Hii soo you're "starting weight" is my current weight, do you have any tips or tricks on your journey getting to 105? And how long did it take? because you're so light now!!
Hi! my journey took six months to remain at 105. I think it was a little less but i kept weighing in between 110-105 so i say officially six months.
My favorite trick was to think of money.
Smaller clothes, cheaper.
Not wasting money on food, save money.
Not going out to eat, faster weight loss.
You save so much money by thinking skinny! It’s a win-win.
Now food, calories, consumption, exercise wise:
If you absolutely have to eat because of family or friends, lie and say you’re allergic. Try some of the food and say you didn’t like it. Say you’ve had this food before and wasn’t a fan and will eat later.
No tasing or nibbling or chewing of foods you desperately want to eat. It’s only temptation and you’ll prob end up eating it or binging it.
WALK WALK WALK. Move your feet, walk absolutely everywhere , stay standing for as long as you can. As long as you’re moving, you’re losing weight.
Watch disgusting mukbangs (eating show/vlogs). Keep watching until you physically feel like you can never eat again.
Eat -50 calories from the day before for each pound you lose. This slowly decreases your intake while you lose weight. Helped me with binging.
Diet soda kept me full and helped with sugar cravings.
I’ll post some more soon! Hope this helps:)
