I do read webtoons for fun and i might enjoy some of them that are considered problematic and bad, doesn't mean I support the creator, just means I enjoy the plot.

If i don't enjoy the plot then I just don't read it 🤷

For example, from my knowledge people really don't like Lore Olimpus because of the age gap between Persephone and Hades, also the way they made Apollo a villan and i've heard someone say it has only one body type. For me the age gap is literally in the miths and the miths are....ya know, pretty bad. With Apollo, someone had to be the villan and who else should be given an affair other than a son of Zeus? (I love that it's also a conflict for Artemis had with supporting her brother or her best friend with the little information she was provided with). And I have to disagree with the one body type thing, even tho there aren't many bodyinclusive comics anyway and noone seems to care for that. I'm all for them, don't get me wrong! Like the series "Cristal City Killers" or "Chainlinked". I love them and am supper happy diferent body types are getting included but I think you should draw what you want to and feel like drawing and haveing one type of body in your comic isn't a crime even if it isn't necessary realistic.

Another example. Boyfriends. I've read the whole series because I enjoy the art style and was in need of a cheesy romance. I enjoyed it at the moment but after educating myself on the creator and realising some of the characters are annoying or even offensive towards LGBT+ people, my "love" for it died down and I might even skip reading it if it gets another season.

TLDR: I read webtoons, even if some are problematic cuz I don't need to agree with the creator and if the series itself is shit, it's a skip

Why Sizing Is Absolute Bullsh1t

Right now, I’m wearing a dress that is the size ‘Large’.

I am not a large person by any standards (I think I weigh 125 pounds- 57kg).

I am 5’4”, or 165.6 cm.

This was my moms dress up until yesterday when she gave it to me.

She is not a large person.

Last I wore it I was deep into an eating disorder.

5 months ago I was 20 pounds (11.3 kg) lighter and this was a loose sack on me. When I first looked at it I thought I could fit into it easily.

This was a large in the JUNIORS section at the store.

How many teenagers have been shot down by this troubling dip-shittery?

I am so f*cking angry at stores for making people feel inferior by a label on the back of a item of clothing.

The body positivity community has torn Victoria's Secret to shreds during this latest saga and proposed more inclusive brands which purportedly celebrate body diversity. Well, I'll just address all this drama which, in my view, is unnecessary and petty.

VS, unlike the brands which these body positivity activists have proposed, has never claimed to be inclusive or diverse. When I clicked on the other so-called 'inclusive' brands, I found that they cater to plus sizes and bloody huge cups.

There's nothing for my body type so how inclusive are these lingerie brands? And before you start screaming that slender women have soooooo many options, good luck finding a bra if you're my size and have small boobs.

So don't give me the bullshit about VS. They, like those brands you shamelessly promote, cater to their specific customer demographic. I don't give your preferred brands hell for catering specifically for you. Don't come at a brand that caters for my size.

You may ask your followers to boycott them all you want, but if they go under and women like me are forced to walk around braless, don't go blaming us.

SO, I have consistently seen many, many negative opinions on the Real Catwalk and I just really want to clear something up for EVERYONE and then I'm not saying anything else about it. What @khrystyana created was and ALL INCLUSIVE celebration of the human body. With absolutely no regard to sexuality, physical limitation, gender, height, DO I NEED TO GO ON?! • • • I KNEW that there were going to be haters and people who would purposely misunderstand what we did, but WOW. Self-acceptance used to be a dream. Something sold by skinny, beautiful women in magazines.⁠ ⁠ I thought that if I looked like those women that I'd find it. And man did I want it. I'd hurt myself to get it. And I did.⁠ ⁠ But then I got to be the woman in that magazine. And I felt no different than I had at any other size. It crushed me.⁠ ⁠ Self-acceptance will never be a journey of changing yourself.
