Here's my redesign for Husk!

So I decided to draw redesigns for Hazbin Hotel characters! I'm starting off with Husk because to me he's one of the most detailed characters. For his design, I decided to simplify it, because holy hell, Husk has way too much detail- it's insane.

I made his fur slightly darker because according to Viv, Husk is black (or at least implied), but you wouldn't fucking know that because she's terrible at representing certain groups of people. I was originally going to remove the wings entirely, but if I did, he would totally look like a furry OC, so I kept the wings, except I took away all the details and made them small. Basically his wings are for decoration.

I also made him look more like a grumpy old cat (because again, according to Viv, Husk is supposed to be in his 60's or 70's.) And finally I made him chubby because its supposed to represent a beer gut lmao-

You sigh and push yourself out of bed. You put on an oversized shirt and some shorts before opening the door for him. He sat against the doorframe and gives you a knowing look. It was clear that something was upsetting you. It wasn't very difficult for him to figure out.

"Mi amor, ¿Qué pasó? You look upset.." He places his hands onto your hips and pulls you close.

"Nothing, it's stupid.." You mumble into his chest. "C'mon my love, tell me." He pushes back so he can look you in the eyes.

He waits patiently for you to explain yourself, trying his best not to show any concern. It wasn't too long until you finally open up. "It's just..." You start quietly, still avoiding his gaze.

"I don't like the way I look.." Your shoulders slump and you pull away from him. "I hate how I feel.." He pulls you back into his arms. He kisses your head gently, rubbing circles into your back. He wants more than anything to make you feel better.

"You know that's not true.." He starts off. "You look beautiful to me... you always have." Your head shoots up to glance at him.

"You mean it?" A small smile appears on your face, and you lean up on your tiptoes to kiss him lightly.

He grins down at you before kissing you again. "I mean every word I said, mi amor.." He says as his arms wrap around your waist. Pulling you even closer, he deepens the kiss.

"God.. I love you.." he says in between kisses. His lips move to your jawline then down to your neck. Your breath hitches slightly as he nips at your collar bone.

".. Love you too Hanta.." You whisper.

As if it wasn't enough, he pulls you into a heated kiss again. His tongue explores every corner of your mouth.

"Eres hermosa.."

He whispers against your lips as his hand slides under your shirt. "Look how pretty you are.. so perfect.."

His fingers glide across your skin and you gasp when they reach your breasts. He continues to press his lips against yours as he squeezes them in his hand. You can't believe how good it feels.

His eyes are full of lust as his hands begin to roam. You nod and lift up your shirt, letting him touch you. He runs his hands over your stomach and breasts and begins to squeeze them playfully.

A/N: Alright that's all for now! I didn't change too much about the post, all I did was add a few more sentences and edit a couple words but aside from that the "plot" is pretty much the same. But at least now I'm fully satisfied with the ending.

Not the fic I wanted to upload for Katsuki's birthday but something I quickly threw together

The city lights danced beneath the night sky as Dynamight soared through the air, his eyes grew tired while his heart weighed heavy realising he's late and was not able to celebrate with you. It was his birthday, but hero duty called louder than celebration. Patrols stretched late into the night and he had to fulfil his duty of ensuring the safety of the city.

00:33 21 April 2024

The clock ticked past midnight, as he returned home. Exhaustion weighed heavy on his shoulders, but a flicker of anticipation burned within him. Pushing open the door, he stepped into the warmth of your shared apartment.The sight that greeted him brought a soft smile to his lips, despite the weariness. Birthday decorations adorned the living room along with an assortment of his favourite baked goods.

A note on the table that read :

Hi honey Happy Birthday again, I know you hate parties but I wanted to have something cute since this is the first birthday we're celebrating in our new home! I got some treats for us from that bakery you like and I made some of your favourite foods and treats in the fridge <3 y/n

Katsuki has the biggest smile as he reads the note and an even bigger one when he sees you on the couch cuddling a Dynamight plush. He leaves the plush aside because he's jealous because why would you need that when you have the real thing?

He tries his best to pick you up carefully so he doesn't wake you up - carrying you effortlessly in his strong arms he takes you to the bedroom and places you gently on the soft sheets. You stirred slightly, murmuring his name and slightly opening your eyes. Realising it's actually him you hug him closely and cover his face in kisses while apologising for falling asleep when you wanted to stay awake and surprise him.

“It's alright sweetheart - I love and appreciate everything you've done for me but let's go to bed now it's late. We can pick up from here in the morning.“

Hmmm is all you're able to respond with. You've had an extremely busy day. Doing preparations for his birthday, cooking,baking as well as entertaining family and friends that came over hoping to see Katsuki.

As Katsuki tucks you into bed he notices a neatly wrapped gift on the nightstand. He's said multiple times that he didn't want presents because he didn't want you spending your money on him. Regardless he carefully unwrapped the present to find a handmade photo album, filled with memories of your time together. Each page held a snapshot of your adventures and laughter frozen in time.

A warmth spread through Katsuki's chest as he flipped through the pages. The last page did not have a picture yet but had the caption - 20 April 2024 Katsuki's Birthday - First birthday celebrated in our new home!.

For years Katsuki has loathed his birthday - he never understood why people would be happier to get older. Katsuki never needed extravagant parties or lavish gifts that his parents and friends would try and force him to enjoy.

As he tucks himself in - entwined in each other's arms, Katsuki knew that he was home.

Here's my redesign for Niffty!

So I didn't change too much, I mostly gave her a more house keeper/maid outfit, because her original outfit doesn't really scream "maid" in my opinion. And I also gave her antennas because I think she's actually based on a bug. (I'm not so sure, because Viv fucking sucks at explaining what her characters are based on).

Don't worry, even if she looks friendly, I promise you, she's still her crazy self, she just hides that personality very well.

Here's my redesign for Angel Dust!

Alright so I didn't change his design all that much, although I feel like I may have made it a little more detailed by accident :(

But whatever, these redesigns are made for fun! Okay, so basically I changed Angel's outfit because I wanted him to look more like his original design (before the Pilot). Where he was more of a mobster instead of an oversexualized drag queen. In my opinion that original design was some of Viv's best work. That is until she changed it-

I also desaturated his color palette because I wanted something similar to his original design. And finally I added more spider-like features (such as mandibles and the abdomen on the back)

Alright, I'mma give my opinion again. This time with Hazbin Hotel..

So I saw the trailer for Hazbin Hotel a few days ago and honestly, I am so disappointed. Like, you're telling me I waited years for them to release a trailer for the series, and this is all we get??

I'm not saying it wasn't enough, no, on the contrary, I think they revealed way too much. But what I mean is, I was expecting something else, because this ain't it, chief.

Alright so first off, we have the voices. I'mma be hella honest with y'all, this shit sounds unfinished, as in, it sounds like Viv got confused and published the behind the scenes instead of the finished product because omfg, the voices sound bad.

I genuinely don't understand the weird obsession Viv has with hiring celebrities or broadway actors into her shitty shows, it's not like she's rich enough to afford that- plus she does this often, doesn't that mean it affects the budget of the show? (I don't know much about that stuff so bear with me).

It's funny cuz, she hires these super famous celebrities to voice characters in her shows, but she doesn't need to, like, you can be a professional, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're a great VA. It almost feels like she does that because she wants to feel important, she wants to show off like "Oh look at me, I have celebrities voicing my characters! Aren't I cool?"

But anyway, going back to the voices, I have to say this, my least favorite are Alastor and Angel Dust. I just think it's absolutely ridiculous that Viv got rid of the pilot VAs just to replace them with broadway actors, only for them to make the characters sound flat and emotionless.

Like, it's funny because she makes these broadway actors imitate the voices from the pilot, however it doesn't come naturally for these actors and it shows. It almost feels like they have no idea what they're doing. It legit sounds like they're reading the script but not putting any effort into it. (Y'know how people shit on anime dubs because they don't sound good or whatever? That's exactly how I feel about this-).

The next thing I wanna talk about is the animation. Don't get me wrong from what I've seen, in some moments the animation looks alright, but other times it looks choppy as hell. I thought this show was supposed to be more 'professional' since they literally got A24 and Bento Box ent. for this. But yeah, all I can say is, the animation hasn't changed at all, the only thing that is slightly different is the art style but aside from that, the animation still sucks.

And finally, the last thing I wanted to discuss is the plot of the series. So as we all know, in the Pilot, it was established that Charlie (along with Vaggie) opened the Happy Hotel in hopes of redeeming sinners so that they can go to heaven because Hell was too overpopulated (plus the whole extermination thing). But the whole point of the plot was that she wasn't entirely sure she could actually do it or if it was even possible, and that's what made the plot more interesting back then. But here? It's absolute garbage. Not only did the trailer basically reveal way too much information already (before the series could even come out yet), but the plot was changed entirely!

Like I mentioned, Charlie's motives were to redeem sinners, but here she's more focused on having some kind of war with heaven/the angels. And that's the thing, now that we know that heaven is a thing in this series, plus the inclusion of Adam, it just makes the series feel so predictable, because now we know that the sinners can be redeemed, which beats the entire purpose of the show. It's like, "Hell bad, but heaven is worse" and "Good VS. Bad!!", cliche type of thing. You think a series 'made for adults' would have a more interesting plot than a kids show, but nah, we get these basic ass levels of writing. I swear a fucking five year old could come up with something better and far more creative than this nonsense-

So yeah, I'm honestly hella disappointed that this is what the series has turned into. I had high hopes for Hazbin Hotel (since Helluva ain't shit-), but nope, it turns out, Viv is capable of making herself look even more stupid by completely butchering her own series. Hell, I actually have Amazon Prime, but I am probably not even gonna watch this shit, I'll just wait till some dumbass on YouTube uploads the first episode or something stupid like that (so that I can watch it and critique it later). Because I know that someone definitely will.

Here's my redesign for Alastor!

I'll admit, this isn't my best redesign, but whatever, fuck it. At least I tried my best to make Alastor actually look like he owns a radio show-

Anyway, for this redesign I fully made Alastor a deer, because according to Viv, he's supposed to be one but uh.. he doesn't actually look like one- I also completely changed his color palette from red to brown and yellow, because it's supposed to represent those old wooden radios!

His outfit is more, formal? I guess you could say. Well, I did do my research and yeah, men back then wore suits, but I feel like Viv is too obsessed with drawing her characters as twinks wearing suits, so that's why I changed his outfit. And finally, I gave him slick back curly hair because Viv mentioned something about Alastor being from Louisiana. But again, you wouldn't know that he's a mixed race because Viv fucking sucks at representing certain groups of people.

Heeeyy, I'm back with a new Helluva Boss opinion post thingy

Okay so, the Mammon episode- it was alright I guess? Tbh it didn't strike me as super awesome or anything, it's just kinda there?

Anyway, let's talk about it a little bit!

So I wanted to start off with Mammon himself, I'm gonna be honest I don't hate him but I don't like him either. I'll admit I do actually like his voice, I'm sure y'all might find it annoying but I dunno, I like his accent and the way he talks is kinda funny. His design tho? Eh, it could use some work.

For instance, his eyes are weird, like every time he was on screen my first thought was always: "Wow, he looks like Robin from TTG". I also hate how he's shaped like your typical "fat" character from cartoons. But for some reason they decided to give him skinny arms but a round body. He's weirdly disproportionate, which is disappointing because they definitely could make a better plus sized character design. But oh well, knowing Viv, she wouldn't even try.

I will admit his true demon form is kinda cool, except that I actually thought he was going to be a caterpillar or something but he's a spider? I swear, Viv has some weird design choices.

Moving on, the episode was cluttered as hell. It had way too much stuff in it, which made the episode feel eternal. Not only that but the episode has 4 songs.. FOUR FUCKING SONGS- When will Viv realize that not every HB episode needs a song? Like is this shit an animated series or a fucking musical? Make up your mind Viv-

Anyway, I'm glad this episode focuses on Fizz, but his character did feel a bit off in certain scenes, but aside from that everything else was fine. (I found that scene of Fizz talking to the deaf imp child while using sign language to be very endearing).

Alright, I'mma point out a few other things real quick:

Ozzie's relationship with Fizz is absolutely adorable and I love them so much. However I don't understand why they portray their relationship as a bad thing? Like, fucking Queen Bee is dating Vortex (who's a hellhound, and they are a lower class than imps) and nobody says anything and she's a sin- so why can't Ozzie do the same??

I also happen to noticed that Fizz and Mammon's relationship is similar to Angel Dust and Valentino's- I just hope they don't completely butcher my boy Fizz, because he's the ONLY character I genuinely like from this god awful series.

Edit: I find it outrageous that Fizz apologized to Blitzo in the previous episode for the accident and claims that yes, he was affected by it but he's gotten over it. Yet here, he's super insecure about it and seeks approval from Mammon. It doesn't make sense- I swear it's like the characters are evolving backwards (as in the character development just resets and they act like nothing happened).

I also just wanted to say that this character made me feel super uncomfortable throughout the episode (which I guess is the point, but honestly they didn't need to add him.) Like, was it really necessary to include this Reddit mod, Discord user incel with an obsessive personality to the episode? He doesn't really contribute much other than to probably trigger people who have dealt with some form of harassment like this, and to make Fizz look super helpless so that Blitzo can defend him.

Blitzo didn't contribute anything to the episode, they didn't need to add him either. Like we get it he's the main character but that doesn't mean he has to be in every fucking episode doing absolutely nothing other than saying a bunch of curse words or shooting someone.

In conclusion, I didn't like this episode that much. I was expecting more to be completely honest.

Okay.. so, episode 5 of season 2 from Helluva Boss just came out. I watched it and honestly I have so many mixed feelings about it. I don't even know how to explain it-

So starting off, we have Blitzo running around doing who knows what, asking random people for his sister Barbie. Which is like the sub plot of the story (that later turns out to be relevant sort of). And since he's "soo busy" focusing on that he completely ignores a client and lets Moxxie be in charge for once.

Since this is Moxxie's first time being in charge, he's all like "Oh, this has to be perfect, nothing can go wrong blah blah" and it's honestly like the stupidest thing ever. Because Moxxie instead of focusing on killing the target (which Millie already knows who it is and tells him) he just does a bunch of dumb shit to show off to random preteens at a summer camp. This is the part where we see him dressing up as a girl, and I fucking hated this part.

I physically couldn't stop cringing while watching the episode, every time Moxxie was on screen with his girl outfit. I feel so bad for Richard Horvitz having to make a really stereotypical Lumpy Space Princess sounding ass voice to make Moxxie sound like a popular girl- it was unbearable to listen to.

Moving on, I kinda like how the episode was a bit more focused on Millie, that's like the only thing that I liked about the episode, so I'll give it that. However, I don't like how Moxxie is still the punching bag of the series so yeah, it feels weird that he's all whiny and jealous of his own wife because she's getting more attention than him. I dunno, it feels off. Also I think it's really stupid that they spend an ENTIRE FUCKING WEEK trying to kill some guy, all because Moxxie is too self centered that he doesn't focus on that.

At the end it turns out that one of the camp counselors was selling drugs with a random lady and that random lady turned out to be Barbie (aka Blitzo's sister). Yeah and also Blitzo shows up to the human world and we get a glimpse of Asmodeian crystal or whatever you call them, so there's that.

Anyway, can I just point out how fucking ugly Barbie's human disguise is? (I honestly hope Blitzo and the others don't look as bad as her in the future-)

I swear her design looks so off to me, I don't know if it's the fact that her hands are really big (which makes no sense because this is her human version, so I don't understand why they gave her weird imp hands). Or the fact that her human disguise has those markings on her arms, including the stupid forehead crest, that could've been replaced with birthmarks or hell, tattoos even. The pigtails don't really suit her either, she could've had a better hairstyle.

I also really dislike her voice, no offense but she sounds like a Texas lady that smokes like 40 cigarettes at a New York bar.

I never really liked her design to begin with but this episode made me hate it more. Not only that but the implied that she's a groomer in the episode which is gross-

Anyway, the episode ends with a really unfunny and unnecessary incest joke (seriously this entire episode has really disgusting "jokes" that aren't funny in the slightest).

Overall, I didn't enjoy this episode and I hope Vivzie's hardcore fans realize that her writing is absolute garbage and her comedy ain't shit-
