Hello guys, It has been a while since our last update. Thank you all for the DMs. We are okay. Unfortunately, Micky has been sick for a while, and he is the one to blame for not updating Instagram. So here are some quick updates: 1. 101 Coffee Stories will continue, we didn’t reach our funding goal on Kickstarter this time, but we won’t let it affect our mission - empower coffee people in the industry. Currently, our content writer interns are working hard on the book. So don’t worry; you will get this book in 2023. A big shout out to our fantastic interns Nathierah, Emma, and Philip. 
 2. After almost 2 year’s R&D, our MOMENTEM is finally ready for mass production. In 2023 Spring, we will visit China, check our manufacturer, and do the final QC to ensure that MOMENTEM will be perfect. 
 3. We recently tried Little Red Book （小红书）in China, surprisingly, we received tremendous support, and within a few days, we sold more than 100 wristbands. This means we can finally make our promise - donating $500 to Adelitas Coffee Farm. Thank you, Fatima @coacoffee for connecting us.
 4.  As far as we know, our partners Tanty @tjhartono (Indonesia), and Common Ground Cafe @commonground.cafe (Malaysia) will make their donations again soon to help their local coffee community. Great job!!!

Craft Beer Thought 12-10-18

Just got back in from an impromptu meet up at The Hay Merchant. Was able to get a snifter of the Brash Milk The venom and also try The Peanvt Bvtter Wolf. Both were equally good, although a little high in price for the amount of beer I was served (In comparison to other craft bars). Although, the atmosphere was great and we were able to catch the game, so I can’t complain too much. I do wish there was a bit more on the selection (even though its a full page of selections... I need a little more haze lol), although another mention does go to the Firestone Walker Patrick Hayze!

Tomorrow we will be at Saint Arnold Brewing for the calendar release party for houston’s hottest brewers of ‘19, benefiting the CraftPAC. So if you are available feel free to come out and enjoy some drinks with us, Cheers!

The Glasshouse: Specialty Coffee and toast bar. Cozy, bright, beautiful interior, delicious toasts and coffee, friendly staff. Good place to buy different varieties of coffee beans from different roasters. Loved their double espresso and single origin Columbia. Крутой интерьер в этой кофейне, прям так светло и свежо. Купила как раз тут зерна, про которые писала в предыдущем посте. Понравился их двойной эспрессо и Колумбия в пуровере. Пробовала еще Бурунди - совсем без вкуса. А обычный эспрессо тоже слишком кислый и легкий. Попробовала у подруги капучино - просто молоко, мне не хватило кофейного вкуса в нем. Я люблю баланс во вкусах. Поэтому не очень люблю просто кислый кофе, как Кения некоторая, или просто горький, как в Старбаксе 😉. В общем, во всем ищу гармонию 😊. Тосты вкусные тут, кстати. А еще можно купить зерна из разных ростерий Сингапура и органик шоколад, и еще акварельные открытки и рисунки. Кофейня находится в центре, в обеденное время очень много офисных работников, но часов в 11 утра очень спокойно.
