Belphemon is a Demon Lord Digimon with immense power. He never could have foreseen himself ending up with a Tamer of all things. Not when he was the way he was. And yet... he found no reason to fly into Rage Mode when around the human.

And no Digimon would be foolish enough to bother a sleeping Belphemon, not when at any moment he could shift forms to Rage Mode. Besides, his snores were damaging enough to those that dared approach anyway. His Tamer was safe and so was he. Of course, word spread that a Demon Lord Digimon such as himself had a Tamer. Even if it took some time, Lucemon would come searching for him soon enough.

Belphemon was still content, not bothering thinking about the other Demon Lord Digimon. Belphemon did, at first, not enjoy being tied down to a human of all things. Such weak creatures they were. Yet he found himself... content. He wasn't certain why, as he usually would swat away any forms of affection and would hate to be touched. And as his Tamer leaned against him as they slept, even in his own deep sleep he could sense the world around him just enough to know what was going on, he was happy.

The day when Lucemon appeared before them, Belphemon hardly paid attention to the words that flew from his lips. Reprimands and insults, what have you that someone who thought themself so important to rant about. He couldn't care less about what the Demon Lord of Pride had to say, and was tempted to float away with his Tamer resting on his head. His ears only twitched when he heard Lucemon's threat to his Tamer's life, and his own for growing far too soft for a Demon Lord.

Those words were enough for Belphemon to awaken, switching into Rage Mode. Much larger than his Sleeping Mode, fangs bared, and wings flared as he snarled, holding his Tamer in his large claws as he threatened to delete Lucemon himself if the Digimon dared to lay a claw on his Tamer. He wasn't going to allow the other to take something Belphemon actually liked having around away from him, for nothing made him feel such a way.

If Lucemon thought him so soft, then he would challenge the Demon Lord to a battle. For even if he found care for a human, Belphemon would not allow another to call him weak over it. And he did not plan to lose, and he wouldn't. Not with his Tamer cheering him on, and channeling even more power into an already powerful Demon Lord Digimon. Even if he was Sloth, he was far stronger than most the others. And he would show it.

Every interaction with my family is like the most rage-inducing thing imaginable, like it's impressive how rarely I see most of them yet of the like 2 times I see each of them each year most of them always find some way to piss me off, like it's actually impressive, like they take 2 shots and somehow get a headshot both times. See my uncle for the first time since Christmas (hopefully the last time until next Christmas too, or preferably forever if life goes well in the next few months), literally never talk to this particular uncle btw, despite that he's fucking like, weirdly perceptive? at least compared to the rest of my dad's side of my family (which tbf, is an extremely low bar), I probably say one sentence to him every year and yet he's the only person who's caught onto me not being christian, and also that I was suicidal as fuck a few years ago. Realistically, surely by this point at least a couple of the others have at least figured out I'm not religious, as dense as they are there's fucking no way they haven't connected the dots by now, but they definitely didn't until long after he did, which would be dangerous as fuck if I was in a worse position, because he is probably the most religious person in my family, and very high up there with the most religious people I've ever met in general, luckily as far as I'm aware he's very silent about other people's business, so that's good.

Point is. I think he may have clocked me as trans lol. Which if he has, at this point, would be really fucking funny, actually hilarious, because there is quite literally nothing he could do to cause any problems for me with that information. He probably hasn't figured it out fully, I think I do a pretty good job at hiding that particular thing, and at least keeping it well within the realm of plausible deniability, but he's almost definitely at least a little bit suspicious. I went to my grandmother's house, they were there for some reason, I blanked out for most of that encounter so I don't remember any of what led up to this, but like 5 minutes in, completely unprompted he asks "how do you feel about transgenders?"

It was so fucking weird, like I said I don't talk to him like, at all, ever, even when I am in the same room as him, and the rare times when I do the conversation is usually just like, basic filler conversations. Of course I answer in the most Plausible Deniability™ way possible and say "complete indifference, believe it or not I don't really spend a lot of time formulating opinions on things that have absolutely no impact on me I think it's kind of a waste of energy" with that exact fucking wording and it could not have worked better, almost immediately ends the topic, but not before he calls trans people "kinda fruity" and says something about not being "politically correct" like actual fucking elon musk incel right-wing buzzword, this man is like in his fucking 50s. Also in the last 6 months I've switched from responding in the most short, basic way possible to all of my family members' questions to just like, being an asshole lmao, like it feels so good to be in a position where like, they already know I despise all of them, I'm on the verge of moving out of my father's house, after which I will never speak to any of them again, and if I were to get kicked out before then, I'd be perfectly fine I have enough safety nets, they cannot do anything to me so it is just so fun to just rip into them at every opportunity I get. Like if you're gonna say things that you know will set me off at least be prepared to be told to fuck off.

At least it's like, kinda good rage, motivating rage, satisfying rage, instant snapping out of apathy and into mania rage, like at this point it's extremely rare that they actually have any impact on like, my self image or like, esteem or anything like that, my opinion of my family is far too low at this point for anything they say to really get under my skin. Still obnoxious tho, very annoying. Honestly it's kinda just funny more than anything, like they're so predictable, actual fucking caricatures half the time, I've started making a mental bingo game out of it, like which topics are they gonna bring up completely unprompted this time, and which one of them is gonna do it? It makes it kinda fun, plus when I know what they're gonna say I can fuck with them, skirt the line of what I can say without them catching on y'know, it's fun.

I hope my entire family rots, and maybe cute little mushrooms grow on their skeletons and possibly a bit of mold, maybe form a natural little fungus ecosystem around their skeletons. Is that too far? Am I skirting the line of getting banned for that does that count as a death threat? Like does just saying I hope they die count? I mean I didn't include anything about flying hammers so like it's probably fine I guess.

I did it. This is the last Digimon I needed to raise for my log to be completed on my translucent green DM20th. Needless to say, I've also beaten every fight at the colosseum until it looped back to the beginning. I have effectively 100%ed this device.

I got into digimon v-pet collecting in 2020 with a yellow DM20, I replaced it with this translucent green one in early 2021, and even though my collection has grown a lot since then and i've run many devices, i've never stopped running this one, so I spent two years with this one.

With the Digimon Color wave 2 coming this fall, I feel I may not longer have any reason to run a DM20th. I was heavily considering putting this one away for the first time and probably not running any more DM20s outside mf my special holiday themed ones. But I can't help feel a little sentimental. So maybe i'll dig this one out from time to time.

Sadly, the DMCs won't have a log book, so I feel less incentivized to raise every Digimon. Maybe i'll keep a physical record of what I raise.

Progress on my other v-pet runs: My Floppy Frog is going on 78 days, and I still haven't changed the battery it shipped with. Part of me wants to pretend to not hear it because I wanna run a different gigapet, but I really wanna see how long I can keep it going. Also according to the discord, they're planning to release a new Gigapet this month. The only hint as to what it could be is that they want it to ship in October... if it's a bat, I am going to run it day one.

And I broke out my Pendulum 20th. Currently waiting for my Lady Devimon to go to sleep so I can jogress her into Demon. My Belphemon Rage mode is in freeze mode so he won't die before that happens.

I kind of want to do somthing Tamagotchi related once I put my DM20th away, because i'm starting to get interested in the Tamagotchi Uni with people in my youtube feed talking about it.

Title: Digimon OVERLOAD: Definitive Edition - Comic Style Poster

The reason "Definitive Edition" is crossed out is because, beyond this picture, I never went through with it after. I guess I was so determined to try to "revive" the series on like Twitter and such. BUT Twitter is Twitter, so the plan easily fell apart. Still, though, I have a LOT going on in this picture, which, thank God, I broke up parts of the poster into individual panels. (Also, I can see I was having too much fun with the Persona 5 style of borders.)

We got the main DigiDestined trio panel: Anthony "Ant" Matsuo, Majo "MJ" Mushi, and Alexander "Xan" Soto.

Then, we got the main Digimon partners: Gaomon, Gabumon, and Impmon.

After, we got their Mega-Level Biomerge forms: LegendGaogamon, MechaGarurumon (just basically anthro MetalGarurumon), and Beelzemon. I even slipped in Apollomon because he was to be relevant to the plot a bit, revealing to be Ant's grandpa, who's been stuck in this Biomerge form for a couple years. (Don't ask. It's fanfic land!)

Then, we got a good half of the recurring main baddies: The Seven Great Demon Lords: Lucemon: Falldown Mode (middle), Barbamon (top-left), Belphemon: Rage Mode (top-right), Lilithmon (bottom-left), and Daemon in Disguise (bottom-right). Each villain would help the main trio further their relationships and backstories with their heinous crime in the Digital World.

After being the last two of the Seven Demon Lords: Leviamon (top-left), and later in the series, revealing to be Beelzemon (right), with the BlackGatomon (bottom-left) revealing be someone of Impmon's past during the beginning years of his reborn life.

Lastly, my favorite panel: the supporting friends and family the DigiDestined would make along their journey. The Ogremon duo (top-left) would be a rival team of MJ's Noodle duo, at first, as I was going to have a chapter focus on a "noodle showdown" between the two duos for who's reigning supreme noodles. After the chapter, they would eventually come to work for MJ and Gabumon, as their Noodle Master. The Lilimon (top-right) was the caretaker of an Agumon Village Ant and Gaomon would first stumble upon first stepping into the Digital World. She would have a small crush on Ant, which would trigger MJ all the time.

Wolf Papa (bottom-left) was the father figure to Ant's Gaomon, which was the leader of the Gaomon Clan. Ant's Gaomon's dream was to take over as the new leader by becoming the most powerful fighter of the clan. However, he was always degraded for being the "runt of the litter," but Wolf Papa always saw potential in the smaller Gaomon. Wolf Papa has a distinct difference with the scar and green, fierce eyes, signifying his "scar" from humans of the past. It would take some time before Wolf Papa would accept Ant and his human friends. Andromon (bottom-right) was MJ's companion during the whole "metal city mini-arc," showing MJ that machines also have hearts.

Then, there's the Chief: my favorite supporting character to write during the fanfic. He actually acts as the positive father figure to Xan, my rival human OC, showing a positive side to masculinity, while also keeping Xan in check from his "conceded personality." The Chief ran the Elecmon system in Primary Village, always protecting new DigiEggs and babies from outside forces, doing it for more years than he can count.

im deciding to talk abt this out loud because i never know where to actually put the analysis in all this so

i am doing lines for them slowly and im playing w the thought of belphemon for mithrun for obvious reasons

(rage/sleep mode ^) and like i need to look into the other demon lords because i Do like belphemon A Lot for him but it seems a little on the nose to me and belphemons sin is sloth whereas i have mithrun with the crown of envy and i dont really care about it matching but the sin is important to the demon lords lore but again. who cares that much (me. i care)

im not sure who his original partner was but belphemon(/other demon lord potentially leviamon) consuming it and taking its place corrupting his crest (purity) to the crown of envy

The seven demon lords reacting to discovering that a Gabumon has beeen leaking all there embarrassing secrets not only to the digital world but the human world as well on a website called tumblr. extra points if it turns out that half of the post they make on the tumblr is about Lucemon and Beelzemon and both are furious and embarrassed by it

Lucemon FM

Honestly doesn't believe it at first. He thinks it's some kind of joke - who would dare do something like that anyway? It's only when he realizes that it isn't some sort of twisted joke to make him laugh that he gets a little bit upset. Part of him secretly kind of is flattered since it slightly strokes his ego, but it's far outweighed by the embarrassment he feels when he realizes just WHAT is being written about him in such context... Especially since how does this little Gabumon knOW SUCH THINGS ABOUT HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

Beelzemon

Beelzemon thinks it's kind of funny, but also... What the fuck, dude? Of course he's going to defend himself - especially when it comes to those "cute" posts about him where he's being all soft with the human in the post or something, since he has a damn reputation to uphold damnit! He secretly likes to read them, though he does get a bit embarrassed when it comes to the spicy type of posts... how the hell would the damn Gabumon know how it looks anyway? It's way too accurate for his liking. Secretly enjoys reading what she writes about the other Digimon though, just because he has something he can tease them about later.

Lilithmon

She honestly finds the posts adorable! How the little Gabumon managed to get hold of such information is beyond Lilithmon, but honestly, she LOVES every little bit of it regardless of anything. She's reading through every little post and probably tries to figure out how to get in contact with the Gabumon so they can gossip about other Digimon - plus, she REALLY wants to know how the little Digimon knows so much about her and so many other Digimon.... how funny she is, that's all Lilithmon can think about.

Belphemon

Belphemon doesn't have much to say on either side of it. He's too sleepy in Rest Mode to care, and while in Rage Mode he could care less about someone writing about him. Though, it is to be said, if he were to encounter the Gabumon... she'd be on the delete block, that's for sure.

Leviamon

Leviamon is just happy to hear that there's a few things about him in that blog, even if some of his secrets and how he would feel about certain things were leaked in such a way. He's a bit more envious though because... well, there's just not enough posts that have him! Sure, he's there when it comes to posts about all the Demon Lords, but still!

Barbamon

Barbamon finds it a bit laughable... but he REALLY wants to know where this little Gabumon gets all her information... Just HOW does she get it without nearly every Digimon coming after her? Especially information about him!? He was pretty sure he never told anyone anything of the sort of how she posts and writes him, and he doesn't know if he wants to praise it all, or if he should be upset or embarrassed. Truly, he just wants to know... where does she get her sources?

Daemon

Daemon finds it intriguing. If a little embarrassing, especially with how he is perceived in his cloaked form. Well, she isn't wrong about how she writes him and the information she's spreading about him, yet he doesn't want her to quite stop. After all... with such information being spread, it could do some good for them in a way - even if some of that information is... of the spicy nature. Daemon thinks it could make certain situations a bit easier to handle the more she shares, and so, he leaves it all be... for now, at least.
