[ STARTER CALL ] ⸻ @lunarrepel gets ambushed (conversationally) at night

For the better half of two hours, while the camp was eating their pot of scraps picked up along the road; Caledonia's eyes would dart towards to the company cleric. She could have done a better job of binding her time and being subtle about it.

Chalking everything up to the tadpole wiggling around between the fleshy and boney bits of their heads seemed counter productive. It was, what the size of a worm, and birds ate worms all the time, so it couldn't have done that much damage to any of their brains.

There's a major flaw with her plans to ambush Shadowheart while she's idling her time in the dark of night. Caledonia's particular target was Shadowheart after all, and she tended to cloak every answer she did give in secret and shadow. However, given she has come up with no answers to her questions herself. It wouldn't hurt, right?

At the least, it would dispel the tiefling's more off the wall theories. Like she was a secret amnesiac Sharran herself. It didn't hold a lot of weight, but better to remove the thought then keep circling around it. Although, her lack of subtlety should be evidence enough.

Everyone goes off to their own corners, and Caledonia heads off to Shadowheart's when there's a lull to only the sound of nature. ❝ Keep your secrets, I don't need them, but how would one go about removing memories? It was selectively, right? ❞ For if she had willingly lost her own memories, she really fucked up doing that.

He's still got a knife in his chest. Thankfully it isn't blessed or he'd be in a lot more pain right now. Still...it's not exactly a good thing. Pulling it out without the right means to treat it also isn't a good thing, though.

So, for now, he's holding it in, being mindful of his movements as he searches for a way to bandage himself up.
