(@saisbrothershin) Shin and Kabuto are in the same class for recent Root recruits. Shin’s been coughing so much that the teacher keeps telling him to be quiet. After class, he catches up with Kabuto in the hall. “Hey, uh, you used to be a medic before you joined, right?” he asks sheepishly.
Shin’s coughing was a bit distracting when he was trying to write down some important notes and trying to listen to the lecture as well. It was pretty obvious that Shin was sick and everyone knew about it and are more than likely to seperate him from the other children.
Kabuto was just about to head back to his room until Shin approached him, he nods while holding onto his books and notebooks, “I am still a medic Shin, but I’m learning more medical ninjutsu here and I’m one of the few kids who are the top students. You sounded kinda sick in class a moment ago, are you alright? I think Buranchi- sensei might tell the other adults about your condition and they might take you to the medical ward to be treated.”

ブランチュ or Buranchu
The chu at the end reminds me of a kiss :3c
I also prefer that version over ブランチ (Buranchi) which reminds me of a tree branch
Except for some reason her name in katakana in the Japan’s translation is officially ブランチェ or Buranche?
Che? Why Che? The E at the end of her name isn’t meant to be vocalized...

Translator’s notes:
From this website, regarding shime udon: “This specialty is made with udon soup stock, staying true to the tavern’s name, and once all the hot pot ingredients are eaten up and only soup remains, it’s time for shime-udon, which roughly translates to ‘udon finisher.’ This means that udon is put in the remaining stock, along with fried fish cake called satsuma-age, onsen-tamago which is an egg with a hard yolk but soft white, beef stew, or miso stew.”
“Ousama no Brunch (King’s Brunch)” is a TV show in Japan.
