Braised short ribs
Pretty straightforward, not too many ingredients or steps. I think 45 min at 325 (after the initial 2 hours at a higher temp) was right in my parents oven. I liked it and others said they did too! It wasn’t a “wow” for me, but still very good recipe I’d make again. I missed spooning the gravy over the meat which may have been part of the lack of wow. The veggies in the gravy were amazing.
