🌶 Does angst get you excited? Or does it make you wanna crawl into a hole and just cry?

...You know what, this question made me realize it has changed a lot for me through years? I used to be much more excited about angst than I am now. Really. When I was in my teens and twenties. Like, I was writing and cackling. Now I write with a melancholic smile and most of the time I'm bloody tired when it's finished. Unless there's a promise of a brighter future in the story (or I'm writing for a character who's just fun to torment XD).

Also, I'm not good with intense emotions, so I often think, "NO, NO, NO, IT'S TOO MUCH" and therefore make my story much less angsty than it could be XD

Yes, I really like it :) my parents hesitated between Lilou (bcs of the movie The 5th element xD) or Lola, and I'd have been ok with both :) also in France, this name is not very common so at least I don't hear my name everywhere xD (in the school where I work, there is only one Lola + myself between 500 students hehe)
