I pointed our years ago, during the hiatus between the first half and second half of the owl house’s season 1 that willow and especially gus were being pushed aside for the decidedly white amity blight and I literally got called the hard r for it but the recent owl house pilot being leaked proves that gus wasn’t even invented until the second episode because they needed to have the token black character to fill the quota. black owl house fans have been harassed and bullied while watching the white fans of this show praise the show for diversity. diversity in what? gay people? anyone can do that. the way they’ve written their black and brown characters is fucking abysmal and no one will listen to poc when they say that. the little gay witch show is not that great actually

The Legend of Korra is one of the most boring shows I’ve ever watched. season 2 is so overwhelmingly uninteresting that I honest to god almost cried. they managed to make the severed relationship between two brothers, the subsequent fallout and effect it had on both the southern and northern water tribes, and the personification of yin and yang and somehow made it so boring as fuck
