Queen family redemption arc?
spoilers down below or whatever, read @ ur own cost.
Purple is the Hongs
Green is the Baeks
I really want to believe that seonhwa is going to regret how she treated haein. The last few episodes she has been a lot more likeable and relatable.
I acc lost it when she was DEVOURING that whole 12 person (dunno if that’s accurate i didn’t count) FEAST on her own
and how she slept so much better after working at the orchard!!
Then beomjun and his growing friendship with dugwan is the cutest thing I have ever seen.
and beomja? i hope bestie gets cuffed cause she is the only one in that damn family with a braincell
i have already brought up soocheol in another post but that man is dad of the year and i dont wanna hear about it
I’m rooting for the Baeks and Hongs to beat devil and devil’s spawn (seulhee and eunseong) and then be forever besties.

Kaylin: Can we go out and play now Daddy Hayle?
Hayle just chuckled after having taken their pictures with their very own puppy and kitten. They had of course found pets for these two as well, or well the pets had found their humans.
Hayle: Sure, go ahead, just remember that small pets get cold fast, so not too long.
Ibuki: Felix will help us dad, I am sure!
Watching them run outside, with Felix following them, he looked over at Hayden and Vy who sat on the couch, ruffling his sons hair before he left them to sit alone for a bit.
Vy: How are you feeling?
Hayden: Perfectly fine, although I would be better if I had a dragon in my lap.-he winked playfully pulling Vy towards him.- How about you?
Vy: Are we sure this is a good idea?
Hayden: The pets?
Vy: Yes.
Hayden: Yes, I know that dogs smell, but it will teach them a lot about responsibility.
Vy: Okay then, and Kaylin will go to proper puppy courses and learn how to train it.
Hayden: She already said so yes.
Vy: Always ahead huh?
Hayden: Always.
Vy gently kissed Hayden, then his forhead before just sitting there in an embrace on the couch. It had been so busy with Christmas, work, the little ones, now pets, that it felt good just to sit like this for however long they had until someone needed their attention.

Third Albether week snippet!
Today's prompt is "corruption". Most of the snippets could fall under this prompt to some degree or another, but this one seems particularly fitting.
--
Albedo was falling.
He opened his eyes – but swiftly realized they were already open. There was simply nothing to see. He was surrounded by a deep, inky, impenetrable darkness.
He reached through the haze in his mind, trying to remember how he got here. He saw –
A sickly white tree. He had already seen many like it, and this one appeared unremarkable so far. Nonetheless, he withdrew his notebook and began to sketch, eyes darting back and forth between illustration and reality as he sought out any detail that was out of the ordinary.
His Master’s voice came from behind him. “What are your thoughts?”
Startled – elated? – he turned to her. As he recounted his observations of the tree, he wrestled with the strangeness of his feelings. He could not have had his back turned to her for more than a few moments so why did it feel like such a relief to see her, hear her?
He tried to better situate the image in his memories, to understand how it related to his present moment, but instead it slipped away entirely. He reached for it, and --
The sound of chalk against chalkboard. Timaeus turned around, his expression tentatively hopeful. Albedo looked over the formula, then nodded. “Impressive,” he said. “We may be ready to move on to the next book.”
Timaeus let out a woop, and Albedo felt a smile tug at the corners of his lips. It felt good to see his students make progress. With enough time and effort, even Timaeus could someday be a fine alchemist.
Albedo turned to Sucrose and asked her to report on her work. Her eyes lit up. “I’ve made great strides on…”
Her words swifly blended together. Albedo tried to focus on them, but instead the entire scene faded into nothingness. He tried to piece together what came next. Then –
A gentle wind, carrying with it the scent of salt and the cries of seagulls, the temperature cool enough to be pleasant without being chilly. Albedo watched from the shore as Klee played with the young knight assigned to watch over Alice that day. As for Alice herself, she sulked on a rock nearby, pen furiously scratching in her notebook.
“Is she always like that?”
That voice...Aether? Albedo turned to look, and sure enough, Aether stood beside him. Of course Aether would accompany them on a fine day like this, assuming he was in the area and could spare the time. He was practically a part of Albedo’s family, particularly ever since they –
The thought began to fray. Aether’s face, smiling and golden, hung in Albedo’s mind, darkness eating away at the edges until, just like the other memories, it was gone.
All that remained was that horrible darkness. Without beginning. Without end.
Until Albedo hit the ground and even that gave way to true nothingness.
