I finally made my own pizza dough from scratch! Yay! This pizza has mozzarella, asiago, homemade sauce, sauteed mushrooms, garlic, garnished with dried herbs & peppers and clarified butter on the crust. It tastes great! Next time I'll put some herbs in the crust itself.
I used this recipe with bread flour and a 45-minute rise.

My blog needs to get better. Back in the day i used to post about bread. I was the bread mutual. Do you understand? People came to ME for recipes. And they would make the bread and realize the recipe was amazing and post pictures and tag me. I felt like a war general being brought news of my brilliant tactics from the front by my dear mutuals. Building my empire. Now i gaze upon all that i once had and ask myself how it could end so swiftly. All i do now is reblog stuff and complain about depression. This can go on no longer. Alert the masses! We bake at dawn! (in june when i'm done with my exams)
