- He’s raised all his Pokemon from babies
- Vivillion’s been with him the longest, as it was a gift from his grandmother as a Scatterbug
- They all gave each other Eevee’s as friendship gifts before getting together. Alhaitham’s was from Kaveh - Alhaitham fed and found Sprigatito in the House of Daena. It would sit on his lap and read with him for months until he caved and offered it a place on his team
- Doesn’t look like it, but he’s extremely protective of his pokemon. He trusts their capabilities, but if he can avoid a battle he will - Feels he connects better with Pokemon then people as a result - Can understand Pokemon and read the language of Unown’s with ease

1. Jolteon
2. Raikou
- Raikou stays in its pokéball most of the time. only really coming out for strenuous battles or to protect Cyno’s partners - He’s really good with electric types, almost completely able to understand them with little difficulty - He’s not really interested in catching Pokemon, he’d rather just befriend them and go on with his life - His Eevee was from Tighnari and honestly was a very sugary exchange {“i know you don’t really catch Pokemon but.. i thought since Kaveh, Alhaitham and I… well I thought you might appreciate being included”} - Cyno’s heart melted on the spot {Kaveh and Alhaitham high-fived from around the corner}

- Kaveh’s a bleeding heart when it comes to Pokemon {and a MAJOR shiny magnet}
- Cyno, Tighnari, and Alhaitham have to remind him he already has a full team
- Tighnari always heals them up though
- Conkeldurr was a rental Pokemon for an architect job, but it clearly was lonely so Kaveh had Alhaitham help him get ownership rights - Archeops was being hunted by poachers and Kaveh refused to let that happen. {he had to be admitted to a Center soon after} - He’s had Smeargle and Swablu since he was just a child, inseparable from them
- His Eevee was from Cyno :D
- He met Luminion looking for inspiration for an assignment when he was still a student and helped him get his title as “The Light of Kshawrewar”
🪷Tighnari🪷
1. Decidueye
2. Leafeon
3. Audino
- Tighnari’s pokemon aren’t in their pokéball’s ever
- Unless it’s a fancy setting, Leafeon will often be over his shoulders or weaving between his feet while Decidueye and Audino walk behind him
- Decidueye likes leaning its head between Tighnari’s ears to fall asleep {a behavior it’s had since being a Rowlet} - Audino was protecting a group of injured forest Pokemon when it met Tighnari. She was extremely on edge, swiping at him when he got too close
- Eventually Tighnari managed to get past her to heal the Pokemon, uncaring of the injuries he sustained in the process {Audino knew Tighnari was a good person after that, and followed him home to join his team} - All of his Pokemon were hostile upon first meeting, even the gifted Eevee from Alhaitham. Tighnari has the hardy patience of a god though, and refused to give up on training them

Cyno uses Ultra Balls
Kaveh uses standard Pokéballs {partly bc they're the cheapest and he can give the premier ball to Alhaitham if he buys ten}
Tighnari uses Friend Balls
They’ve all met legendaries and mythical pokemon before, only Cyno caught his
Alhaitham met shiny!Mewtwo and Uxie {he sat in understanding silence with Mewtwo and listened to stories from Uxie and the Unowns}
Kaveh met Ho-Oh and Jirachi {He painted a picture of Ho-Oh and told Jirachi stories upon stories of the outside world}
Tighnari met Virizion and Ogerpon {Virizion asked him if it was worth it to get so hurt helping Pokemon and Tighnari was resolute in his answer. Ogerpon was skittish but warmed up quickly to Tighnari after being offered a treat. it was one of the first pokemon that didn't immediately attack him}
Cyno also met Thundurous but it was a long and hard fought test of his companionship with Raikou
