shout out to the Bundaberg Brewing Co. for not only making a non-alcoholic drink that is tasty and delicious, but also serving it in a unique bottle that doesn't look out of place at a bar, and for being transparent about their fair labor practices

Hi friend,
Yesterday was the first time I've been lucky enough to catch you posting in real time, and... just... the back and forth... 🥴🥵 (It looks like no one else has fessed up yet, but I will-- two points for you!)
I was hoping you got some good aftercare, and it sounds like you did. Question-- what's your favorite aftercare beverage? Water, juice, hot tea, something else? Whatever it is, I would like to encourage you to enjoy that particular beverage after you complete your spanking task 😊
🦋
aww hi my friend!! thank you for the points 💕 I really need to start spending some of them don't I :)
funnily enough, the aftercare scenes I've written in certain fanfics are based on real life 😂 after a really tough scene, hot bath + cold drink is our go to. smth about the temperature differential helps me come down. my absolute fave is a Bundaberg's ginger beer, it's the kind that punches you in the sinuses, just strong AF.
will definitely be availing it after the spankings 😭 haven't got to them yet, I have a hellish onboarding day today with the big tech company I've recently signed on for...but it's all from home...so after things have settled a bit we might have some special shenanigans under the #dogs w jobs tag ;)
thanks as always for your lovely asks 💕

im not an alcohol expert but is ginger beer NOT alcoholic???
Well....ok, so that really depends on who's making your ginger beer.
Traditional ginger beer (much like traditional root beer and kombutcha) is a brewed drink that contains some alcohol. It's not usually a lot (1-10%) but it's present. It's not enough to get you drunk unless you drink a lot, but it's still haram, so I'd be careful if serving practicing Muslims.
Modern ginger beer, much like modern root beer, is a soft drink made by adding carbonated water to syrup. The stuff I showed in my picture is Bundaberg ginger beer, but I also like Fever Tree ginger beer and Cock & Bull.

i feel this like. emptiness inside me. it’s like when you can’t tell whether you’re bored or hungry. when I eat it doesn’t go away. it feels like filling myself up with something else, making myself as much as possible anything else but me will make it better. i always feel like the next drink will be the one that makes me feel full (by drink i mean drink of ginger beer) [sips a bottle of bundaberg ginger beer with fiery root ginger]

met this guy today, did not recognize him, had a nice conversation about which ginger beer is the best (he says bundaberg, but make sure to hold it upside down before you drink it)
