a fucking redditer who cannonically already called David a weirdo to his face.
And then I make them FRIENDS!!! They are like the B team to David and Gwen.

One of my absolute favorite things about Camp Camp is how insane the adults are.
You have David, the happy go lucky nature guy who really just wants the kids to know that the world can be a nice place. Incredibly enthusiastic about his job.
Gwen, who got a liberal arts degree, an associates in meteorology and one in psychology, who is just here because she needed a job. In her free time, all she does is watch trash TV and read/write fanfiction. She also dated a fish man for a solid day.
Quartermaster. What else do I need to say.
Cameron, who is running from the FBI and at least 3 different international governments as well as Kentucky. He, for some reason has a torture chamber and a random lab.
Ms. Priss, who inadvertently got the entire town addicted to Detoxcin, and started a fight between the drug cartels and her campers.
And Daniel, who almost sacrificed 10+ kids and adults. Twice.

QM: You think the wind is ever trying to tell us something, and we don't know how to hear it anymore?
Gwen: I just want you to stop saying odd shit.

Wasn't actually going to post this but the more time I spend away from it the more I like it. Except for the hands, which I fucked up and can't stop staring at now. Let's just say he's resting the books on his right arm so he can twist his hand a bit. Carrying that many items can be annoying so he's just stretching that hand.
If Harrison doesn't get adopted by David then my second favorite outcome would be if he stayed at camp and became QM's apprentice. "If something happens to me, boy, you will take my place." "Aren't you immortal?" *incoherent grumbling* "O-okay." But he actually just runs errands for the most part. @echosoftheflower and I have already thought of some events that could lead up to him staying at camp, but that might be for another post.

"Hilda" AU for Camp Camp
Starring Nikki in Hilda's role
Candy in place of Johanna, Hilda's mother
Muack in place of Sprig, Hilda's deerfox companion
Nerris in place of Alfur
Cameron Campbell in place of Erik Ahlberg, the glory-seeking head of Trolberg's safety patrol
David in place of Gerda, Ahlberg's loyal deputy
Gwen in place of Kaisa, the librarian who's secretly a witch
Nikki meets Max and Neil in Trolberg. Neither Max nor Neil would be interested in the Sparrow Scouts like Frida is, so instead, Nikki runs into David after sneaking out of Trolberg, and the two have a conversation about Nikki's move into Trolberg and her desire to still explore nature, and David convinces her to join the Sparrow Scouts. Nikki then drags Max and Neil into it, too.
Dolph in place of Tontu, the Nisse that Hilda befriends
Sasha in place of David's Marra and/or Kelly, entities that give people nightmares
Pikeman in place of Trevor, the local bully
Wolfie in place of Jellybean the Black Hound, a Nisse's pet that wreaks havoc in Trolberg using the Nowhere Space
Daniel in place of Kertasnikir, the leader of the Yule Lads, a group of naughty people who made deals with the ogress Gryla to sacrifice naughty children to her during the Trolberg Winter Festival. Jen would be another one of the Yule Lads.
Quartermaster in place of Victoria Van Gale, the meteorologist who gives weather reports and predictions with suspicious accuracy
Jasper in place of Gil, the delivery man who becomes the CEO of the Jorts chips company thanks to a pair of soul-draining magic mice
