This was one memorable journey. We started at four in the night to Chaari Dhaand, a wetland in Rann of Kutch to capture early morning shots of flamingos. After a drive of half an hour from out resort, we cane to this deserted landscape, the Rann landscape with no roads or landmarks. We had absolutely no idea where we were driving. To remember where we came from we stopped at places to breathe in moments and put a heap of stones, which could act as landmarks. This shot was taken in Khanoma before the Naga wrestling match had begun. Naga wrestling is unique, and in ways different from wrestling and even sumo wrestling. While the game was to begin, I saw this bunch of kids and wanted to take their pics. The thing about such pics is the level of interaction you as a photographer manage to make with your subject. I take this picture as a case of subject engagement where ever I have taken sessions on human photography. I was invited to @giraffemanor on coffee to explore the place and write about this incredible hotel, where you get to stay with the endangered Rothschild Giraffe. Every morning and evening the giraffes come to the hotel's space and are fed these sweet barley chiks. Lucerne is probably one of those places where you can take a corner, or walk the same diminutive stretch all day, and remain in a click frenzy mode capturing the artistic elegance, alpine sublimity, mediaeval surrealism, and Swiss quality of life. When I reached Brussels, the first and the most prominent thing on my mind was the historic grand square. With more than 80 museums, a grand, historical square, history and culture is steeped deep in Brussels. The whole place lined with coronet of guild houses, and inevitably decorated buildings. The artistic finesse of the square will surely leave you in awe and wonder. And then take a walk to the richly decorated cafes and try Belgian beer, taken tad too serious in the country, and you may be surprised that different glasses exist for different beers. There is an admirable flexibility around the beer culture here.
