Talking about Cyareclones🧵:
Cyareclones is a “Latino artist” that has become very popularized in the Star Wars community. They are well known for their locks x urudyk ocs
But that’s not what I’m here for, what I’m here for is how this person has a huge following and is very much problematic.
Cyareclones, also previously known as Bellatoons, was caught and scammed about $7,000 dollars from people. It has been said that a small portion was left waiting for their refunds but it has yet to confirm that all victims have been refunded. Update: it has been said that cyareclones never fully refunded the victims. The service they used to collect the money, they were the ones to refund the victims instead.
They have changed their names over time.
Bellatoons / Bellabuddies / Bellabeanin / bellatoninn -> Artbyjunkish / junnkish -> Gweebstr -> Korrakani -> Luniety -> now Cyareclones.

Cyareclones faked being a person of color, or more specifically, their skin color. While Cyareclones claims to be Latino (others have said Hispanic), they have shared a pic of ‘their hand’ to prove they’re poc, but after the situation has died down. They posted a tweet of their *real* hands and it didn’t match at all. Before the situation, they have posted full images of themselves and they are white passing, at most - so there was no reason for them to lie about their skin color. Said hand was claimed to be their brother (meaning, it’s someone else) and this can be supported by this tweet.
Note: being Latino doesn’t automatically make you a POC, You can be a white latino, a black latino, an asian latino, etc. it’s obvious they’re a white Latino, or white passing you’ll call it. Latinos are /usually/ european mixed with some-to-little Latin America.

Cyareclones was also caught tracing @/sipsco_painting 3D models of a clone helmet.

Cyareclones also altered a collab with @/captainpheonix, when captainpheonix did NOT give permission for their sketches to be altered. “ Well, the face wasn’t the way I liked it so I changed it”, is not an excuse. The collab was later deleted and acted like nothing happened. Warning: at the time of this issue, cyare went with she/her pronouns.

Lastly, it seems that Cyareclones is very rude to people for small things.
@/artist.frieds has talked about how they tried to do something nice for Cyareclones by writing a fanfic of their ocs, locks and their adopted son Ad’ika, but made a mistake in their lore and Cyareclones and their buddies blew up on them. Regardless of the OP apologizing for their error, they got blocked and banned from their server.
@/niruakaani, another user, has come out in defense to artist.frieds, that they also have been banned from their server for a small mistake but they weren’t given the choice to defend themselves or explain themselves.

@/eepyasher has claimed that Cyareclones (or bellatoons) harassed them, call OP homophobic slurs, and never completed OP’s commission. Warning: at the time of this issue, cyare went with she/her pronouns.

@/kapitan_yume and @/girlsrok_art both have been blocked by Cy, even if they had no interaction with Cyareclones. Along with other users such as @/berriebombz who had a relationship with Bellatoons, but was blocked by Cyareclones when berrie never interacted with them/was unaware of them being the same person.

Cyareclones will harass people, or use their alt account(s) to harass and silence folks who speak up against them, or simply those who make mistakes or don’t fit into their narrative of righteousness. Their friends will also join the harassment campaign.
My personal take;
It seems like Cyareclone is nothing but dishonest, rude to others and full of ego.
They seem to have an attitude towards people who make mistakes and by not having the same mindset as them.
They had scammmed, lied and hurt so many people. Just because they haven't done anything major this time as cyareclone (beside harassing people/fans and kicking/banning/blocking them) doesn't mean it's okay and should be ignored. especially when it was never fully disclosed and all the money has been refunded.
In my opinion, they do not deserve a platform and they absolutely don’t deserve any sympathy for running away from the problems that they have created, ignoring folks and being rude to them.
If anyone has been hurt and harassed by Cyareclones (themselves or their friends), please come to my dms or speak in the replies.

Another small peek at a comic I am working on. This time trying out some different lighting and coloring techniques. Not too fond of this one so will be going with our typical shading style for the final comic. The finished comic will be posted here and on Tumblr when finished. Chapter 1 is currently estimated to be released in May 2022. @pykepyke03 and I have been working on several stories for this comic series with our oc's. Rex with Pheonix's dog tags. This piece hits a bit more personal to me, while I was working on the linework I received dog tags of a loved one... bit of unfortunate timing, so I put that emotion into the piece. Thank you again for 2k followers, here is how I am celebrating the occasion, with a DTIYS! How this one works is you may either recreate the scene as is with the characters in it, change the poses, change the scene or instead of Pheonix with a random trooper of hers you could add in your own oc! If you want to add in your oc you can also change it up, doesn't have to be the same pose and whatnot. The idea is draw your oc with Pheonix or my medic Dax. References for Dax and Pheonix's armor are on the following slides in that order. Rules for entry - Must include either Captain Pheonix or Medic Dax. - Other character can be either your oc or a cannon character. - You may change the pose or scene, just include the required characters. - Can be traditional or digital. - Can be flat colored, shaded or sketchy, does not matter. - Deadline when I hit 4K followers. -Tag me in the photo so it does not get missed (this is really important) - Use the hash tag #RaiJauruDTIYS2K - All entries must be within a PG-13 rating, blood and gore only allowed with a warning slide! All entries will be shared to my story, and kept in a highlight. I will pick 2 winners, 3 winners if enough people enter.
